Great Hotel located near airport. Great staff. Large comfortable room. Great bar. I highly recommend. If you are coming to Vegas and need a place to stay this place is a great value for the money. The staff will make you feel at home. Good wings too.

We stayed at this hotel on the last stop of our tour of National Parks of the Southwest.

This hotel is located near the airport, as the name indicates, which suited us well for our flight home the next day. It is off of, but nearby the Las Vegas “strip. The hotel provides regular free shuttle service to and from the strip, dropping off and picking up at the Flamingo Hotel in the middle of the strip, and they carry plenty of cold water for the brutal summer heat. They also provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

This hotel looks new; all of the furnishings and décor looked modern and fresh with USB ports for charging devices as well as multiple outlets for same. The bathroom was large and well stocked with toiletries. The service of the room was excellent as well.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with many fresh items, and real food; no microwave bacon or instant scrambled eggs here. There were the standards for breads, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, and waffle machines. Etc. The service of the tables was also provided by staff to remove plates, cups and silverware that were used.

We found this hotel ideal for our needs for our short visit to Las Vegas and would recommend it for its location to the airport, or if one is looking for a good hotel away from the throngs of the strip and its mega hotels.

We were flying out early the next day to Cancun and needed a place in close proximity to the airport. This hotel offer that convenience and without the usual outrageous, and stupid "resort" fees as you get near the strip. The check in was great and the front desk people were very helpful - especially giving us a a short cut to the airport connector that saved us some time in the morning. The location is ideal for people who need a place to stay pre- or post- flights out of the Las Vegas airport. Very comfortable rooms and quiet. Would stay there again.

We stay here several times a year when flying in and out of Vegas. Generally I'd rate them 4 stars but this visit was only OK. We stayed in rooms 402 and 404 on 10/20/21.
The rooms face the pool and dumpster areas. The garbage was emptied at 5:30 am which was noisy but not an issue since we had an early flight but if you want to sleep in, look for a room in a different part of the hotel.

The plusses were:
Great front desk person, check in was perfect
good sized and clean rooms
comfortable beds and furniture
Each room has a microwave, fridge (no freezer) and coffee maker
Lots of parking
decent internet
very good airport shuttle
Minuses
HH Gold + no longer get a free breakfast, instead you get a $12 credit which doesn't cover breakfast
We had a billing problem with the food credit, should have had $24 (2 people in the room) but only got $12, called the next day and they promptly fixed the errant credit card charge
Room 402 did not have any towels in it. Again this was promptly remedied after we called but this hotel usually does better.
Room 404 not ready by 4 pm.

The lack of a free breakfast may move us to use the local Hampton but otherwise we would use the Doubletree again.

Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your most recent experience. While I am pleased that our staff and amenities met your needs, I am disappointed that we did fully provide the world class service you are used to with Hilton. I have shared your review with our front desk team and housekeeping team so that we can improve and correct the mishaps you have experienced. Hilton did change the perks for Gold & Diamond Members to receive a F&B credit which started July 1st. This change does allow you the flexibility to use your credit for any meal period and the lobby market. The goal is to provide more flexibility to you our valued guest. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back in the future to provide the world class service your deserve.

This is our go to hotel whenever we have an early flight out of or late flight into Las Vegas. The rooms are always clean, they have a great airport shuttle and the staff is, generally, very good. The hotel is easy to find off I 215, close to the airport (10 min), has a 24/7 airport shuttle, an in house bar/ restaurant and is next to an Applebee's. Overall, it is a very good airport hotel option.
We have stayed here three times in the last two months.
On 5/5/21 while catching an early flight out of LAS. We did the Park and Go/Park and Fly option, so we could leave the car in the Double Tree lot for 7 days. We stayed in room 225.
Breakfast was from 6:30 to 9:30 am and they were able to provide us with a grab and go bag the morning we left.
Room 225 is in the front of the hotel and located over the entry doors. The room was decent sized, clean with comfortable beds and pretty quiet. The bathroom was decent sized and the water pressure good.
It wasn't the best room we have stayed in at this Doubletree but it was fine for the night.
The Park and Go option worked well for us, unfortunately it is now a 7 day parking max (not that many years ago it was 14 days), which isn't always long enough. I'd recommend management come up with a way you could pay to extend it beyond 7 days.

On 6/25/21, we stayed in room 346, it was clean quiet, good sized and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and the water pressure was very good. Breakfast (for HH members) was a buffet and fine. Again we used the Park and Fly option which worked well.

On 6/30/21, our plane arrived late and we booked a last minute room (442),. It was a handicapped accessible room and not one we would recommend. It had no luggage rack, the sink was too low and shallow, the closet doorknobs were broken and the shades had some holes in them. It's the first time we stayed here that I thought the room really needed refurbishment. I'd suggest that If you can avoid room 442 do so.
Despite our experience with room 442, we find the Doubletree a very good place to stay and one we'd recommend.

Price is an important consideration for me. This DoubleTree offered twin rooms at a good price and without the outrageous “resort fee” charged by hotels on the strip. The room was very comfortable and big. $5.50 for a Bud Light at the bar.
The made to order omelette was the best I’ve had in a hotel ever. Friendly staff.
The added bonus is the free shuttle to the strip. It comes every odd hour and takes you to the Tropicana, which is opposite the MGM Grand. It is advisable to book each way. It isn’t far and is a real money saver.
I’ll be back.

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel in Las Vegas after arriving on a late night flight. The hotel was an easy 5-minute drive from the rental car center and had free parking. We were quickly checked in and were in bed and asleep in no time. The following day we had to work remotely from our hotel room and found the wifi to be more than adequate as we were on video calls most of the day. The check-out time of 12pm is really helpful. We didn't make use of the amenities outside of the room during our stay, but overall found this to be a very clean and convenient place to stay for a night in Vegas, and at a reasonable price that avoids the resort fees most hotels on the strip charge.

We spent 1 Nite and were very disappointed. The front desk was not very cordial on arrival. An upgrade was offered and asked if it had a tub. The clerk said “No only standard rooms have tubs.
Its the Amenities are a bathrobe and better shampoo, lotions” Since I wanted to take a bath I took the standard room. The room was average, view of the parking lot. I went to the bath. The tub looked so bad I didn’t take a bath or shower. It looked awful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The big plus was we chose a room with an air filtration system. Kills 99.9 % of bacteria or viruses. With Covid 19, I was happy with the system. Would I stay again? No
There are a lot of places to stay in Las Vegas. I do not recommend this Hilton Hotel.

Our Airbnb stated the rental was no longer available when we went to check in. We had to find an affordable (Airbnb would take a week to return our payment) alternative on minutes notice. Another location booked us and then told us it had a max capacity of 2 when I specified 4 guests. Doubletree staff was friendly and accommodating.

My family and I were doing a long lay over in Las Vegas during a return trip from Hawaii, which was a bucket list trip for my husband. He has ALS and is in a wheelchair so we reserved an accessible room for us and a double room for my kids so he could sleep for a few hours. We then confirmed the shuttle could accommodate a wheelchair (with two different staff over three calls). Upon arriving in Las Vegas, we were advised there was a miscommunication with the shuttle and it would be delayed, I confirmed again my husband is in a wheelchair. The shuttle shows up not able to accommodate my husband and we were then advised accessible shuttles do not exist and we should have taken a taxi. Due to the overall delay, we were left with no option but to just remain at the airport. I was finally able to speak to a knowledgeable person who did apologize and refund our charges but this did little to make my husband comfortable for 5 hours in the airport. This is the definition of incompetence and a lack of understanding for the disabled! I will never book a doubletree room again!
