I booked this hotel using FHR by American express for my son bday weekend. I was upgraded to a higher floor since I book the basic room. It was awesome. They give the diamond benefit on top of the FHR benefit. So it awesome. Everything was clean.

Hotel's Favourite
I have stayed at Venetian, Palazzo, Arya, Cosmopolitan, MGM, park MGM and other smaller hotels and decided to try Resorts World Conrad Hotel this time. We checked in on a Tuesday and I must admit the hotel room is very clean, similar to Conrad Honkong and Macau standards, front desk and everyone in the hotel very helpful and friendly, valet is free, parking is ample and easy, the hotel is easy to navigate, whether you are a gambler or just staying in the hotel to relax, the rooms are clean, high ceiling, bathroom is big, and even if you are at the other end of the strip, you can still walk to Wynn, encore and peppermill diner is just in front of you. Going to the old town Freemont street and the outlets is also near , not needing to take the freeway, mahybe some suggestions to the hotel management to have free water in the rooms, Arya had Fiji water for guests consumption,. I hope they can maintain this cleanliness and standard as I plan to try Hilton the next time wed come to Vegas, there is also a food court in the ground floor with enough choices for everyone, the casino is well lit and easy to access, the rates are quite reasonable and i hope they can maintain these standards in the years to come, kudos to the manager

Had to wait over an hour to check in which was ridiculous. They only had 4-5 people working the front desk. Jherson apologized and put me on the 50th floor, but Hilton needs to step up their game. Only 4 elevators total and overcrowded. My keys stopped working the first night and I couldn't get to my floor. The guy checking keys told me I would have to stand in the check in line to get new keys. This really irritated me. I was disappointed especially with the $51 resort fee per night. Only showers in the bathrooms. Was forced to check out at the front desk because the tv won't let you do it before 6 am.

Could be a lot better if the hotel had more welcoming front desk. And offered on time room cleaning service The bed was very uncomfortable, and it felt like queen bed instead of king bed. Definitely liked Starlight on 66, and Fuhu

This hotel is a glorified AirBnb! The hotel grounds are beautiful, the design is excellent the rooms are wonderful. Saying that we move into services, which given that is a 5-star hotel are non-existent! Although you get beautiful surroundings, you are not getting a 5-star experience at this place. There is no room service. They advertise an app to order food, but that's just like Uber Eats or any other food delivery app. You end up eating your breakfast from a soggy box with plastic cutlery, rather than served nicely on plates etc. Plus the delivery charges are super high. Moreover, there is no coffee in the room, neither any way of making coffee or tea. So I had to order a coffee which costs 14 USD! Absolutely insane idea not to provide coffee and then overcharge you like that. In the room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream are available. However, don't think you can take some of the body wash to the pool with you to be able to rinse off, because they are bolted to the wall! Just like in a 3-star hotel. No shower cap available or other small amenities that you usually have in 4 and 5-star hotels. Room cleaning is available only on the 4th day of your stay. I understand the environmental idea behind that, but I have never been refused before when I actually called and asked for my room to be serviced. I cannot stay with food boxes and pizza in the room for 4 days as it will stink! Moreover, we were not advised that most of the pools are closed and we had to stay actually at the least pleasant-looking one out of all as was the only one open. The bar at 66th floor is open until 2 am. We arrived at 12:45 and we were not served anything do to the bar being closed! But we can stay at the table until 2? In what world are you refused a drink (including water) in an open (or closed?) bar? Beautiful bar though, has one of the best views in Vegas. Overall, beautiful hotel, a lovely view from the room and no services available (no doorman or someone to help with luggage available either). When we are back in Vegas, we will go back to the Winn or Encore. Never again back to this place.
