Very comfortable, big beds and rooms, very clean. But the best part was Marjorie at breakfast everyday. She’s so pleasant and friendly and went out of her way to take really good care of us. If come back just for her! Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym has a peloton so that’s always a plus for me. Hot tub was also great. And close to a lot of things, and felt safe.

Our stay started by being picked up at the airport. The hotel staff gave clear instructions on where to meet the shuttle. We arrived hours before check in. The staff stored our luggage in a secure room and gave us luggage tags to claim our suitcases when we returned. When we returned our room was ready. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is provided in the morning. Not gourmet but very nice and filling. A great way to start the day. We took the city bus to Spring Preserve, bus stop was just around the corner. You can buy a 24 hour pass and also take the bus to the strip (won’t take you down the strip). We used the hotel shuttle to go back to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay Rhee and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I've stayed at many Hampton Inn's from Orlando, Tennessee, Illinois, Texas and California, but this recently remodeled hotel has some great qualities. Hampton's are not my go-to, but more of a standby and I was impressed that this Hampton designated the first floor rooms for their Gold/Diamond Hilton Honor guests! This modern hotel even has a bar on the ground level, a feature that the other Hampton's need to follow.
Besides the great charm and customer service from Wendy at the front desk who greeted me and said that there would be no problems reserving my room after a delayed flight, there were no surprises to report in the suite and inside the bathroom area. This Hampton is slightly off the strip, but close by to major highways to get you on your way to Summerlin, Henderson, or some of the local casinos that I like to frequent.
Keep up the great work and I'll be back.

If your sleeping when housekeeping is cleaning your floor, they will not come back. Make sure you tell the front desk to have them clean your room when you leave your room. They also didn't replace toiletries when they did clean the room

To be clear, advertised $110/night room is actually $122/night when add the parking fee. This makes it more expensive than many hotels in Las Vegas. I was given a Hilton Honors room on the 4th floor. I was told I would have additional amenities. When I got to the room it was no different than any other room I stayed in. I can't see the "additional amenities". In fact the water that was supposed to be in the room was not, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and I had to pay $12 for parking. I travel to Vegas for work on a monthly basis. I have stayed in this hotel many many times. Well I did not catch the fee when I booked. They just started this 1 month ago. There are so many hotels to stay at I refuse to pay for parking. This will be the last time I stay here. What a major disappointment.

I'm a Diamond member with simultaneous room bookings in both this hotel and the one across the street (Townplace Suites). Firstly, you're a Hampton Inn.... off strip. The fact that I have to pay for parking at this subprime location is ridiculous. Your competition across the street at "newer" construction hotels don't charge for parking. I also happen to visit for business all the time for the past ten years... even the 5 star hotels like Wynn actually ON the strip don't charge for parking. Neither does the Venetian/Palazzo. I would suggest your hotel scrap it like they did or continue getting hammered by unsatisfied guests.

What people want from a Hotel is as different as the people them self. Any place can put a roof over your head and get you warm water to wash up. But what do we REALLY want from a place I payed a hundred and sixty dollars for? For me, in Las Vegas, what I wanted was an escape from the chaos. This Hampton provided that as soon as the lovely young lady at the desk checked us in, and made us feel at home. She got me a room with a view and walked me through the parking situation. She was great. Everything one would expect at this price point, nice modern decor, very comfortable beds. Good nights rest. Breakfast was REALLY good! I will say, I'm very disappointed that The Hampton Tropicana has decided to start charging for parking. I got in just before it started, and free parking was one of my top three main issues why I chose this over the hundred other options for lodging in Las Vegas. Dont be like the others, Tropicana, dont charge for parking.

I usually stay at the Elara but since they had no rooms, I took a chance on Hampton Inn Tropicana and was glad I did! Let’s start from booking the room it was easy and the actual hotel exceeded the descriptions and reviews! Parking is $15 a day with in/out privileges and it’s gated! The first impression of the hotel is it’s clean and well maintained. I called before I went to the hotel and spoke with Eva Marie she was professional kind and respectful, a joy to deal with I explained that I am a disabled veteran and would need assistance she advised that there is no bell service. However, she said she would be happy to assist me when I arrived which they did!! When I arrived I checked in with Gia, Jose, and Jay they were awesome people professional kind and respectful!! They really are what makes this place special!! Anna in housekeeping was also a great example for the hotel she insured that the room was clean comfortable and well stocked with the necessities! Bridget at the bar was great and maintained a great bar and was very attentive to all the guests! I was in an ADA accessible room and it’s on the third floor by the front of hotel it was quiet and near the elevator. I observed the staff interacting with multiple guests and each other and they maintained the highest levels of professionalism respect and kindness and Hilton should give them a raise or bonus people like these are few and far between and Hilton needs to keep them around for a long time!!!!!! I am looking forward to the next time I visit the hotel again because of the special staff!!!! God’s blessings

It was our first stay at this Hampton Inn Tropicana location and guest services was on it at the pool bringing fresh towels throughout the day. The continental breakfast was very good and the customer service from Marjorie was excellent! Marjorie was working hard making sure all of your guest was being taken care of and we had what we needed. Hope to see Marjorie at our next stay!
