We were passing through this part of NH. I would not make this hotel a destination, because there are no redeeming features. In other words, I would not care to stay there for a full week. But for our purposes, the hotel worked well for our one night stay. After a long drive, we didn’t want to get into the car again for dinner. Because of its convenient location, we were able to have a nice walk to a local restaurant. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and when I requested an iron, it was brought up in no time, with a smile. Many thanks!

While this wasn't our original destination , because of the covid cases rising in other states it was suggested by a friend to try the Hampton Beach area which still has a low rate of covid cases, after looking for a hotel for a while i kept reading the reviews for this hotel , and like someone else mention it doesn't look like much from the outside, it's only 3 miles from the beach.... but the staff were AMAZING!! extremely attentive to your needs , the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean, and you have an indoor pool and jacuzzi to enjoy , locally you had everything within a short distance, grocery store , fast food area if that's what you wanted , sports bar, seafood places to eat , breakfast place next the had awesome food , clothing shops , we even took a nice a little ride to maine ... all these places were suggest to us my our front desk guy SAM who i call the SAM the MAN , Sam and i talked a lot everyday since he had the morning shift he was extremely helpful and a really nice guy to talk to, he always made time to answer any and all questions that i had, the hotel management should be proud of its employees, as a manager myself of many employees customer service is vital and this staff show all of that , i also want to give credit to the front desk gentleman who's name escapes but was extremely helpful.... we will definitely be back !!

This place is not far from the beach maybe 10-15 minutes. Staff was warm and friendly. Dan, who was at the front desk was very attentive and made sure my stay was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer but will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. It was close to everything and all the staff were fantastic. The room was clean and our needs were met. The beds were pretty comfortable. I only have a couple things to comment on the downside. One- The towels for our bathroom were the worst I have ever used. Even if towels were getting stolen prior to these being supplied, they are so so bad, my husband described them as sandpaper. They were small and rough. Two- Coffee should be available all day. It was only available 6am to 9am and you had to ask the front desk for it. We had a great time and would probably stay here again but if we do, we would bring a one cup coffee maker and our own towels.

This independently-owned inn doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff is very pleasant and friendly and the Jacuzzi king suite we booked was great! First off, the room was clean and *huge*-- one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in! The king bed was very, very comfortable and made for an easy sleep. The Jacuzzi (the whole reason we rented the room off-season) was deep, worked well, and was very relaxing. There was no breakfast due to Covid, but the front desk did provide decent coffee. The rate was also superb for such a large room with a Jacuzzi tub. The cons: The TV was placed across the room from the bed and since the room was so large, it was difficult to see while relaxing in bed (there was a couch placed closer to the TV). The towels were rough, water pressure in the stand-up shower could have been better, and some tiles around the Jacuzzi were broken. Overall though, this was a fantastic stay and the value was far more than we paid. We would like to come back when the beach is open and the weather is warm! The location is near all sorts of stores and restaurants, and next door to a pretty decent Chinese takeout place.
