The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World receives mixed reviews, with guests appreciating the sophisticated atmosphere and the array of dining options and pools. However, the hotel's value is often questioned due to unexpected costs and some guests feel nickel-and-dimed.
While the location garners both praise for its proximity to the Strip and criticism for its isolation, room experiences also vary, with reports of clean, modern spaces alongside maintenance issues. Service quality is inconsistent, and despite the overall modern vibe, the hotel's housekeeping standards are not always up to par.

We stayed one night at this hotel. My room was 36373. The 3-star rating is due to a few factors. In favor: - imposing hotel, beautiful reception with marble and crystal chandeliers - employees identified with the hotel symbol - large rooms with breathtaking views - large bathrooms with hygiene products.
Against: - rude entrance staff and only with the intention of following orders, we left the car at the entrance to check in and unload our bags and they immediately started to tease the car being there, even after explaining the reason... the entrance was empty , we were not preventing anyone from circulating or delaying circulation. - in the rooms there are more issues to point out, namely this being a 5-star hotel and they don't even offer a complimentary bottle of water or coffee. There are hotels with fewer stars that give these minimums to customers. - the bath towels are tiny, the face towel looks like a large toilet towel. The towel is the smallest size. Not to mention the quality of the fluff, which for a 5 ⭐️ hotel leaves a lot to be desired. - the mattress is very soft, although this is a matter of personal preference but they should have a “middle ground” mattress to suit all tastes. - to finish the shower there was very little pressure. - there were no slippers, but I think if we asked at reception they would give them to us. - there was no bedroom robe - apart from the basic shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body cream there was nothing else... not cotton swabs, make-up remover cotton or any other hygiene item. - the park pays for customers.
There are too many factors that, in my opinion, should not happen for a 5-star hotel.
These criticisms are constructive and intended to alert those responsible.

A lot to like on my first stay at RW Hilton. First off the location at the north end of the Strip feels safer and way less congested when walking outside the hotel. I am going to events at Wynn this week and it's an easy walk over to the Wynn complex. I chose the Hilton for the great rates mid week, excellent value. Room is very nicely furnished. modern and clean. Housekeeping seems very good.
Nice Strip views from the hotel. Stayed at a Caesars property a few weeks ago, they charge you extra if you connect more than 2 devices to wifi, not here - no extra fees.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Good location and nice pools. Hotel room does not have a coffee pot or keurig which is disappointing. Starbucks was quite a walk and expensive for a morning coffee. Check in was slow and the Hotel had our group reservation under the wrong name and incorrect data. Casino is really Smokey but that's Las Vegas. Don't move snacks on the counter, if they move for 30sec you get charged. Fitness facility is excellent. Reccomend free bottle water and coffee in room.

This was an amazing stay and I had avoided staying. Here for couple years because of the reviews and I reallly don’t get it. I showed up early for edc, my room was ready at 10am. I had moved from Delano the night before because of a bad night.
I come to Vegas monthly and normally stay at Wynn or Venetian for 20 years.
The room was spotless, smellless and felt like I was the first person ever in the room. The size had me Hesitant for years but the standard room at Hilton was absolutely fine for someone with high expectations and normally stay at high end resorts.
The pool was great I was able to walk directly out to the pool and get my own cushioned chair for $30 on Saturday. The pool area was so much fun. The jacuzzi section is seriously amazing. No other resort has a outdoor jacuzzi this large and frankly I was the only person in it such a dream to soak after Friday night at edc.
The Sportsbook was fine, I signed up easily for my account was able to make wagers on the app and was a good experience.
Regarding the spa….Somewhat disappointed I couldn’t get a day pass without an apt time window and it was $175 yet a massage is like $250 so went to the pool.
The food court was acceptable I got a chicken rice bowl at a Japanese restaurant and ordered on a led screen and was ready quickly.
My only concerns staying here again are the following: the early or late check out process (you need to call at 6am day or check out) to check if I can pay to stay till 3pm. It caused me To sleep panicked. Ultimately I was declined a late checkout and moved my afternoon flight.
There is no bathtub in a standard room in this entire hotel. You will need to swing for a suite.
That is mostly why I prob wouldn’t stay here again since Wynn/Venetian/Cosmo offer tubs and that’s important to me.

Clear warning about this hotel!!! Absolute rip-off, the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, there were still pills/tablets on the floor from the guest before us. Furthermore, the room was only partially cleaned in the late afternoon when we returned from our excursion at around 4 p.m. and the room was just occupied by chambermaids, the pool area is also partially cordoned off and has to be paid for separately even though the infinity pool is advertised on the booking page, there are almost no umbrellas (shade) and the shaded lounge sofas, like pretty much everything in the hotel, have to be paid for extra. On the first day I bought a small bottle of mineral water in the hotel supermarket for $6 (completely overpriced). The reception is completely understaffed and there is no service thought, endlessly long queues, the room cards don't always work in the elevator (over time we noticed that several guests had this problem) and to activate them you have to stand in line at reception for at least an hour. The cleaning staff puts the personal items in the bathroom (toothbrush) in the toiletry bag, which is too much of a good thing in my opinion. The icing on the cake was a bill for supposed minibar consumption of over $130, although we never consumed anything from it... absolutely not the standard you would expect from the Hilton group... any other hotel on the Strip is preferable to the ResortWorld!

Unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. We booked two rooms to welcome the new year. The price was extra expensive, but consistent with other similar properties on the Strip for the holiday. The rooms were average, nothing extra. Bathroom towels looked pretty used up, we had to ask for extra to be able to pick the whiter ones. We went to their food court yard that claims to be exclusive international restaurants at a food court, to our surprise, or misfortune, all it is is glorified restaurants and that have nothing out of the ordinary, but their prices. Their touch screen registers went down when we placed our order, and the food was cold. Again, nothing to write home about. We would have been better off walking across the street to the Taco place. To top it all off, we received our stay receipts via email with a bunch of incidental charges from their rooms snack bars, which we never used. I tried calling to dispute the charges and got cut off three times, called back again and I left them my number, per their request to call me back, twice!, and am still waiting for a call back. We are very disappointed. We really thought the hotel/casino had integrity behind their name. At this time, we wouldn’t recommend it to our family & friends.

I haven't written a review in quite a while, but feel this hotel and area deserve it. The Bad, Resorts World is a bit far away from the main strip, but they are working hard to renovate this section of Las Vegas Blvd.
The good, everything....The hotel is new and beautiful and easy to check into. The elevators are split up by floors so there is virtually no wait. The food!!! I have not seen this number of high end restaurants in any area on the strip. The weather has been in 110+ every day and not having to travel to go to dinner is a plus!! And not just the high end restaurants are good, the mid-priced bars & grills & lunch restaurants are so far all great (and the service has been impeccable at every venue we have visited). Normally at other resorts we have visited it is hard to even find a table or a place to stand to eat breakfast. It may change as this area gets more popular, but right now it is amazing to be able to go down and get a meal at any time without waiting for an hour or getting horrible service. The pool are extensive with separate family pools. Each day there are loungers available despite the guests who try to "save' a spot for the entire day. Another great point of being on the "edge" of the more popular part of the strip is that you can walk out and get water, sodas, etc at the Walgreens just across the street. It also has very easy (7 min walk) access to the Fashion Mall, which actually has some very good (more affordable) stores than the stores in the hotel complexes. We even went to the Ross Dress for Less across the street (as our suitcase was damaged to the extent it was difficult to roll) and were able to roll a new one back to the hotel at a fraction of the price we normally pay for luggage. Overall, since we have been to Vegas many times, this was a great location for us as we have "walked" the strip many times and seen many of the popular sights. This was almost more of a relief to have much better amenities with better/easier access and actually enjoy our time.

We stayed for 5 nights booked on Expedia but will definitely consider booking directly next time. We did a ton of research before choosing this hotel and brought our own small electric kettle, instant coffee and tea bags. We went across to the Walgreens and bought ourselves bottled water and a large jug of milk which we kept in the small fridge. When we first checked in late in the evening, we were given an available room on the 11th floor which ended up being horrible. There was short black hair all over the bathroom floor, and no hangers in the closet! We went back downstairs to the front desk and they moved us to a different room on the 11th floor which was cleaner with the proper number of hangers, but no glassware. They gave us a $60 credit to use at Suns out buns out (or Dawg house). That covered breakfast for two for two days out of five.
Housekeeping does not pay attention to details unfortunately, and all of the dresser drawers had a lot of dirt and dust in the pull grooves. We had to request some daily housekeeping via the app (red concierge).
Casino was lovely, not crowded and plenty of comp drinks, though the Crockfords lounge had tasty, high quality cocktails, versus the horrible-tasting cocktails (cheap, strong alcohol) in the main casino!
Spa was decent (see my separate review of Awana spa) but we didn't use the outdoor pool or indoor fitness area.
There are many elevators and we never had to wait for an elevator! There is always a long line up at check out time, so be sure to get downstairs early on check out day.
Overall, we were expecting a small room and what pleasantly surprised to see that the basic king room with a full Strip view felt comfortable for 5 days for two people, despite only having one sink and almost nowhere to hang towels!
Seriously, how hard is it to add more hooks and towel racks in the bathroom? There is nowhere to hang wet bathing suits either.
That being said, we are pleased to be part of Genting rewards and Hilton honors and would definitely return.

The resort was beautiful, and our room was very clean. But the super competitive room rate was extremely inconsistent with the price of everything else. I would expect to pay more for a wonderful dining experience like the one we had at Brezza. It was exceptional! And BTW the bill was about $200 for four of us, not bad at all! But to be presented with a $400 plus bill at the pool bar for seven drinks and a couple plates of nachos for the four of us…that was the first red flag. In our room, there was a tray with treats and snacks that also included a small bottle of wine. There was a card in front of the tray that said if you pick up any item for more than 30 seconds, you’ll be charged for it. Seriously?! Our friend picked up the bottle of wine in his room just to read the label and then found it on his bill at check out. Thankfully, it was refunded, but…??? Granted, I’ve only been to Vegas a handful of times, so perhaps other hotels do this too, but if you wanted shade from an umbrella at the pool, that came with a high price tag as well, at a per person rate. Shade. It just seemed like they had figured out how to charge you for everything and anything every which way. I’d use the term “nickel and dimed”…if only! If you wanted early check-in or check-out, $50. The list goes on and on. The reason I’m writing this review is to let people know that they should set their expectations accordingly and not let the affordable room prices fool you into thinking that the rest of your experience at Resorts World will follow suit.

We got an option for late checkout which we accepted since we had a very late flight. Upon check-in we were told that this was not a binding offer (or at least only for us when we accepted it and not for the hotel I guess?) and that we needed to check back the last day to see if they could provide this. We did of course check back only to be told that it was not possible. Since there were a ton of rooms on various platforms still available for that night - for prices close to what we had been offered for late checkout - we inquired if we could book another night, keep the same room and then check out early. They said yes, but only by booking through them and then they offered a total fantasy price which was almost as high as the amount we had paid for our five night stay. So just terrible customer service and really a missed opportunity for them to make some money by being reasonable. This leads me to writing this review of our overall experience which I otherwise wouldn‘t have. So here goes: We had known that the location was not the best, being a bit isolated on the strip. We thought we’d just walk to other places. But with temparatures super high in August you can‘t really walk outside and go to the other hotels so you are stuck here and let me tell you it is dead.. Every other hotel and casino was full of people, including the restaurants. But here? Half the stuff is closed or only open during short periods of the day. Choices for food are extremely limited. What is that mall? The few stores still open are surely closing down soon because there is zero foot traffic. The casino itself is severly lacking a theme, it‘s just all so sterile and nondescript and really boring. The resort fee has always been a joke in Vegas but here it‘s even worse - what is this even for? This is not a resort, there‘s nothing offered that goes beyond a standard hotel. 10% off a sunbed? Wow. Finally, a person in our party had a medical issue during our stay. There was zero helpfulness from anyone. All they tried to do was to make sure there was no liability on the hotel’s side instead of, you know, help. We were shocked by the callousness. Anyway, the rooms are nice, but that‘s about it. Stay at literally any other hotel on the strip and you‘ll have a better time.
