All perfect. The hotel is very nice, the rooms spacious, quiet and spotless. Nothing is missing. Everyone at the reception is very kind. Breakfast is served in a very large room, with a wide choice for all tastes. The price is exaggerated, for three nights in August we paid more than 600 Euros. But it's average for West Yellowstone!

The hotel was very conveniently located to town and the west entrance to Yellowstone. Our room was quiet, clean, and the bed comfortable. Amenities such as a coffee maker, selection of coffee and tea, abundance of clean towels, shampoo, lotions, etc as well as a mirror in the main area made our stay very comfortable. The room was a bit dated, but that is not as important to us as cleanliness, comfort and quiet. The hot breakfast selection was above average in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the close proximity to town. We were able to walk to a large selection of eateries (lots of pizza places) in the evening, as well as quick easy access the the park.

The check in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hotel-typical but monitored by a man that was constantly refilling food and making coffee. The result was food that was hot and a breakfast area that was very clean, with plenty of coffee for everyone. The best part of this hotel is the location — close enough to walk to many activities, restaurants, and shops. When the traffic backs up through town trying to get through the Yellowstone NP gate, this hotel offers access to a side road with a traffic signal light making it much easier to get into the long line but near the front. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

The front desk lady was very rude. When we pulled the sheets down to go to sleep there was a hair accessory and hair all over the bottom sheets. When we called about it the front desk lady was rude and told us that bed got made when it clearly had not. Then we had to wait for 30 mins to get clean sheets I asked for money back and to talk to the manager, which I was told the manger wasn’t available and would be calling me. However I never got a call.

As a hotel, it's decent. Reception tries hard. You have to carry your own suitcases. Rooms aren't nice but are reasonably clean. Hardly any room for clothes, so you sometimes have to live out of your suitcase. Last renovation seems to have been a long time ago. Unfortunately, this is a hotel for bus tour groups. The buses that pick up their groups in the morning arrive at 5:30 a.m. and wait outside the hotel with the engine running for over an hour until everyone has boarded; then it's impossible to sleep and the diesel fumes get into the room; none of the hotel staff care. The supposedly great American breakfast included in the room price is inedible for European palates and a disgrace, it's all just disgusting mush; we ate breakfast out. But in our defense: the American guests devoured it with enthusiasm. The hotel is centrally located.

Clubhouse Inn was perfect for our family who had been driving across country! The breakfast (included) was delicious, everything was very clean, kids loved the pool, easy access to a washer/dryer on each floor, and the hotel was located so close to the entrance of Yellowstone. Lynda and Greg were very attentive to our needs, they knew all the local hot spots for delicious meals, and were also full of park information so we could have the best time in Yellowstone! We highly recommend ClubHouse Inn West Yellowstone!

My wife and I stayed two nights at ClubHouse Inn West Yellowstone and two nights in the park at Old Faithful Snow Lodge. Our room at ClubHouse Inn West was far better than the Snow Lodge because it was cleaner, was newer, had air conditioning, and was convenient to shops and restaurants. The only advantage to staying in the park is not having to drive as far (and wait in traffic to enter the park). However, the drive from the west gate was always pleasant, and we saw six bears along the way on different days.

Very spacious room, good satisfying breakfast, good service. only complaint is that the laundry room closes at 10pm. It leaves guests fighting for 1 set of machines during the day. Someone took our clothes out 1/2 way through the cycle in the dryer to put their clothes in. They did mention laundry available next door open all night at their sister inn but we did not want to lug our laundry down the stairs and across the parking lot.

Bed was horrible mattress ; as I was leaving saw other room same room 229. The breakfast bar had lots of fruit and good things on it for just your average hotel and a lineup of others at this price considering the manager, but we checked in was telling people he could charge up and down what he wants to I thought what is stingy person charging 370 and not even keeping up with the room This morning politely let him know. The bed was uncomfortable and he just looked down and said he would check it out. He was not apologetic and didn’t show the picture.

We just returned from our stay at the ClubHouse Inn in September 2022. The most important factor for me with a hotel is cleanliness, and it was very clean. The front desk people, and everyone we came into contact with at the hotel, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The free, hot breakfast was very very good, and included scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, bacon/hash, yogurt, pancakes, bagels, juices, and other items. All fresh, or hot, and really tasty! (OH, and the coffee was exceptional! Available all day long in the lobby.) The location is ideal, walking distance to everything in West Yellowstone, without being on the main "drag." (Only one block off but so much quieter. Easy walk. ) Beds were comfy, and the entire hotel is very cute and "lodge-like." We would definitely stay again! The only con is perhaps the rooms are a bit dated, and could use a a cosmetic update, BUT, they were very clean, so to us that outweighed that issue. We are somewhat picky, and I have to say, the ClubHouse Inn was exactly what we hoped it would be, and we would stay there again without hesitation!
