The hotel is nice and well situated. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to housekeeper Maria B. who did an amazing job on our room.
The room was really comfortable, althought the decoration seems a bit dated (for my taste), it was very well equiped, calm and with a great view!
+ :
*Direct link to the MGM Grand and the Strip through an indoor airconditioned corridor
*Huge pool complex at the MGM grand
*Small pools at the bottom of the signature. No sun in the morning for the pool tower 2 (which is a + for me)
*View
*Great service (housekeeping/valet/technical staff etc...)
- :
*Valet when it is busy. The entrance of the hotel is blocked and you can easily wait 15-30minutes in your car before being able to handle de keys
*Opening hours of the swimming pools of the 3 towers. 9am is a bit late for people who do not want to be in the sun or who come from Europe (we were up very early in the mornings). There is no need to have 2 lifeguards for a small swiming pool. It would be better to open from 8am to 7pm.

After a long break since my last stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the elevated quality of the accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, and welcoming common spaces.

I stayed in one of the Signature suites offered directly by MGM and was impressed that despite the age of the building, the furniture and furnishings were all fresh and without mark or damage. While it seems that balcony suites now always require the payment of an extra fee, my standard room was still plenty spacious and functional with a kitchenette, couch, table and chairs, and comfortable bed.

While the room only had a toaster and coffee maker when I arrived, they quickly delivered plates, cookware, and utensils after making a request to guest services. Similarly, bags were delivered quickly following a call to the Bell desk.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day and the room was spotlessly clean and refreshed. All of my interactions with other staff were positive as well.

This stay was in Tower 3, but even at that most distant point, the walk to the MGM Grand was only five minutes.

I'm glad I gave the hotel another chance and plan to return to the Signature again on future trips to Las Vegas.

Location is ok. 1 block behind the strip connected to MGM (a whole mile walk by a walkway). It is rather for a long term stay. We got a upgraded suit so a full kitchen and double shower rooms with a tub. (No utensils or dishes bc of pandemic) But the tub was disabled with no hot water, so that was useless. They still charge for a resort fee although it’s not a casino hotel. Because of pandemic, no jacuzzi, and pool hours are limited. I understand that is for all the hotels but to be charged for a full resort fee is not really reasonable. Nothing else that is extra. Room did have a sticker to confirm it was sanitized and there was a sanitizing kit in the room. No employees in the lobby and u have to use the buzzer to call them. I don’t know if it’s because of social distancing. Was kind of a strange feeling. We switched to Bally’s for the second night. I shall review them later.

I will start by saying upon check in the hotel does require a fee they hold on too, This is purely for security and you will get this back as long as all is ok with your room and nothing is broken. While this wasn't an issue I do feel they should inform guests prior to arrival, When we checked in we were upgraded to a One Bedroom Suite and were surprised to get an Upper Pent House Strip facing with amazing views. We must of got one of the best views in Vegas, As for the rooms amazing all of them and the house keeping team were really good and had a great eye for detail. Very polite staff and over all we had an amazing stay. As for the walk to the MGM it is hardly a mile like some have said plus I don't understand how past guest's moan about how far it is when one its not and two most of the connective walk way is covered by a moving flat Elevator. We time it once from our suite to the casino floor it took us 6 minutes as we were going at a aveage pace. Tower one is cloest to the MGM but even if your in Tower 2 or 3 it wouldn't go over 10 munites walk to the Casino floor so it's hardly any time at all. I can tell those moaning are not used to using there legs which seems werid as you do alot of walking in Vegas. For us this was the perfect location close enough to the strip yet fair enough to chill by the pool on hot days and it seemed like we were anywhere but Vegas. Ps little travel tip ask your towers reception for bottled water you will get one or as many as you like as they won't offer this in rooms. You will need the water as your do plenty of walking in Vegas as I said it's not Vegas without walking and exsplouring the different casinos and hotels. This is where the use of the rooms tub Bath comes in handy endding the busy day's and nights chilling in the tub with a cheeky glass of something nice. Would we stay again yes without a doubt.

Rented for a spur of the moment weekend away with friends. Rented through a third party so we could reserve 2 rooms that had 1 main door from the hallway. Check-in was good, I like the paking security for guests only to enter the property. Also, free valet parking so no high valet fees.

Property is nice, a little dated but very clean. Everything is done in tower 2, so expect to walk if you are in 1 or 3. We were in 3. Speaking of dated, be sure to bring your electronic chargers from home.

The units were advertised as 'strip view' but the view from tower 3 is 'back of the buildings that have strip views'. There are several hotel towers between the Signature and the strip so if you are looking for views of the lights you won't get it. We did have a nice view of the ferris wheel though.

If this was in any other city I would consider this a luxury hotel and room, especially staying on the higher/penthouse floor. But this was not luxury for Las Vegas and when doing some research better rooms can be found for less.

Staying during Covid makes things tricky. Many restaurants were closed, including all but Delights in the Signature. Expect a walk to any of them. Face masks are provided and hand sanitizing stations everywhere make for a safer environment. Huge plus!!

Man, what more can I say about this lovely breath of fresh air of a resort? I left a positive review for the Signature at MGM Grand back in December of 2019, and this one follows suit without question. The location is a bit off the Strip, but that helps immensely if you're traveling around the area by vehicle whether it's through rideshare or your own. Unlike other hotels on the cluttered Strip, the location here saves you the headache of having to wait much longer in traffic than you'd like; time in Vegas can fly by fast, and visitors want to make the most of it. (Side Note: rideshare options were very scarce over the weekend of April 2nd-4th because of the pandemic, so make sure to plan around that if you're staying here or anywhere in Vegas in the coming weeks. This is no fault of the resort though.) You can also use the walkway between the Signature and MGM Grand or a side gate door to make your way to the Strip, I believe; I only used the walkway. If you don't mind walking, then it shouldn't be a big deal.

The Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping staff in Tower One who assisted me were amazingly friendly. The resort was clean as was the one-bedroom suite I was in for the past weekend. The suite was spacious with a small kitchen area, eating area, living room area, balcony, bedroom, and two bathrooms with stand up showers. The colors of everything inside from the carpet, to the walls, and the blackout drapes worked well to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The option to dim the lights further enhanced that effect. Like I said, this overall resort is a breath of fresh air that I highly recommend staying in when you can.

The Signature at the MGM Grand are the 3 towers behind the big green MGM hotel and casino. I had planned this trip for a work related seminar months ago. The seminar got canceled due to Covid-19, but we had already made arrangements, so we decided to take the trip anyway.

The 3 towers are impressive and are apparently a hotel/residential building (I'm assuming that most of the people staying there are tourists). We were in tower 1 and it was nice. The lobby was nice and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant.

We made the reservation thru AirBNB and got a decent price (plus, no resort fees). The room itself was fine, it faced the airport and we were on the 34th floor (tower 3 has the best views of The Strip from what I understand). I don't know how old these buildings are, but I'm assuming they are around 20 years old. It was a good room, but definitely needed some upkeep (see pictures). The furniture was outdated and heavily stained (again, see pictures). The carpet really needed to be replaced due to stains (yup.... again, see the pictures). The bathroom was very nice and big with a huge shower and tub.

The room had a kitchenette (small refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave) and was very functional, especially since we had some groceries.

Since it was an Air BNB there was no maid service while we were there (totally expected). Everything went smoothly and it was a nice stay. If it was an old place I wouldn't mind the stains and grungy furniture so much, but we paid about $130 a night so I expected more.

Be aware that it is about 3/4 of a mile from tower 1 to the parking garage at the MGM. Right now the parking is free and the Signature towers has free valet service (but not 24/7).

I have stayed at this location approximately 16-18 times over the past 8 years. I have had minor issues over the years and thought this would be the place during the covid-19 issues....wrong! I and and another couple (best friends) arrived stayed 09/24/2020 thru 09/28/2020 and each reserved a one bedroom balcony suite with high floor extra.

We arrived knowing many restaurants and stores were closed. We specifically rented cabanas for our stay to avoid the 60% pool capacity. First day we were denied entry into the MGM pool, they stated they changed the rules 2 weeks prior to our arrival and would not allow us into our cabanas we paid $ for prior to arrival. After approximately 1 hour they acknowledged we rented cabanas and allowed us entry. During our entire trip our room safe would not work, security attempted to fix it 2 times, each time taking 45 minutes in the morning requiring us to stay in the room to monitor. On Saturday the 26th returning to the resort in a UBER they refused us entry thru the security gate at 3:00am. They made our driver park 2 blocks away forcing us to walk, mind you there had been 3 shootings on the strip that weekend, this was a total crap move!

Our friends also found "blood" on the bottom reserved side of the bed comforter cover, obviously housekeep just flip the cover from the previous guest.

We have both sent the MG Signature several emails with no response......

I suggest moving on to another resort, we are after several years.

I was a bit hesitant going to Vegas “COVID” and all that. However, the hotel Has everything set up According to CDC guidelines and regulations. From social distancing, hand sanitizers, available disposable masks, to the sensors for the front lobby doors. We were on the second floor facing the pool. The rooms were clean and spacious very quiet. My room did not have any plates, cups etc, but I believe one must request in advance which I did not do. The garbage disposal did not work. I advised the front desk on our way out and it had been fixed when we returned. Valet parking is free for the time being however, they do close at 10:30pm and after that time you will have to park in the self parking lot, which may be inconvenient as it’s a long a very long walk. However, the hotel does have a few moving walkways. They provide a to and from map for the self parking but I found it a bit confusing, but the staff all around are very helpful and friendly. We stayed Monday-Thursday which was good “less people and not so crowded” my husband and I truly enjoyed our stay hope you and yours do as well 😊

Recently stayed at signature MGM for a couples trip with my husband. Location of the Signature from other casinos was not bad and walk to MGM was expedited by the moving walkways (occasionally 1 was turned off but mostly they were working). Jetted tub in the room was fabulous and room in tower 2 was very quiet; no drunk folks roaming the halls in the wee hours to keep us up which was very much appreciated. We got to use the lazy river/ MGM pool without extra charge and in my opinion, stayed in a more updated hotel than MGM.

Now for the cons; an in room 32 oz bottle of water is going to cost you $9. If you ask the front desk, they will give you 2 bottles of water at a laughable 3oz. each. No vending machines at all on our floor. Also, I booked our vacation through southwest and thought i had paid in full but at check in I was informed that I still owed $44 dollars a night in resort fees...a $132 charge I was not expecting. The lady at the front desk didn't go in to detail about the charge, just said it was owed and the $300 hold for incidentals. I just didn't like that i had to inquire about this. I understand the city is known to upcharge but I cringe whenever hotels are not transparent about their fees.
