My husband and I stopped in tonight just to have a burger and we went to playing pool and having a very good night. We tried the buffalo wings. The tacos were amazing the burger was amazing and we played pool and had two perfected martinis and the bartender was just so pleasant and beautiful and accommodated us in every way. I visited over New Years to spend time with friends in the area. The room I was given was impeccable. The breakfast buffet the next morning was delicious. And everything was as painless and smooth as a hotel stay should be. I even asked for a second set of towels and they discretely left them in my room without disturbing me. Definitely will return

If you want to visit the area, this is a conveniently located and no-problem hotel that’s inexpensive because it focuses on the basics and does a great job. Attentive but unobtrusive staff. I’m here often to visit family.

The cleanliness level at this Double Tree is unacceptable by pre-pandemic standards and unnerving in today's environment. The bathroom in the first room I was assigned had numerous very obvious black beard hairs/shaving trimmings in the sink and curly hairs and some sort of liquid (which was definitely not cleaning fluid given my late night arrival) on the toilet seat. This is not what caused me to request a room change. As I was trying to fall asleep to some TV, my room began to smell like an ash tray and the AC only made it worse. When I tried to call down to the front desk, I kept getting a busy signal and it ended up taking 15 minutes to get ahold of someone. After packing up and picking up my new key, I arrived in my new room. I am not sure if this hotel rivals Vegas for bachelorette parties but both floors I stayed on were filled with rowdy guests hosting loud gatherings in their rooms after hours and unfortunately, the sound of my neighbors came streaming in my new room. The bathroom in this room also wasn't clean, with crumbs from Cheetos/a bright orange, hard to miss snack on the floor. My guess is that in both cases, housekeeping just put the toilet seat down, replaced the toiletries, and picked up used towels without doing much cleaning. I know hotels are short staffed due to many factors beyond their control but, thanks to inflation, consumers are paying more for hotels (my one night stay here was the most expensive of all of my post-pandemic, major city/suburb hotel stays, including those booked the night before) and it isn't unreasonable to expect at least the same level of pre-pandemic cleanliness. My colleague also shared that on her floor, a false fire alarm woke her up in the middle of the night (perhaps from the above mentioned smokers). The lesson: if you're going to North Jersey, book your hotel earlier so you don't have to end up here.

The AC in both rooms I stayed in was non existent. It was 80+ degrees in both rooms making sleep an unattainable goal. It was horrible. There was also a wedding and a concert with guests staying and not wearing masks. The masks were not being enforced as well. The only saving grace was front desk attendant, Dorethea and engineer, Richard. She is a gem and he is a gem, respectively. She treated me like I was her adoptive son, allowing me to switch rooms when my ac didn’t work, attending to me making sure every finite detail was addressed. When I had the same issue with my new room she promptly got engineer Richard to help, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He followed up to make sure everything was ok. Great employees, such a shame they have to work under those circumstances. There were two other front desk employees who were very short with me and had an attitude. Unfortunately I was unable to get their names.

Front desk never told me that breakfast want not included the only he told me that breakfast was 7 to 10am when we went to eat the ask mt 15 yrs son for the room # and then we were walking out they stop my husband and told him this is your room # sign here when i ask my husband why what he was signing Hes like maybe to make sure we are staying here Hes like i don't know (I'm the one that do everything) i when and ask the guy what he sign hes like for breakfast show me the receipt 84.28 for breakfast
mind you i have 2 kids that only had toast bread that does not coat 21.00 then i got my receipt at email they tip they self 5.00 of my cards
Now at the time of checkout i want to speak with the manager she was off understood that park. they told me she will be back the next day and she will call me back i waiting for her call and never called in the afternoon and they told me that we were on vacation into Thursday. i i called on Thursday and avoiding on calling me back i have called time and she every there.

Not doing housekeeping every day due to COVID, so I needed coffee refills for the morning. On day 2 they only had a couple so on the evening of day 4 I asked for some more. They had none. I asked the front desk to contact somebody to access housekeeping and was told there was nobody. When I mentioned they had a wedding event happening in the restaurant so surely there was a manager in eurythmics agent became very aggressive and scary so I backed down and left without any.

Everything was Great, Top Notch with a Friendly Staff that went above and Beyond. Famous Cookies were Delicious and Jose went above and Beyond to make sure we had fresh cookies. We were 15 min late for breakfast past the closing time and the lovely blonde lady still sat us and made sure we had a great, satisfying and accommodating, delicious breakfast. Highly recommended hotel. Air flow in room could be a little better as it caused congestion. Other than that Solid 9/10.

good location, clean and plenty of things around it (to drive to). Not necessarily Hotels fault but Unfortunately tons of construction going on around it. Wasn't really a noise problem but was an issue getting into and out of parking lot. Unfortunately restaurant and bar were closed except for breakfast during my stay, and Hilton members now only get a discount on the breakfast and not the full complementary breakfast as before. Hallways very noisy. Fridge didn't work. Staff was nice, rooms ready for an update. but overall Clean and well located.

This hotel is good. I can say that because I see a different hotel every week.
I didn’t do breakfast but the service in the restaurant/bar is very good. Tina made sure my food was hot when I got it and made sure I didn’t get thirsty.
It’s not the newest hotel and it can be a hike to the room but the staff cares and they are very solicitous of your comfort.
