Earned points to get a complimentary 2 nights. Stayed from a Sunday - Tuesday..had an amazing time! Compared to where we stayed before at Gold Coast, (their rooms you could hear everything in the halls and next door, very upsetting) this was a major upgrade. Thought we were being treated to a suite. Turns out these are the regular rooms. Love them!!! Did not hear a thing around us. We got a good nights sleep. Even if we didn't get comped, these rooms are easily affordable. Yes I checked! We met so many great people, a lot of whom worked there. My buddy on the casino floor was Ranko, who always stopped to say Hi! and was always welcomed because he was my good luck charm while playing the slots. We finally ate at A.Y.C.E Buffet and it was worth every penny. Our server Salvador and staff were on their toes and constantly on the go, clearing tables, serving tables and checking in on you to see if you needed anything. We had the great opportunity to meet Sou Chef Carlos Vejar. Super sweet and generous person who gave us tips on what to taste in the buffet. We met the Housekeeping Supervisor Paco who made sure our room was up to par. If we stayed at Gold Coast we would hit all the nearby casinos. This time we stayed the whole time at the Palms. SO much for us to do. We went to the movies, we earned points to get a Emeril Lagasse cookware giveaway, we had good luck on the slots on Sunday where they multiplied our points by 5X, we had breakfast at Serrano Vista Cafe and ate lunch at the Palms Pizza place. I wish we could go back for the holidays. They were in the middle of decorating the casino and hotel for Christmas. We asked to speak to a manager before we left. Manny came out to chat with us thinking something was wrong. We actually just wanted to let him know we loved the Palms and we were so comfortable there. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and to thank his hotel for a relaxing experience. Hope everyone has a great experience just like us.

We were here to celebrate my husbands birthday and 4th of July. After much research, we decided to book Palms because they had great amenities and prices for the rooms was great. I had a very pleasant check in experience with Oscar, he advised on the best ways to enjoy the property. Sadly, the 4th of July rooftop fireworks was sold out, we should’ve booked it when we booked the room. But the rooftop bar was amazing, and so was playing at the tables. The dealers made it really fun, and responsible gambling is emphasized here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back.

It is absolutely ridiculous that not only did I not get the hotel I reserved, but also did not get the room type I reserved. I had to go to two different places to get checked in. When I arrived at Palms Place, their front desk first said that they couldn't find my booking. Then I proceeded to call Expedia, but no one answered the phone. The only response I received was through the chat. The rep in the chat said my booking was fine and asked me to try again. The front desk finally found the booking using a name instead and gave me the 5 digit confirmation they kept asking for, but couldn't be provided by Expedia. Then they proceeded to tell me that my hotel got switched from Palms Place to Palms casino and asked me to go over there to check in. They assured me that the 5 digit confirmation number would be correct. When I got to Palms casino, I had to wait in line again to only have their front desk tell me that the 5 digit confirmation from Palms Place was actually wrong. They were willing to give me a room in the Fantasy Tower, so I figured that would be comparable to the Studio Suite that I booked originally. The Studio Suite was supposed to have amenities like refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and utensils. The casino side claimed that they didn't have such a suite type of room but it would still be a two queen. After an hour of back and forth trying to check in, we went up to our room only to find out it only had one king rather than two queens as promised. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone bring me the room keys for a two queen in the same tower. I waited another 20 minutes and no one came. They called saying they didn't have a room in Fantasy Tower anymore and only had a two queen in the Ivory Tower, which is the old tower. We didn't want to wait anymore and we told the front desk that we would just go downstairs to get the new keys. We entered the room at the Ivory Tower and noticed that the A/C was super loud. We requested to switch to another room and this time the A/C was normal, but the bathroom tub was horrifying with paint peeling and rust. It was like a tub you'd get from Motel 6. By that time, we had no more energy to tell the front desk anymore. Also had to call housekeeping to get a DND tag. On checkout day, housekeeping freaking knocks on your door with the DND tag hanging and it was before checkout time at 11am. This stay has to be the worst ever we've had in Las Vegas and we come here quite often.

Stayed in Fantasy Tower king rooms last year and decided to upgrade to two Ivory Tower Suites this year.
Ivory Tower Suite – One Star
The rooms have not been recently updated evidenced by the non-digital thermostat. The rooms are decorated in garish colors of red and white. The rooms are the size of a suite but have the amenities of a below standard Holiday-Inn Express.
The rooms have no clocks. The open closet is in the bathroom with three small shelves; that is the room’s only storage. There is no dresser. There is a phone jack and electric outlet where there was a dresser at one time. There are no end tables with storage, just a shelf. Obviously, the regular occupants of this suite did not have luggage nor could be trusted with movable amenities.
The single sink bathroom has an open shower design, giving your clothing a steam treatment whether they needed it or not. The shower caddy/shelf in one of the showers had broken off and had not been replaced. The full-length mirror in the other shower was propped up against the wall where it had broken off the wall. I felt the need to use a hand towel when using the shower to avoid contact with the shower floor.
We “downgraded” to Fantasy Tower kings after one night.
Fantasy Tower King – Five Star
This room is equivalent to a standard room at Wynn/Encore. Decorated in lovely earth tones with updated amenities: digital thermostat, lighted closet, automatic closing drawers in the dresser, large television, makeup mirror, and a beautiful, closed shower with bench seating and separate water closet.
I would highly recommend the Fantasy Tower king and avoid the Ivory Tower rooms.

great stay at the palm!

we came from the UK to Vegas to get married and the Palm is where we decided to stay for five nights. we came in August and it was very hot.

we stayed on floor 18 of the ivory tower. the room was very spacious and clean and the view from our window was amazing. you could see Vegas part of the strip and mountains.

the only downside to the room is that there was no tea and coffee making facilities and the mini fridge that is in the room is full of stuff that you have to buy, being from the UK. I would like a kettle to make a cup of tea in the morning, it wasn't the end of the world.

casino grounds itself are amazing and huge. all the staff are really helpful and friendly. there are lots of slots and games to play and there are a variety of food and drink places within the casino to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

we only briefly went out to see the pool area which is a nice size clean and look like a good vibe. but unfortunately since it was 45° here there was no chance we were sitting out there as it was too hot.

the only thing to moan about is when the cleaner came in and cleaned our room. they didn't empty the bins which was slightly annoying but again not the end of the world. the rooms are fully equipped with irons and hair dryers which is a bonus for our skills so we don't have to pack it. they have vending machines and ice dispensers on every floor which was a lifesaver in this weather.

the hotel itself is off the strip. I'd say it's a 45-minute walk or a 5 to 10 minute Uber journey. wear it slightly more out of the way it is quieter which we enjoyed.

would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

I have traveled a lot in my life and I have never had worse housekeeping services. Not only was our room dirty upon arrival ( counters and used glasses) but it continued to be bad. Housekeeping never emptied our trash over a 4 night stay despite it being all in the receptacle. Ultimately I had to go ask for a trash bag to fill it up with three days worth of trash. Drains in the bathroom did not work properly and the housekeeper did not ensure her hairs were gone after replacing our towels ( I say this as floors were not cleaned ever). Also, our room was under a bowling suite. Which as a family traveling was the worst location as we would go to bed early. Lastly the manager said I would get a call from the housekeeping supervisor and I never did. I sometimes have to stay at low caliber hotels on road trips and those have been far cleaner than the Palms.

We stayed in an Ivory Deluxe room. Very comfy bed, good space and spotless. It’s a 10 min cab ride or 30 min walk from the Strip which makes it a little less busy . Busy enough, good vibe and atmosphere but not as rammed as the Strip casinos. Pool area is excellent, food options ranging from McDonalds, BBQ joint to fine dining. It’s an LV casino, so nothing is free (actually parking is), but being off the Strip makes it noticeable cheaper. $10 for a G&T is half the price of Caesars or the Belagio, etc. The Ghost Bar is worth a visit with a view of the LV skyline that you just can see from the Strip hotels. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option. Would stay again.

We were impressed by the modern decor and renovations, clean restrooms and even the nice smell of this off-strip casino instead of the smoke in most casinos and were happy that it also had free valet parking.
We visited the Palms for the breakfast buffet (8am-11am) for $25.00/person, but were pleasantly surprised that it was a very large spread of good food with a great variety of choices that was actually BRUNCH food... not sure why it ends at 11am.
We'll definitely be back.
