No bugs. Great staff and onsite security officer each shift. While some of the rooms could probably be cleaner, if you do have an issue the staff will immediately address the problem. The place is also in a really good location to the strip. The bed was also great.
I am one of those people who look at life as the glass being half full, so under the circumstances while the only issue may be the cleanliness of the room, I would stay there again.

Stayed last weekend, toilet seat broken, sink tap loose and sink was leaking when used, carpet was soaking from previous use and not repaired. I complained to reception who said would contact maintenaǹce. Nobody came could only use sink it wore shoes

NO FREE BREAKFAST so don’t fall for that. Bring shower shoes (tub isn’t fully resurfaced), sheets/pillowcases (unless you want stained linen with stray hairs), and towels (unless you want to drip dry!)
The male front desk member was kind & helpful, the other workers were not so welcoming.
Only reason im not rating 1 star is the fact that It was safe enough (for 2 young women travelers) & the ac worked.

There cigarette burns in the mattress, the headboard of the bed was sticky and the room smelled. I was given a different room by reception and the toilet had paper in it looked used, the bathtub was dirty. I showed the receptionist the pictures and was told I'd receive a refund in 5 to 7 days and I left and they would check into housekeeping.
Do not stay here, its nothing like the photos the "property" posts!

If you want a cheap place to stay and be threatened to be evicted by the management because you get angry about an error that they make then stay here otherwise look for another hotel that treats its customers better.
I checked into the hotel around midnight after a long flight from the east coast. The front desk attendant told me that their credit card reader was down. They asked if they could copy my driver's license and credit card and would run it when their system came back up. At 2am, I got a call from the front desk waking me up accusing me of giving them a bogus card and I needed to come to the front desk right away. When I got the the front desk I asked why I needed to do this right away but the attendant said that he did not like my tone and called security saying that if I did not change my tone he would evict me. He accused me of giving him a bogus card but when I got my photo copy of my driver's license and credit card back that they made earlier it showed that they copied the front of my card which only had the number on the back.
The front desk attendant should have also known that since the reservation was a guaranteed reservation my credit card is already on file and would have been charged even if I did not show up. The issue should have been resolved in the morning not at 2 am. The management never came back and apologized for their employees mistake.
Overall I would not recommend that you stay at the hotel as the staff does not treat its customer with respect even though the price is good and the rooms were adequate. There are other choices close by and i would rather get a good night sleep and pay a little more than get woken up in the middle of the night because of their incompetence.

This hotel is lacking maintenance, good housekeeping and customer appreciation. Housekeeping employees are loud , don’t respect that travels sleep in the morning . Old ripped curtains with soap scum in the bathroom, horrible dirty carpet , underneath the bed is lots of dust , looks like nobody vacuumed there for months or weeks . I wasn’t greeted by receptionist as a reward member guest. Absolutely disappointed in this hotel . The only positive thing was that is was in perfect location .

We stayed two nights at this family friendly welcoming establishment it felt like home away from home . The cost really opened up doors to explore other parts of the city and not spend it all on accommodations. This oasis is welcoming to all genders and ethnicities which was reassuring. The location is perfect , with a community deck to enjoy the lights of vegas and the quiet morning for your coffee which was provided. The shower was perfect it would self regulate as if it new what your body needed. They have came along way since their 2018 murder in one of the rooms. With Denny’s close by you will never go hungry and hooters close by you’ll never go horny. In my opinion there is no place like HOJO

These people will try to scam you out of your deposit don't say I didn't warn you , they tried to say I had a pet in the room when I don't even own a pet then when I told them that they were like oh well even if you don't have a pet well you smoked in the room and showed me a picture of a little dirt on the sheet saying it was ashes , which is not true at all I went outside everytime. I asked can't you look at your cameras or anything I went out front any and everytime , then I asked for a copy of the pictures and a number I could call. They said they couldnt give me a copy and they didn't have a number ........ I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the only reason I stayed so many time is cause of the price it's cheapest you will find and if you on a budget , well you don't have a choice to be picky .

This hotel should probably be demolished and rebuilt by someone else.
The management doesn't keep up with maintenance. It's dirty, outside and in.
The ice machine closest to my room didn't work and looked like it had not worked for years. The nearest ice machine that worked leaked water and the area under the stairs looked like it had not been swept in years. It seemed that there were several rooms occupied by welfare families. Mats outside the ground floor rooms were filthy, with cigarette buts, hair pins, etc.
In my room: the sink stopper didn't work. The drain barely worked. The carpet had stains. There was a used facecloth hanging from the shower head. The only two towels in the room were one bath towel and one small towel.
There were no coffee cups and no regular coffee bags....only decaf.
Check-in was slow; One customer monopolized the only clerk for about 15 minutes while two of us had to wait outside in the hot sun until that transaction was finished.
The beds were OK, The AC worked well. The shower worked. It wasn't too noisy...after the airplane traffic from the airport died down.

Room was damaged, dirty, and poorly stocked. We did not feel safe or comfortable at this property and left after check in, forfeiting the nonrefundable rate, to stay somewhere else. No fridges, thread bare linens, two towels for a four person check in, other guests having issues lined up in the lobby... Booking here was a big mistake and waste of money.

I paid through my visa debit card - it took 2 or 3 weeks to be returned
An iron and an iron table may not be available in each room but you should ask the Front Desk for it. Most rooms aren’t recently new refurbished.
