We were so pleasantly surprised at how lovely this stay was... we genuinely had a more comfortable stay here than at the Aria and the Bellagio, where we were before and after this stay.

Lovely lobby, well decorated, friendly staff, and they were great about covid protocols. Lots of hand sanitizer, masks available, limitations on the people in the elevators, etc.

Amenities- we were grateful to use a fitness center again! They limited number of people and masks required. It had everything you’d need for a good workout- free weights, stability balls, bands, treadmill, elliptical, bike, mats...

The pool was lovely! Slightly chilled, surrounded by palm trees, and super quiet. Great mix of sun and shade.

Room was spacious, great WiFi, and perfect for working from home. Comfortable desk and living room background (couch and art) lent itself perfectly for my video calls (worked remote here). Many people commented on the highway noise but the fourth floor wasn’t bad at all, and for others that come from massive cities like we do (Chicago natives), this noise was nothing. The room was actually really quiet and we were grateful to not have noisy neighbors like we have at so many other vegas hotels.

Great location too- Next to tons of shops and restaurants (Starbucks, Panera, Cracker Barrel, Ross...) and walking distance to Silverton casino.

All in all a wonderful experience, a great value, and we’ll definitely be back!

Really nice hotel, rooms are big and very clean. Absolutely no complaints! Dog friendly hotel with dog station in the back of the hotel. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Off the strip, but close enough if you want to drive over there. There's a casino across the parking lot with lots of eating options and there's also a Cracker Barrel behind the hotel. Quiet and safe location away from all the noise and chaos of the Vegas strip.
We reserved 2 connecting rooms on our way to a family reunion and also on the way back. The lady who took our reservations was super nice and made sure we would be guaranteed connecting rooms on both stays and understood how important that was for us. The rooms during both our stays were very clean and absolutely NO BUGS!
We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is nice I've stayed multiple times. The location is fairly new and the rooms and the quality of the materials in the room reflect this. There are a few items to be aware of that will (possibly) impact your stay. There is a light in the fire alarm that flashes very brightly every few seconds and in some rooms faces the bed. Its highly annoying once you see it. Also, try to get the top floor. The other floors are louder in that you can hear people above you. the top floor is great. Otherwise its a nice place.

Newer property with 5 floors, elevator has maximum of 4 persons and is marked for social distance standing. Recommend if possible room on front side of property as beautiful sunsets can be seen. Room is good sized with couch seating area. No bathtub, shower only, at times water wasn’t as hot as could be but not an issue. Has a refrigerator, no microwave and safe in room. Within walking distance of Cracker Barrel, Bass Pro Shop and Silverton casino and short driving distance to a variety of eating places. Pool area and gym facilities appeared to be nice. Bed had plenty of pillows for those who like a lot and room was even a bit warm at night with heat off. Breakfast under COVID restrictions offered a breakfast sandwich or burrito, fruit cup, yogurt, muffin, hot or cold cereal, juice and milk, seemed adequate with conditions only thing I would recommend is wiping inside of microwave down a bit more frequently. Otherwise plenty of sanitation stations. Book online for best rate even if Hyatt member, had to use computer in lobby to get best rate.

The front service desk was friendly and hospitable upon arrival. We were provided water and given directions to our room. The room was of exceptional quality in the area of cleanliness! I think one of the best amenities is it has no carpeting and the floor is tile/composite. There is a small throw rug under the living room area table and I only wish more hotels would transition to this amenity. We are allergy sufferers plus used, dirty carpet is unappealing to my taste. The bathroom was spotless and I did not notice one area where I gave concern to its cleanliness. It's off the beaten path with plenty of services nearby along with easy freeway access. The morning breakfast was one of the best I have been provided at a hotel lately in terms of selection, presentation, edible and cleanliness. Again, this place is a prize!

Over the years, I've grown tired of the Las Vegas strip and the constant new fees - resort fees, parking, etc. Also, the long walks from the car were not ideal for a road trip where a lot of stuff was needed in the hotel room.

The new Hyatt Place near the Silverton casino is a fantastic alternative to the strip hotels, particularly those just "passing through" Las Vegas. I stayed here twice, at the beginning and the end of a 6-week road trip through the mountains of Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.

The design of the new Hyatt Place is fantastic both inside and out. The hotel is beautifully and modernly decorated. The room is all I expect from a Hyatt Place, plenty of room and comfortable. While the free breakfast was not typical during Coronavirus, it was still nicely stocked and offered good choices for grab and go.

The pool looked very nice and had a great seating area around it. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional.

Overall, a great experience at the new Hyatt Place at Silverton Village. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time I pass through Vegas. A great place to skip the strip!

I don't know why someone would want to go to Las Vegas during this time of COVID and stay along the strip. We were here for a weekend and decided to stay at this Hyatt Place well OFF the strip, which ended up being a good call. And I credit this Hyatt Place for making us feel safe and secure.

Location is a little remote, by the Silverton Casino and not much else. But there's a small strip mall nearby with a starbucks and a decent sushi restaurant, among other options.

Check-in late at night on a Friday evening was easy. Room with two beds and a sitting sofa area worked out very well as we were able to sleep quietly as well as work and/or be on our computers and phones in the room separately.

Pool area was unoccupied so we used one of the cabana areas to eat our takeaway lunch on Saturday. That was convenient.

It's a bummer though that the hot tub was closed due to distancing policies. They should have had it available for small families, like other hotels.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom amenities were unremarkable.

Breakfast buffet was as good as they could make it in this time of social distancing, with individually-packaged portions for guests. The Jimmy Dean sausage and egg biscuit was the highlight, though we did get yogurt and some cereal (and passed on the fruit cocktail. We laughed at the guy who took SIX Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits for himself. What was up with that?

You can get a beer at the bar behind the register, but the selection isn't great.

All in all, a pleasant stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. They provided mask at the front desk and hand sanitizer wipes at the elevators on each floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not swim but the pool area looked very nice. This hotel is convenient to local restaurants and shopping areas. I will stay here again.

We stayed at the new Hyatt Place at Silverton Village while attending the Mecum Motorcycle Auction. It was wonderful! Pet friendly with an amazing breakfast! It looks great and taste delicious! Our room was perfect- Ask for a Mountain View- if you’re an early riser, you’ll see the beautiful sunrise on the mountains in the distance. Hyatt was a 3 mile drive to auction at SouthPoint so a car is a necessity but very easy to navigate! If you’re wanting a family friendly hotel for Vegas, this location is perfect. Free golf cart rides to Silverton Village with plenty of restaurants, shopping and casino. Hyatt pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit area are lovely. Staff was friendly and very helpful- especially Sommer. She’s a gem because she is familiar with area activities and is a wealth of information! Thanks to everyone at Hyatt Place for the amazing service!

Hyatt Silverton is one my favorite places to stay when I am in Vegas. It is south of the strip, next to the Silverton and Bass Pro Shops. The hotel is a newer property and it is clean and modern-looking. The rates are reasonable and you get very spacious rooms which include a living room space (with pull-out queen sofa bed), refrigerator and microwave (upon request). The free hot breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of space to eat and hang out the dining and lobby area. This is one of the hidden gems if you want to stay at a quiet place and avoid the strip.

No fee for anything extra. My folio from staying there several days had 2 items: an Accommodation fee and the 13% Occupancy Tax. I have another business trip coming up to the area; I'll be staying here again.
