I wanted to enjoy Fremont Street so I booked this hotel. Please don’t make the same mistake I did! Rooms were old and disgusting! We used 2 bottles of Lysol to make sure we didn’t get sick. Then we went down to play slots. I asked for a shot of Fireball. That’s all I drink. Was told I couldn’t have one even though I was actively playing at a game. What a joke! So, we left and went up and down Fremont with absolutely no trouble getting a drink. Bartenders, wait staff, reception, and even managers had zero customer service. Please save your time, money and frustration and go to a different hotel!

Hello everybody just wanted to let you know about Four Queens Hotel. Room is 2 stars at best. No refrigerator or microwave. I contacted front desk because of no hot water. Facilities Maintenance came up ran the water then told me that the water would get hot after it was used by a lot of people so it could cycle through. What type of madness is that. So you can't just jump in the shower you have to let the water run about 5 minutes so it can get hot I timed it. If you need towels and wash cloths you have to call housekeeping so they can bringit to your room. No cleaning of room while you're staying. Air conditioning is great.

Not good at all. Staff ruder than hell! Rooms not clean. Took hours before getting clean towels(we even went to the FD and got them) Sooo unprofessional and dirty! Will not ever step foot in this place again! Sat down to gamble and took 45 mins to get a soda, guess who went elsewhere to blow money!! Not worth it! You literally get what you pay for! Awful front desk staff and a dirty room!

Granted no resort fee but you get what you pay for and it shouldn’t be expensive at all. Stayed for 7days on the 7th floor. Pictures look real good on the website but it’s deceiving. My lamps didn’t work. There was a leak in the ceiling prior to my visit. There was water marks in the ceiling that had two holes in it as if they drained the leak from it. Probably why my lamp directly under it didn’t work. Didn’t mind the Fremont noise as it was outside my window. It was a place to sleep. The bathroom sink caulking was cracked all around. Was thinking the sink would’ve fell through if I used it for a cooler for my drinks as there is no mini fridge or microwave. The second day the plumbing in the room across mine was flooding the hallway. The mechanic said “ yes our hotel floods” not what I’d like to hear as my room had the leak from the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are there strictly to sleep ONLY

Please stay elsewhere as I will. Not so much because of the hotel itself but the casino. The hotel itself is not a total disaster but definitely needs a lot of TLC. I’ve read a lot of other reviews talking about it’s the only resort without a fee. Well first of all it’s not a resort and second what amenities do you get? If you want to use the pool you walk across the street. I had always wanted to stay here for some reason, so I did. That will be the last time that I do so. The worst part of it all was when i went down to gamble at one of the roulette tables. During the middle of one of the rounds the lady running the table moved my chips. As well all know, many who play table games are very superstitious. I said “why did you move my chips”, she looked at me with like an oops I’m sorry face. The gentleman next to me told her “you know that’s bad luck”. She got a manager and of corse nothing was done. Needless to say if you like others to play with your money and decide on where you want it, this is the perfect place for you!
