Detailed Reviews
This had been our go to hotel for years. But it had its problems. It got tired looking, grungy, staff were grumpy and worst of all the air conditioning system in the rooms was so loud, you couldn’t sleep. So we went elsewhere for the past 2 years while they renovated.
Now the rooms are super clean, modern and stylish. The air conditioning is a hum instead of a jet engine. Wonderful! The lobby is impressive.
So we visited for 3 days during this end of COVID era. There were a lot of restrictions.
No use of work out room or pool, and no food Available at all. So we had to bring in breakfast each morning, because no restaurants will allow you in. The room has a refrigerator but no microwave. This presented a problem for reheating food gone cold during transportation. No lobby coffee and the coffee in the room had no little milks. Also No housekeeping! Now they only clean between stays. While we loved the mattress, we didn’t like the pillows which sink when you put your head on them. Next time we’ll bring our own foam pillows.
On the plus side the WiFi works great.
The best staff we encountered was Claudio who gave us an extended check out. After all the little hassles this was much appreciated so we could shower after our morning on the beach. Thank you Claudio.

The team at this property is beyond amazing and extremely accommodating. My arrival experience was welcoming from the front desk agent to the restaurant team everyone made me feel like home.
Tom the shuttle driver was informative and a brand ambassador.
My departure 1/4/20 was just as impressive as my arrival. I was greeted upon departure by the housekeeping manager (glasses and orange sweater) who asked if I enjoyed my stay and reminded me to check and see if I had all of my belongings. Matt assisted with my check out and was super engaging and assisted with transportation.
The services that were provided by this team surpassed my expectations and the leadership should be very proud of these hospitality professionals.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel this September. It was pricey, but you get what you pay for: The event was classy, fun, and expertly taken care of. We had a team of people working with us from the very beginning - more than a year in advance - to make sure our event went off without a hitch. Special props to Angel for helping me with my request to play my own playlist during the cocktail hour. Dinner was good, but the incredible cocktail hour stations was where the food really shined. I got dozens of compliments on how much fun everyone had and how much they loved the venue. The rooms were also really quite nice: the groom suite has a huge hangout area with its own pool table, and the bridal suite has quite a lot of space as well, including a huge bathroom. Any critiques I have are relatively small nitpicks: the group tasting was a little overwhelming, and the ceremony area is next to a noisy highway and more suited for shorter ceremonies in my opinion (as ours was). Overall, I'm very pleased with our choice. Thanks for making our big day special!

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. We did have a few down sides to our stay. After a long day at the beach, we were exhausted and wanted to relax. After a few hours after settling in the room, a very large and loud wedding started right outside our window. So we listened to music and people up until about 10 or 11 pm. We tried calling guest services 4 times, no answer. There was also a very loud slamming noise through out the night. We checked in on 9/5, the room cost $318, they gave us a $30 credit for the inconvenience. Last issue.... unable to purchase coffee until after 9:30 am.

The hotel was clean and well kept. We stayed for ten days for business. The shuttle driver Tom was especially helpful. He made sure we were informed about the area and helped us get to places we needed to go. He is very knowledgeable about the area. We were able to visit New York City over the weekend stay and his recommendations on travel time, things to do and places to eat made the trip better. Thanks Tom for all your help!

It doesn't matter how good the location or quality of the property is if you are charged an entirely different price than you are quoted. I just got home to review my credit card charges to find that I was charged $99/day more than the price that was quoted via an email confirmation. To make matters worse, I am now sitting on hold with them as I write this. 30 minutes and counting. Ten minutes of it navigating though the ridiculous voice menu system that will only give you a choice to receive email communications. Time and money wasted because of incompetence. If you can't trust a business to be professional enough to charge you for the agreed upon price, why on earth would you ever do business with them, or make a positive recommendation?

There are not many nice hotel chain options near the Jersey shore, and this is certainly the best one. I stay here year after year and overall, it’s a great property. However, each annual visit for three years straight, I have contacted management about the same issue. Therefore, I think this time I need to post photos in an effort to get this rectified. The pool is awful and almost unusable. The outdoor section of the pool looks as if it has mold growing up and down the walls. Things happen and it’s understandable for a pool to get dirty periodically. However, three years later, the front desk management is still being alerted about the same exact issue. Can you please clean your pool so that your paying (and titanium) guests can utilize it? Especially on 4th of July weekend!

I stayed here for a wedding and was surprised at how clean and modern the interior of the hotel felt. The outside isn’t very impressive but the hotel felt recently renovated. Our room was gorgeous and had no shortage of amenities - I was surprised how many electric outlets and phone charging ports we had. We were given a handicapped room so our bathroom was extremely spacious. I was concerned being so close to the lobby but I didn’t hear much noise overnight. The wedding venue area was also extremely nice. We didn’t use the pool but we checked it out and it was an indoor/outdoor pool that seemed quite impressive for a hotel like this. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend!

I stay at this hotel often. Being a platinum elite now I’m titanium elite. With all the businesses this Hotel gets the staff keeps this property clean; the lobby area, pool area in the guest room. Alex and Greg are great asset to the team here.

Stay here often on business trips. I originally liked staying there however the last several times my room smelled like cigarette smoke. I understand difficult to control but there needs to be some way to penalize those who won’t abide by the rules. I’m sure housekeeping can smell it as it was overpowering my most recent stay. Generally comfortable with reasonable gym and laundry room. Kitchenette ok. If you need a prolonged stay this is ok barring you don’t get lung cancer from the second hand smoke
It’s an okay hotel. Would stay there again
