Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel's Favourite
There’s a lot of conflicting information on The Trump Hotel so I thought I’d share our experience! Location : Just barely (the tiniest bit) off the strip. 8-10 minute walk to TI, mostly down Fashion Show Drive which is a little empty at night. Closest hotel to the North is Resort World which is about a 15-20 minute walk. Biggest complaint is definitely the proximity to the train. It can be loud. Hotel : Is it a little dated? Yes. Even being a little dated, is it still nicer than all the other places at a similar price point? Absolutely! It is clean, good quality, and the rooms and bathrooms are BIG with full size windows. The only complaint about the rooms is that the windows aren’t as soundproof as you might expect so there can be some road noise. House keeping came everyday but only remade the bed. Didn’t touch towels or throw away empty water bottles on bedside table. Dining : It is undeniably lacking for dining options. DJT is one half of the lobby. It feels like you’re eating at a Holiday Inn Restaurant. They serve the same small menu for lunch and dinner. There is a small coffee cart with expensive coffee and limited pastries for breakfast. Very different from most Vegas hotels. Staff : 10/10! Friendly and helpful! Check in was super quick. The bellman was super fast and full of good information. Had a small issue with our key and they fixed it way faster than I expected! Atmosphere : WAY more quiet than casino hotels. Doesn’t smell like smoke, or perfume to cover it up. Felt incredibly safe. No shenanigans in halls at 4 am. We loved it!

The main reason to pick this hotel is the fact there is no noisy, smoke filled, obnoxious casino on the property. It is a luxury hotel, conveniently located with the friendliest staff. There is a great pool with attendants dressed smartly, not like cheap classless tarts. The rooms are over the top luxurious with kitchenettes if you so desire. Would not hesitate to recommend or re-book.

Old world opulence is the best way to describe Trump International. They upgraded us to a suite which was huge! Seperate lounge and powder room and bedroom. The decor is very 1990s Dynasty all marble and chandeliers, perfect for Vegas. A bit off the strip but you can walk through the shopping complex across the road and it’s not far. Quiet , restaurant downstairs bit of a limited menu but the food was good.

We recently stayer here on March 31 , April 2, 6 & 7. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. It was much better the first time we stayed there. I will not be staying there in the future. Both recent stays required we had to ask for items that air listed as items that are in the room. When calling for your car the Valet would not answer the call.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful in every way. We had a corner suite, which had a commanding view of the Strip, a bathroom as large as most motel rooms (and there was a second smaller one off the living room), and a full kitchen - complete with Zero King fridge. Restaurant food was excellent with large portions. The staff could not be nicer. This hotel defines class in every way.

We had five nights at the Trump this week. The weather was nice and sunny so we had a lot of time at the pool and exercise room. The staff in the hotel is generally on top of the situation and come promptly when required. The car valet service team is so attentive and recognize you almost immediately. We stayed in the one Bedroom Suite with our own kitchen, dinning area and TV sectional, extremely comfortable. The two downsides were the Hot-Tub bath in our Master Bathroom, the pump wasn't able working and the part was on back-order, along with the Hot-Tub outside on the pool deck was quite dirty! The pool deck Hot-Tub needs to be emptied every night and cleaned properly even after discussing this with the attendants, they could do nothing but report it to Engineering, which do not show-up to maintain the Hot-Tub properly. Another thing was when we checked in, we were treated as non-paying client it seemed. Although Hilton Grand Vacation Club owns a number of floors/rooms, the feeling was like we were not welcomed. The front-desk person, was even aware that our room was flagged that the Hot-Tub in our room was not working, yet given the room anyways! "AN OVERSIGHT" so it was explained. We were are on our 35th wedding anniversary trip around the USA, and we used a lot of prepared points to stay here per night. Oversight or not, we didn't want to repack our clothes to move to another room, which was the only option. In general, excellent place if you don't want a casino on the ground floor, close to all the action, shows, Malls, and excitement. We did not use the bar or restaurant as well love to cook on our 55 day trip "FROM SKI TO SEA TO SKI" anniversary drive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas while attending the KBIS show with the Fabuwood group. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the attention to detail in every aspect of service was evident. In particular, I would like to commend managers Amy and Laurie for their outstanding hospitality. They truly went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, the Trump International Hotel is a beautiful establishment with top-notch customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Where do I start? Check in was fast and easy. We stayed on the 51st floor and didn’t have any issues with the elevator, never had to wait for an elevator and got to the floors very fast. Rooms are getting dated but they are very clean and still very nice. Had a small kitchenette with stove and sink and mini fridge. Beds were comfortable. Room service was great. They cleaned up the beds and bathroom everyday. Stocked water. We had 1 issue when we got to the room with the safe. It didn’t work, so we called front desk and within 10 minutes they were there with a new safe to replace it. The employees were all great, they go out of their way to say good morning or hi. Disha in the trump store was great. Bartenders, waiters/waitresses were all great. Food was excellent. Although they don’t have a ton of options for meals what they did have was good. Had coffees with breakfast then was able to get coffee to go when we finished breakfast and it was goof coffee. The location was fine. We were there for the IBS so it was a half hour walk for us to the convention centre. We also don’t gamble so we liked how the hotel didn’t have a casino and was smoke free. The strip seemed to be chaotic and loud so it’s nice to be away from that. Just go to the strip for dinner and night time then come back to the trump bar to unwind and have beer. Will definitely stay at a Trump hotel again! Thanks for a great experience!
