We booked a stay at OYO online and paid for our reservation at that time. Upon arrival, we were rudely told we also needed to pay an additional $100 deposit for the room and the staff repeatedly and aggressively tapped on the window with a sign stating this, demanding, "How you pay me?" This should be disclosed in the booking information not just demanded upon check in. Then we were told check out was at 11a and no explanation was given when we said the booking confirmation said noon. Again, the staff aggressively tapped a sign taped to the window saying they will automatically charge my card $20/hr for every hour past 11a. Then we went to our room. HORRIBLE! Dirty, stains and mold on furniture, counter and tub. And the smell. 🤢 The door had no inside lock (half was missing) and a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door that you could literally see through. We decided at this time to leave and were told our deposit would be refunded. (They literally have a sign on that same plexiglass window that says no refunds after 10 minutes of checking in so we hurried to tell them we wouldn't be staying) At this time, no refund has been issued. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel for any reason!

I booked a room at this place through Groupon and I call ahead to confirm since they are paid immediately after purchasing. I get to the motel to check in and I'm told all of the rooms are filled but someone might not show for their reservation which doesn't work for me because I too have a reservation. I message Groupon and they basically say I'm out of luck because the vendor doesn't do refunds which the listing itself never says. Definitely not interested in doing business with them again.

Bring hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes, mask, gloves, and hazmat suit. If this is COVID-19 conditions, then I would hate to see pre-COVID-19 accommodations.
Never have I been given such a dirty, disgusting, outdated, and run down hotel room!!
The carpet was SSSSSOOOOO dirty that it was literally discolored. It was black!!!
There were cigarette butts and ashes throughout the room. I don’t smoke.
The shower curtain was dirty and had what looked like mold on it. The bathroom floor was dirty. The faucet off the bathroom was leaking.
Bathroom towels and wash clothes were dirty and had hair on them. The microwave and fridge were dirty.
A cheap price shouldn’t and doesn’t have to subject you to these accommodations. I paid $56 including taxes for one night.
I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were immaculate. While in this dump, I kept my shoes on. I slept in my day clothes and didn’t take a shower.
On OYO’s website, deep cleaning in response to COVID-19 is promoted. A complete and utter joke!!!!
Never again will I stay at this chain. I understand that it’s owned and operated locally, but there should be corporate rules and regulations in place to make sure that corporate standards are met.
When I asked for another room, I was told that all of the rooms are in the same condition.
