Wonderful stay for the holidays! Staff is welcoming and provided excellent service! Rooms were spacious with a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable-best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Close to the strip but not with all the crowd and partying. Perfect for families.

After five nights, and still here, we are having a wonderful stay at Trump Tower Las Vegas. We love it! Service, features, jacuzzi in room, comfy bed, consideration, kindness, and cleaning...all ten starts. Not sure why bad reviews. We have been at many hotels in different countries and this one is excellent!

I originally reviewed this property on May 7, 2019. I wrote about how one of the managers (Kelvin Kwon) told us to take our business elsewhere because we complained too much about problems with our rooms. We did not plan on going back. Later that year we decided we wanted to spend Christmas there as we had done before. We made reservations with member services for Platinum status accounts. A few days later I called the hotel to get some information about what type of room we would be in. I was told by the operator that we had been banned from the hotel!!! I requested to speak with a manager. The manager indicated that Mr. Kwon had made notes in our file that we had complained too much about room conditions and would not be allowed back. I was shocked as I had received a very nice apology letter from the General Manager, Brian Baudreau. The manager that I spoke with said he would speak with Mr. Boudreaux and get back with me. Later that day he called me back and told me that there was a misunderstanding and that we were welcome to stay at the property. He apologized again for the way we were treated. We subsequently had to cancel the reservation because of health problems. Because of the pandemic, we did not go to Las Vegas again until last month. We stayed for 5 nights and did not complain about anything because we were afraid that we would be banned again. The first room we were put in was not clean. There were stains all over the carpet in the dining area of the room. We asked if we could be moved to a higher floor. The manager that I spoke with, Jake, made arrangements for us to be moved from the 33rd floor to the 54th floor (I made no mention of the problems with our room). The new room was very clean and we enjoyed the improved view. I thought everything was OK. I then booked a reservation to stay there this Christmas. On Sunday, November 28th, I received a call from Melody Pharr - Guest Engagement Manager. She advised me that she had cancelled our reservation because we were banned from the hotel. I told her I was shocked to hear this as we had just stayed there 2 weeks ago. I explained that it was all a misunderstanding that had be rectified over 2 years ago. She said there were not any notes in my file saying this and that she would have to speak with hotel management when they returned to the office on Monday. She assured me that she would get back with me on Monday, November 29th. When I did not hear from her I called and left a message. I still have not heard back from her!! I called yesterday and was advised that she would not be back in the office until later in the week. I asked to speak with Mr. Boudreaux. The operator could not reach him so she left a message for him to call me. Why are we being treated this way? We are 72 years old and have never caused any trouble all of the times we have stayed there - no loud parties, no damage to the rooms, etc. This has been extremely upsetting to both of us. Hopefully, Mr. Boudreaux will call me, but I am not optimistic.

We were here on Thanksgiving weekend, so it was a FULL house and yet still very peaceful and quiet. Everybody - from the Valet, Bellboys, Concierge, Security at the Elevators - was friendly, professional, and kind. I highly recommend Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. You will not regret it!

Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. We paid for a pretty expensive 2 bedroom suite and was told it would sleep 5 adults comfortably with a rollaway bed. Upon check in was told rollaway would be brought. After 2 more phone calls throughout the evening was told it would be delivered and 3rd phone call was told the request was "closed". Got back to hotel and wanted to go to sleep but there was no rollaway in the room. Was then informed the request was "closed" because there were no rollaways available. There was a small sofa in the room which was not going to accommodate an adult. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows in the room either for the sofa. After going to the front desk was told that they would have to search each room that had been checked out of to see if they could find a rollaway. They finally delivered a rollaway at 1:15 am. The sheets and blankets we requested showed up at 2am. Also, the Thanksgiving meal was not good - about something you would get from a Denny's restaurant. The pool and bar closed really early too. Small workout room with children running around it and playing on the equipment. There are better places to stay in Vegas.
