Friendly staff. Very clean. Great location. One of the few sidewalked, walkable hotels in the area. Lots of shopping and food options nearby, either a short drive or walking distance away. Very close to the highway too.

The room was surprisingly bigger than some other Hiltons we've stayed at. The attempt at room darkening blinds are appreciated but a bit of a miss as we usually have to make a pillow fortress and hang a blanket to block light from getting in at sunrise (or even from the parking lot). The pool area and gym are pretty small and could use some updating. Breakfast one day I had a $10 omelet and was charged $1.88 for one piece of toast (in the words of ESPN - c'mon man!).
By now you are wondering why such a great review? The staff. Friendly, professional, and so very helpful. Each morning we were greeted with a smile and everyone was so very welcoming. They each take pride in their work. In this case we have to single out Shataisha & Brianna at the front desk. It was a long stay (6 days) and they helped make our stay a delight. Also at breakfast Sarah & Iris served with both charm and alacrity so we could enjoy the meal, and their service, and move on with our day (and no, neither of them was the toast charge bandit). In the evening Steve who tended bar was fun to chat with, especially after such a long day. At the bar the prices are quite reasonable.
To sum up. A good solid place to stay with great people - fix those first few negatives noted earlier on this place it could be 6 stars. Definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn Bridgewater - we'll be back.

The hotel looks to be very up to date and the rooms extra large compared to many Hilton Garden Inns. The sundries in the lobby were very very well stocked. Now if corporate would just end the madness and start serving breakfast... it would be perfect.
Travel during the past year has been frustrating. Many in the travel industry have gone completely COVID crazy, i.e. card carrying members of the COVID Doomsday Cult. The staff at Bridgewater have not. That's the main thing for us. Plus, considering everyone is so shorthanded, they were super responsive and always helpful in many ways.

Several days after my stay I found that they put a $2 credit charge on my fully pre-paid room. No I did NOT drink any of the for sale water bottles in the room. I think they are just trying to sneak charges on people who don't watch their credit balances carefully to boost their profits. Now I'm trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charge. What an annoyance and scam. Watch out for this. Won't stay there again!

I would not stay here again. The rooms are outdated, the restaurant still isn’t open. When asked to change rooms I was lied to that the hotel was fully booked yet when I went in-line I could book the same room type any when we went outside later the entire back of the parking lot was empty

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, you are among our most valued guests. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry we did not exceed your expectations. I can assure you that it is not standard to find someone at our hotel who isn’t helpful. We strive to ensure our front desk agents and other team members know how much we value your business. I have addressed the issue mentioned with my team member. Unfortunately, there were issues he couldn't address immediately hence his inability to change your room. Your comments will help us as we continually work to improve our guest experience. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter. Thank you

Beautiful newly redone room. Parking on site. Beautiful ambiance in the public area. Staff needs some training. Made reservations in advance and when we arrived the check in personnel made us feel like they were doing us a favor by giving us our room keys. On check out, there was no one at the desk, I waited a few minutes but another employee came over to assist but was untrained to help us find out our bill total from dinner the night before. I finally left and told the person to tell the check out person to email me the information. At 9:30 AM I would expect some assistance at the front desk.

I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend 2021 and the hotel did a great job of implementing a safe clean environment and had an array of available options for food and beverage. Would recommend staying here. Also within walking distance to patriots stadium for minor league baseball.

Easy check-in process, friendly staff. The room was immaculate and everything felt brand new. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked if not fairly standard, except they offered an omelette station too. Overall, better than other hotels in this class.

Let’s just say choose any other hotel than this one. At check in when I asked for a pill away bed was told no problem left to dinner upon arriving back no bed. I called desk and was told he’s not sure as it’s a fire hazard and can’t accommodate us. So now they took a reservation for five in my family but can’t assist for ya to sleep comfortably. Then I go to use gym in the morning I’m there 40 minutes with eight minutes to go and a couple comes and asks how long I have as they reserved the gym. I said 8 minutes and all the sign on door says is 2 people maximum. They left and here comes a manager Roslyn who tells me I have to leave as the gym is by reservation only. Didn’t ask how long do you have left or are you aware of the gym reservation policy. Really I can’t finish the 8 minutes left? Where’s the customer service in trying to please all people In Your hotel? I’ve never witnessed a more unprofessional manager in my life. We come away to go on a vacation. To relax , follow our normal workout routines and instead have to get annoyed and aggravated with horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and make your money count stay where they know how to respect people.

Yes, there's restaurants not too far away. The hotel restaurant has a basic limited. Across the street is Applebee's and McDonalds. There's a pizza shop and a taco place near the Wawa down the road. Within a few miles is Grub Hut, a Mexican / BBQ place. There's some standard Chinese. Within 15 minutes there's plenty of places, including Maggiano's, and Indian and Thai places-- just google restaurants near me.
We do not own a shuttle but public transportation (buss/train) are in walking distance of the hotel.
