My room on the fourth floor for 3 nights was clean , modern , recently renovated and very well laid out . The flow was excellent , with a place for everything and the built in furniture presented none of the typical hotel room design flaws . The only negative was a lack of a microwave . There was a fridge and a coffeemaker , and safe .They do sell microwaveable food in the lobby shop , but you have to use the microwave there and then try to get the hot food upstairs somehow . Not a great idea . Breakfast in the restaurant was very good very fresh and served quickly. The guys at the front desk , Chris and Allan were a pleasure to deal with .

Usually when you stay at a "Hilton" you expect a certain level of class. If you wanted a "cheaper" stay you would go to one of the lower Hilton brands, like Tru or Home2Suites.
So it was very surprising to find issues with our room, including the toilet not flushing at first (fixed ourselves by opening the tank and connecting the chain to the lever), and no towel hooks in the bathroom. It's a common item to have in a hotel room, a place to put your wet towels (besides the floor), yet this room provided not a single hook or bar in the bathroom.

This hotel is right next to Teterboro Airport so it’s in a very busy location which could be annoying to some people. The rooms are decent but not necessarily modern. The lobby is spacious with a large snack bar and a full service restaurant/bar as well. The staff always were friendly to me so really no complaints there.
Fair warning: if the sound of jets landing and taking off bothers you, this is not the hotel for you. One side of the hotel faces the Teterboro runways but you can clearly hear the jets from either side of the hotel.
That being said I’ve stayed here several times and would stay again. Good value for the price.

The location was far away from the airport but close enough to get to. Quiet and easily accessible. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable bed for sleeping. Dinner was fair but service was outstanding.

I have stayed in this hotel approximately 20 times but never did a suite until this visit. The previous travelers smoked cigars in the suites, which caused delays with our check-in time. However, with some extra cleaning time by housekeeping, offering us some free drinks at the bar as well as complimentary breakfast the next morning, it more than made up for the delays. Additionally, we were offered a slightly later check-out time. I highly recommend getting a suite over the standard room here. It just feels more comfortable and not like traveling - it’s more like home. The sofa is comfortable and the TV can swivel from the sitting area to the bed. There are two windows in the suite which would be perfect to see the sunrise through. As always, the property is always clean; even with the renovation that is ongoing. I look forward to staying here after the renovations are completed (maybe even before depending on my fiancée because she loves it too).

The hotel itself isn't that bad and if not for the terrible front desk staff perhaps I would have given them 3 stars...but for sure 100% the worst hotel staff I have ever had at a Hilton. First off I was there for a wedding and they completely messed up the dressing rooms and the large rooms for the wedding party folks. When we arrived our room was ready but this is the only hotel I have seen where they tell you that your being charged $100 for just in case and it will be reversed after you leave. Seriously, why do they need to do that? They have my CC on file. Now we all need to shower off before the wedding, the towels were worse than motel 6, it wsa like using a burlap sack to towel yourself off.
Now the worst part is the next AM we miss the breakfast so they do give you a few items from the little pantry if your Gold, so I go over and all I want is a cup of coffee. I have to wait for the front desk guy who is looking at his computer screen for like 5 minutes to give me a darn cup. He finally does and the machine is giving warnings to dump the coffee grounds but it at least makes one cup. I go over to him and said "hey they machine is saying you need to dump the coffee grounds" he doesn't even look up and says "sure I will look at it I am busy". Again just looking at his computer screen. Now my brother sees my coffee and wants to know where he can get some. I walk him over there and it brews the one last cup for him and the machine times out. My cousin wants a cup too, I again (15 minute have now passed) ask him to fix the machine, once again without looking at me he says he's busy and will get to it. So what the hell, I know this machine, had one at work once so I dump the coffee grounds and put back in place. But it needed something else to clear and I didn't remember how so one more shot. Same result. We left the hotel an hour and a half later and still coffee machine was not working. I made a little bit of a snid remark to him..."Well I guess I can get some coffee at the airport since you never fixed it" He never looked up. Oh, management team BTW if you listening this guy needs to be fired. This was on Thursday AM starting at 10AM to noon an Asian guy. Also since we had our breakfast items that were suppoesd to be free I told my brother to take what he wanted and my cousin was hungry so he could take something too. They take something and he doesn't even look up to see what as being taken!!! I made sure we took atll 10 our items and this idiot never looked up to see one thing we took.
I realize there are few choices in this area and on paper this hotel seems okay but I would avoid if possible. He GM of this hotel reach out to me and I will tell you the things the mother of the groom had to say too.

This Hilton Clean Stay Promise for COVID is funny. They can’t even deep clean the room to make sure liquid emissions from previous guests aren’t off the furniture, floor and bed areas.
A little UV light shows all. Gross.
I would suggest the hotel take cleaning seriously if it’s going to try and make patrons believe that they are cleaning for COVID but can’t clean up spunk all over the rooms.

Stayed just one night, the Staff was great, the hotel, not so much. The lobby has been transformed once again from what it was to yet anther attempt to go Euro. NO longer is the “Free” breakfast allowed for diamond members. Now, you get the “credit” which equates to paying for something. GREAT job hilton. At least with other brands, high level members can get a FREE breakfast & not worry about having to pay up. Second, the room was just okay, the new decor is headed in the direction of being Euro. Not enough outlets, water pressure was so low, good thing i shave my head cause if i had hair, I’d still be there getting the soap out…Door didn’t lock properly. The room took for ever to cool down. It has sank a long way since the day of the ol Sheraton. I’ll pass next time.

Terrible hotel, Terrible customer service , terrible rooms, terrible everytning first we booked through 3rd party & was booked for June instead of July, when we tried to get refunded and change the reservation for July, they told us someone was here with my id & used the room, we live in stl and was NOT in ny. We even RE-booked same exact days for July when we noticed we booked for June by accident, we were given attitude & lady did not even try to make us happy and fix the problem. Second the room was disgusting, bathroom leaked water everywhere , beds were so uncomfortable , no space in rooms. Smelled terrible, we came for my sisters wedding had makeup & hair artists come To our rooms and the wedding day we had our rooms on the 7th floor go out front desk was rude would not try and help told us it was not going to be fixed and they couldn’t accommodate us with a fan or even extra chairs for the makeup artist, front desk is absolutely unprofessional and never was willing to do a thing for us. Worst hotel I ever came across and will never stay again I come every few months and this hotel I will never recommend to any family EVER. Unprofessional people working for a chain like Hilton it’s a shame !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First do not pay extra for the city view. While the lights at night are pretty its an ant of the view compared to the industrial space immediately adjacent to the property and not what is pictured on the website.
The room was fine for what we were staying for. However the air was broken and our room was too warm but after 5 calls to the front desk without an answer we had to give up and sleep in top of the sheets.
