Had another great stay at Vdara. From the checkin to the check out our time at Vdara was top shelf! Our corner fountain view suite was amazing with spectacular views from the bedroom to the bathroom. Suite was very clean upon arrival. Will be back very soon😁

I really enjoyed our stay at Vdara. Large rooms with a kitchenette. Although we didn’t cook, we were able to save a few bucks on food by keeping snacks, leftovers, and drinks in the refrigerator. I had a breakfast burrito from the market cafe one morning before heading out to Valley of Fire State park and it was surprisingly good. We had a room with Bellagio fountain view which did not disappoint! Bed was comfy and I slept well. It’s a little bit of a walk to Las Vegas Blvd is the one thing which some may consider a downside, It requires cutting through the Aria and is about a 15 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! On October 19, 2021, my girlfriend and I arrived at this hotel. We arrived after a trip to the Canyons and I wanted to surprise her, because it was her birthday! I decorated the room with balloons, flowers, bought a cake and at about 12 o'clock at night we went to the room to celebrate her birthday in a romantic atmosphere! We were absolutely sober, did not drink alcohol and calmly returned to the room. Then I found that our door was blocked, going down to the reception, they was told that we can no longer live in the hotel !!!!! by that time it was already 1 o'clock in the morning and an employee came and said that supposedly my girlfriend was without a mask when she went to her room !!!!!!! She really didn’t have a mask once, as her hands were busy with flowers and a cake and couldn’t put it on - but then she immediately put it on and did not break the rules. Our number was blocked and not even allowed to pick up our things !!!! we had to call the police and we waited until 4 o'clock in the morning to at least give us our things. We were simply evicted on the street in the middle of the night in a cold season and my girlfriend was in a light dress - because of this she caught a cold. I have traveled to 57 countries and, in general, never in my life would have thought that in a 5-star hotel this is possible !!!!!! The administration did not take any action to resolve the issue - they were categorical that we should go outside at night !!!!!! THEY RIPPED THE HOLIDAY FOR MY GIRL and me, she was hysterical for a whole week - as it's terrible. my mail is 1776iloveusa@gmail.com , maybe someone from the administration will see this letter and want to write to me to get the details.

I have stayed at Vdara several times over the years and have always thought it a first rate hotel. This stay was different. I self parked at the gated, secure parking structure for three nights in October 2021. On check out, I started the car and it made a loud noise. The catalytic converter had been stolen. Security took 45 minutes to get there. I was asked to fill out a report and that was it. There was no other help. I had to have the car towed, stay another night and was told the casino has no responsibility in the theft. I was given a phone number for risk management and it’s now 2 weeks later, and after several phone calls, I haven’t heard a word. A catalytic converter costs $3000 to replace. There has been a rash of thefts in Las Vegas, but I mistakenly thought my car would be safe in a guarded, camera surveilled, pay for parking garage. Beware if you own a Prius and park at the Aria/Vdara garage. Also the lack of empathy or support of our situation was like a harsh slap in the face.
