I just want you to be aware of the amazing Manager you have Tom Anderson. we stayed at your facility, Holiday Inn on Brown Ave back in Sep. It was just one issue after another with this stay. First we had booked 2 rooms and our card got charged 3 times each room. It took 3+days to fix the issue and get refunds. Next the day after the wedding I went to take a shower and the water was gray with black flicks, really gross I even took pictures to show the front desk. Ready to check out we waited for the elevator and waited and waited. So I walked down to see what the issue was with the elevator. Yup out of service, really. I am already not happy without a shower now I am walking down 3 flights with luggage. Then to get home and have a call from the Charge card company that someone is charging multiple rooms to my card. What should have been 2 charges turned into 6 charges. So poor Tom I was furious at this point and with all my ranting and raving he handled very professionally. He could not be more helpful trying to fix the charges and apologetic. Tom Anderson then told me that he basically needed to right a wrong and make it up to us. Please come back and give them another try so they can show us they really are a great facility. So he sent us a voucher for a free night and Breakfast the next day at the Airport Diner. We just got back from our night at the Holiday Inn Manchester NH and it was great. They have the most comfortable beds in the Queen Room, Coffee and Tea in the Lobby at all times and a very friendly front desk staff, and a indoor pool the kids enjoyed. The food at the Diner we went for lunch on arrival was so good, and the desserts were amazing. The Mud Pie was the best and their Ice Cream is home-made. Honestly for what all four of us ate it was very reasonable. Breakfast the next day was delicious the best Home-Fries I have ever had. The staff at the Diner are all so friendly and nice, I think the waitress checked on us at least 4 times and constantly made rounds with hot coffee. All in all I would have never returned but now I think this maybe our Hotel Choice if we are in the area again.
So Holiday Inn you owe Tom Anderson a Kudos. He took a very dissatisfied customer and made it right. He clearly is an assert to your Organization and very good in the PR department. Thank you Tom you were right it really is a nice Hotel with great staff. I would have given this a 2 after the first experience but now a 5

This Hotel is really close to Terminal 2 (2 min walk). Checked in with a really friendly receptionist-Tierney . Room was modern, fresh, clean and comfy. Decided to eat in the Restaurant (Turkish based but with British meals and snacks) which was a good shout. We had Freshly made Pizza - we tried Turkish flavoured Mevlana which is highly recommended and would have it again! The manager Gabor was incredibly helpful and friendly and as the restaurant is pretty new tried to accommodate our requests and made us feel very welcome. This will be our go to hotel in future as the staff were so nice and the hotel was really clean and food very good …what more can you ask. This made a really good impression to the start of our holiday :)

I am a Spire Elite Ambassador and tend to only stay at IHG's Kimpton, Intercontinental and Hotel Indigo properties, but there were none of those here so I rolled the dice and booked this Holiday Inn and wasn't disappointed, probably because it appears to be a relatively new hotel. Room and common areas were sparkling clean, bed was comfortable and internet was fast and reliable. My only complaint was that I was given a room on the back side of the hotel at the end of the hallway right over the restaurant and I was awakened at 5AM by a food truck right under my window apparently unloading and restocking the restaurant on the premises for about an hour. Since I'm a light sleeper, once I'm awake I'm up, so that ended my good night's sleep even though I didn't need to be up and out until 11AM. Other than that, this hotel is a great place to stay and would have received 5 stars and I highly recommend it-just ask for a room on the front at the opposite end from the restaurant!

Arrived early evening exhausted from a very long road trip. Ron, at the front desk, could tell I was and set me up in a quiet room away from everyone so I could get proper rest. Not only did he do that. Before going up to my room he told me if I need anything just call down. I called down and asked if they had any water to buy. He informed me that the diner connected to the hotel is where I could buy one. I dressed and went downstairs and was met at the elevator by Ron with a water for me. Knowing I was exhausted, he went out of his way to pay for a water for me and bring it to me. It was so thoughtful and just goes to show there are some great people in this world and one works here. Thanks again Ron

I enjoyed my stay at this holiday inn. It’s what you would expect as far as the rooms go- maybe a bit more spacious than usual rooms. Breakfast is well-stocked and the staff is very friendly. The van service is great and provides very easy access to things nearby. The staff was great with organizing pickups and drop offs. The driver, Joyce, was very friendly and worked with our group to get us where we needed to be quickly and efficiently. We appreciated her service and positive attitude!

This hotel thank goodness was only for one night. The place stunk of damp, the double room was very small I had to climb over my husband to get into bed we are in our 70's the bathroom had black mould on the grout the toilet paper hanging from a bent hook behind the toilet and the wooden slide door was rackety and loose, it was a little bit up in standard from a one star and the bed was clean but.......... The parking was great and there was a transfer for £28 return to the airport and back which was great

660sl, I'm terribly sorry to hear about the experience you had. It appears as though you stayed at a Holiday Inn in Manchester, UK as you mentioned paying £28 for use of the shuttle and this location in Manchester, NH does not accept GBP and also provides a complimentary shuttle to the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. If you are ever in the Manchester, NH area, we'd be thrilled to serve you in our spacious, clean, and comfortable guest rooms. As this was not the location you intended to review, we ask that you move your review to the correct location and hope that we get to welcome you ourselves to show you how true IHG hospitality should be experienced.

We have stayed at this facility many times and used Park N Fly (leaving car at hotel during trip and calling for a shuttle on return). Credit card charged park n fly rates. At checking reminded clerk need for shuttle for 0525 American airline flight. Told earliest shuttle 0400 due to staffing shortages due to COVID. Called for return shuttle on 12/26/2021 @ 1400 after return. Phone busy constantly. No answer. No response text messaging. Two days later no response. No taxis available at Manchester airport.

Felt staff should have informed us of need to park at airport. Untruthful.

Holiday Inn by the airport was the perfect stay for our families and hockey team of 7 and 8 year olds. Audra and Eric were so welcoming and made sure everything was ready for us. The pool was perfect and having the conference room available helped to minimize noise on the floors. Will definitely stay here again.

Be careful with this hotel. My family booked here for a wedding and literally as we arrived they informed us that there were no rooms for us...that they "had a water leak" and needed to move us to Holiday Inn Express. No one ever called, texted or emailed us that they had to cancel our reservation. We heard from THREE different Holiday Inn employees that this hotel OVERBOOKS all the time. When I called the Manager after returning to my home he never returned my calls. Terrible experience. Never again.

I'm sorry but we do not offer day passes to the pool. You may want to try the Comfort Inn in Manchester, I heard they have offered them in the past. We hope you keep us in mind for any future hotel needs you may have.

What a fantastic question! We would love to be your resting point before your trip, and DO offer parking while you are away! You would be looking to book a Park Stay and Go package, which includes all of your parking, your overnight accommodations as well as your shuttles to and from the Manchester Boston Regional Airport, all at a discounted package rate. Just make sure to mention that when you give our front desk a call at 603-641-6466 and we are more than happy to book that for you!
