Extremely cordial and helpful staff. Requested a quiet room location and found ourselves looking out onto a pebbly rooftop and looking down at a pebbly alley! Our standard king bed room with sofa was small and tight with the curved sofa preventing easy movement around the bed. Bathroom is also small but adequate. Because of Covid, restaurant was offering limited bar service and bar menu; pool was open as was one computer.

Ended up staying here three days/nights to avoid tropical storm Henri on our way south. This is a large, and graciously spacious hotel. We stayed in a suite that exceeded our expectations. It included a small kitchenette with dishes, flatware, a few pots and pans and a dishwasher. There is a bar/ restaurant area that serves breakfast and dinner, but we didn't eat there. There is a Shaw's grocery store across the street, and several restaurants nearby.

Took my wife, daughter and granddaughter here for a night following a visit to Hudson to visit family. Could have easily went home for the night as we are only two and a half hours away, but my granddaughter wanted to use the pool and I thought it would be nice to settle in and just enjoy a rest for a change.
The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms comfortable. They did not have a huge cable line up on the TV which was a drag finding something for a seven year old.
The pool was reservation only, first come first serve, one family at a time. Which was nice for families and being pretty dead for a Saturday night do the stupid Covid made it easy to reserve an hour. On Sunday morning it was empty so we used the time to enjoy more pool with our kids.
Check out is 12 which is really nice to have the extra hour that many hotels don't offer.
The staff were great and because we were in New Hampshire and not in the get your panties in a twist because I don't have a mask on Massachusetts we all felt very comfortable. Thank you.
The one draw back was our bathroom. It had not been cleaned properly for a while I'm sure due to lack of business and the floor around the toilet was full of short and curleys. Yuck.
My daughter found it, cleaned it, and then complained about it. In turn I was rewarded 1000 points on my membership which was fine with me.
I wasn't gonna even complain about it but my daughter made a good point why she did. So the points was really a nice way to say sorry, by the hotel.
We will return for sure and am grateful otherwise!

I usually pick Marriott properties even though they are typically slightly more expensive than other hotels in this category because they typically are a little cleaner and have a few more amenities. I was disappointed in my experience at this Courtyard. I got to my room and washed my hands and the sink seamed slow to drain. I went back into the bathroom later and it turns out the sink was completely plugged. It was late at night and I didn't feel like moving so I let it go. I got up the next morning and one of the light switches in the bathroom was broken but worked sometimes. The sink was still backed up. I looked back into the room and noticed the shelf above the desk holding two pictures was about to pull out of the wall and fall. Maybe I had the only bad room but it makes me question the upkeep of the property.

I travel to Nashua several times a year on business and stay for 5 days plus. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn; this time the price of this hotel was almost half the Hampton Inn so I booked, and I was very pleased and happily surprised.
The location is excellent, just right off Exit 8, so super convenient to get in and out and also down the road from Amherst street and all the businesses.
There is indeed a courtyard and a fire pit which is nice. There is a bar in the main lobby but I noticed that it get busy and the crowd can be raunchy at times.
Very nice breakfast area (very bid) and they serve of course not for free, Starbucks coffee.
They do have a whole adapter for USB on wall by the bed this is true, so I am not sure what is the other reviewer talking about. They have a coffee machine in the room (which is very spacious by the way) but they don't provide water; so they except you drink or brew your coffee with Nashua Water (no thanks).
The gym is small but does the trick; the hotel is huge, so I guess they could invest in a bigger gym. Few cardio machines, few weights and one multi movements cable operated machine.
The welcoming staff was professional ( I guess friendliness is a lost art lately in the UsA); they just do their job like robots and don't put their heart in it, but who cares.
My room was quite a hike, the hotel has centrally located elevators but then it is quite spread out, so you have to walk down those hallways. The good thing is that they have side exits that you access with your room car in and out.
The parking was packed every night; probably because they have a bar and a restaurant. But there is a LOT of parking spaces, though again this becomes an issue because they are far from the entrance.
Otherwise, rooms are clean. They only service the room if asked, though i noticed that one day (night number 5) they went into my room and did some basic turn over (they did not ask me; I was under the impression that they will NOT access the room, so basically this was inappropriate).
They reached out to me few times by text message, to ask if all is good and that was a nice touch. But again, if I did not reply, why did you access my room? (maybe safety check?)
Overall, a nice hotel, clean and convenient. Tried to book it for Feb 2023 but now it became much more expensive than Hampton Inn and the neighboring extended stay. So will not be staying there unfortunately.

The staff at the check-in counter were pleasant and efficient. The room and the bed were comfortable, although the room and hallways smelled very strongly like cheap air freshener that gave me a headache. Anyone who is sensitive to strong odors should keep this in mind. I was unable to identify the source. Someone traveling with us thought the cloyingly sweet odor may have been a cleaning product called "Fabulouso." If that is the case, the hotel might want to switch to a different product with a neutral odor that will also keep mold and mildew under control as there was mildew in the bathroom tub/shower.
The bar/restaurant was woefully understaffed during our stay. There was only one person working on a busy Thursday evening. She had to do EVERYTHING by herself: tend bar, wait on tables, deliver food orders, bus tables, etc. There were periods of time when there was no one at the bar or on the restaurant floor because the one person working was in the kitchen waiting for (or perhaps even cooking?) the food.
Breakfast is not included in your stay, but there is a Starbucks counter with a limited breakfast menu open until 10:00 a.m. The hotel does not put out complimentary coffee for its guests until sometime after Starbucks is closed. I do not think I have ever stayed at a hotel that did not have morning coffee and water dispensers in the lobby for its guests.

Well, maybe not exactly the forest......but a little gem non the less. Very clean and a fabulous staff. I managed a small hotel for over a decade and was quite impressed that the front desk person recognized a few other guests who were also checking in. That means that the staff is consistent and does their job well and probably are treated well by their management.
We were quite pleased that there is a restaurant on premises and we didn't have to leave to find food. The menu was simple, yet sophisticated enough for even those "picky" few, who might otherwise have to go foraging outside of the forest.
Then there is Valerie, who is the bartender and server at the Bistro. She could not have been more delightful. Friendly and professional, t
hat says it all. Thank you Valerie!!
I am not a regular, but if back in this area, wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. My first visit went excellent. No Issues. 2nd visit my tub would not drain at all and I have posted a picture of what I pulled out of the tub drain. Obviously, the last time the bathroom was cleaned, no water was used in the tub or Housekeeping would have noticed the blocked drain. Now trip #3. One of the outside parking lot lights wasn’t working and I reported it. My car was vandalized though I don’t know when it happened. They fixed this the next day. Then my room refrigerator was not getting cold, so I asked for a replacement and the replacement did not work at all. In addition, the hallways are littered with garbage and dirty laundry and when I complained to the front desk manager, she said that’s the way its going to be. I am paying top dollar for this hotel and I’m going to have to find another place.

Dear Scotthm5985rg, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your stay with us. Although we are short staffed due to the pandemic, we have thankfully been able to stay on top of our cleanliness through out the hotel. That being said, we do have days where our staff may run behind in getting to the floors to pick up laundry left by guests. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that if you experience any problems with your room someone is available at all times to rectify the issue and make it right. I hope you enjoy the remainder of your stay with us, all the best!

My husband and I booked a room block at the Courtyard Marriott Nashua for our wedding on October 8, 2021. This hotel has a partnership with our wedding venue, LaBelle Winery, so we heard about this through our coordinator. I’m sure some of you might have a fancier boutique hotel in mind when it comes to your wedding day, but nothing beats the kindness of the staff at Courtyard Marriott Nashua. My husband and I worked with Danielle throughout our wedding process, and she was absolutely incredible. She was timely in her responses, and was understanding and supportive even when we had a million and one questions (because we totally did!) We LOVED working with her! Danielle helped to get me in the bridal suite early, the night before the wedding to be exact, when normally I wouldn’t get it until early the morning of. The bridal suite was HUGE and was perfect for my 13 personal bridal party. The room was clean and had plenty of seating, as well as a long conference table where makeup happened, and a tall bar top where hair happened. With the partnership, we had complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel for our wedding guests, complimentary use of the atrium for our after party (drinks and food permitted), and an upgrade to a presidential suite. The staff was so friendly there that after our rehearsal we ditched a bar we planned to go to after, just so we could go back and drink at the hotel in the lobby. The fire pit outside was perfect for late night drinks as well. The best perk of all is that the room block prices are awesome and affordable for your guests, and that is something I know people appreciate!! Maybe you’re picky when it comes to hotels, but I promise you can’t go wrong here. The drinks are great, the staff is incredible, and the downstairs bar/TV lounge/ and fire pit are fabulous! The rooms are clean and cozy, and it’s within 3 minutes from a department store, grocery store, and a Chick-Fil-A!

I booked through Trivago that led me to booking. Com. In the filters I checked’breakfast included’ and Courtyard by Marriott was in the list. Apparently if you get the discounted rate through a third party there is no complimentary breakfast included. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the Nashua, NH area and we would have booked elsewhere if the breakfast was not included.
There were no cups for water, only coffee.
The bed did not face the TV. If you wanted to watch you had to crane your neck to watch tv.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not!

Hello,
Manchester Airport would be a much more affordable option. Price for a car service/taxi from Manchester to the hotel cost around $55 and from Logan would be around $120. There's always Uber as well. There are taxi's waiting at both airports so you wouldn't need to arrange those ahead of time.
