We are moving and have stayed in multiple hotels over the last 2 weeks. This is an average hotel and didn’t want to honor the $50 online pet fee. Instead they wanted to charge $75 for my 4 lb Yorkie. I totally get there may be additional cleaning with a pet but our room was only $102. For an extra $25 I guess he could have just had his own room! Insane. Front desk was totally unwilling to budge. If we hadn’t been exhausted from driving I probably would have found another hotel!

We were visiting Lake Tahoe. Accommodation at the lake was very expensive and we opted to stay farther away and take full day trips to the lake and the areas. This hotel is only 45 min away from the lake and it was easy and beautiful ride. The scenery is breathtaking. The hotel didn’t disappoint. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Decent breakfast (even though still covid restricted). Nice staff.

This hotel is well situated in the area for my business needs. It is completely average. The rooms I have stayed in were quiet in the evening although the door had a large gap to the frame that admitted much light at night, a distraction. The HVAC was typical of this level of hotel and sounded like a jet engine when on. The design and implementation of the lighting in the room is below average. It has a depressing pall to it and sets a poor mood. I could write a book on how bad the breakfast presentation was. The coffee was not good, the food was mediocre and I would recommend not taking advantage of it for nutritional or taste reasons. It represents almost the least they can do. Always receive great service at this Hampton location. Rooms are extremely quiet. Only negative this time was the cleanliness of my room. Even with that being said, I'll still return for future stays in Reno.

water pipes screamed when you turned them on until you turned them off. walls are thin heard neighbors above and below and both sides. will not stay there again. As a diamond member i was very unhappy.

Great clean rooms, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Good breakfast, but only a few vegan friendly options. Relatively close drive to Mt Rose Ski Resort and a bit longer to Lake Tahoe. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great stay! Clean rooms and overall clean hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds really make a stay relaxing. This will be my second time staying there and still plan to reserve this hotel for future trips!

The pool and hot tub are roomy and so appreciated after a long day of travel. the room was spacious and quiet and the bed comfortable. Hotel breakfast was pretty good, and if you are a birdwatcher, it is near a waterway to see ducks and otters. Also an easy walk to sprouts if you want to pick up something for dinner as we did.
