The Carriage House hotel is lauded for its prime location near the Strip and its peaceful atmosphere, offering a quiet retreat from the bustle of nearby attractions. Guests have called out the clean, spacious rooms with convenient kitchenettes, though some suggest the decor could use an update. Many find it to be of great value, with free parking and affordable laundry facilities. While the pool's limited sunlight has been a minor disappointment, the overall cleanliness and attentive service receive high marks.

The Carriage house was a great surprise find. It was literally only 5-10 min walk from the strip in two or three different directions. Our room was very comfortable and certainly large enough for two people for one week. We used the RCI Wyndham certificates so only paid $270 USD for the week, so that was incredible. The pool is nice, but does only have sun from 10am - 3pm - water was warm and always clean. You could take your cooler or drinks to the pool with no issues. The laundry on the 9th floor was convenient and $2 a wash and $1.50 a dry and your clothes were dry before the dryer time ran out. I would highly recommend the Carriage House and would gladly stay there again.

Quick and efficient check in with a lovely friendly lady called Rose.

We were originally given a room on the third floor but on arrival there was a musty damp smell. My guess was that the previous guests had left a spillage or similar on the carpet which resulted in housekeeping having to clean the carpet. It evidently had not dried.
Given that Rose checked with maintenance on our arrival to see if the room was ready it wasn’t her fault. She gladly swapped us up to the 8th floor.

We also asked for additional coat hangers, as we were there for a week and a kettle to make tea. These were gladly supplied.

The apartment was lovely. Really spacious with everything we needed to cook and prepare our own food.
There was a laundry on the 9th floor which was reasonably priced and really useful given we were on a detour from driving Route 66.

The swimming pool across from reception was available for a cool swim away from the heat and there is free parking.

Conveniently located to access all that Vegas has to offer, we would definitely come back.

We stayed at the Carriage House for 7 nights beginning 1/13/24. The room was clean. There was no noise from the hallways. The staff was friendly. Daily maid service was included. Enjoyed the coffee pot. The dishes and utensils included in the kitchenette were spotless. There was an on-site concierge daily. They were able to get us tickets at a discount for the Carpenters Legacy show in the Miracle Mile. The location is extremely convenient. A five minute walk to Las Vegas Blvd between Planet Hollywood and MGM. There was always plenty of parking spaces for our car we rented. I have already recommended the Carriage House to my son.

The two bedroom suite was large and spacious for our family of four. Very clean and looked new! The living room was well laid out with a sofa and lounge chair and a full screen T.V.. The kitchen had a full assortment of utensils, cutlery, plates and electric appliances Well done! We'll be back!

We stayed through a Timeshare with VI Resorts. We stayed in what was called a studio, but was essentially a hotel room with a very mini kitchen (dorm style fridge), 2 burner stove stop. The room was fine for what we needed it for though. Mostly just slept in it and relaxed at night as we spent most of the day exploring Vegas. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. There was a small incident with a supposedly unhappy potential guest (I don't know the story as we were just walking in), but there were two security people watching and waiting, which was nice. There was coffee every morning with real creamer. This was a very nice touch as it costs around $9 for a coffee if you buy it anywhere else! I wish they had the coffee pots available at night.

Upon checking in the front desk lady failed to mention any amenities they had to offer. For some reason the alarm clock was set and went off at 6:00 in the morning and we did not set that alarm. The rooms are like small apartments with a full bath and shower full kitchen TV in the living space and bedroom. Both TVs had cable on them. The heat did not access the bedroom very well. The windows need updating as you can hear everything outside as if you were outside. The washer and dryer is operated off of money in which you have to download an app. The minimum amount of $10 has to be uploaded and cannot be refunded to you I only used one load of $4 I'm out of $6 that was not able to be refunded to me. Free parking.

This hotel is a hidden gem among the big resort hotels. The pool was great and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The location to the strip is perfect, it’s basically a 2 minute walk and you can take a short cut through the miracle mile shopping mall which takes you into the heart of the strip.
The hotel has no smoky casino you have to walk through and no resort fees with free parking.
I can’t rate the hotel enough. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Stayed here for New Years, absolutely a great location. This location is centrally located a block off the strip, so it is an easy walk to MGM or Planet Hollywood. This hotel is a non-casino location so there is no smoking there, which is great! The rooms are mini-suites, with kitchenettes that include microwaves, ovens, and fridges. Great place to stay with the kids!

It's not a hotel but seems like an apartment building. I ended up getting a very big 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor, which was a great value. Also there's free parking.
The parking and lobby don't look very nice but the room itself was great in the end.
Unfortunately they ask you to sign a waiver that the guest would clean up the apartment or get charged for not doing it - but they won't let you take that to do list to the room. That was really the only draw back.

On holiday with wife and 2 young children we wanted to use the kitchen and not stay in a casino. This hotel amazed us. Everything great, from the location, up to the room, very large and equipped with everything. Comfortable pool and valuable parking.

No food or bar at the Carriage House. They do have a small snacks and cold drinks area near the lobby. As for the pool, you can take your own cooler but no glass containers are allowed. Very family oriented, oh, and there are restrooms at the pool too. Clean and relaxing place - we love staying at the Carriage House for over 20 years!
