Clean. Well appointed. Modern bathrooms. Perfect Location. Smores kits! We were pleasantly surprised by the cabins. We were a couple so only used one room but they are large and easy to perfectly accommodate a group. They are the best way to stay in West Yellowstone.

Went there hoping to visit the park but found out the park was closed at that time. I was so bummed over it, but when I found the cabin and went inside it changed my mood. The cabin comes with everything one would want. We were the only ones in the grouping of cabins. We had the entire place to ourselves. The fire pit was just delightful to sit around and enjoy. We thoroughly loved it and hope to go back one day.

We rented a two room cabin and hooked up with our old friend that moved from California to Idaho. The cabin is located in a great location. Across the street is the IMAX theater and the Grizzly & Wolf discovery center. Cabin worked great for our needs. I know it has a kitchenet but wish we could of used hotels Continental breakfast. This would of worked for two reasons. Town closes up at the end of October so breakfast places that are hart to find. Also saves time in the morning before going into the park. The T/V had few channels to watch after winding down from a day in the park.

I read the reviews and knew that the cabins did not sit in the woods. It was perfect for me. Explorer Cabins are across from the WildLife Discovery Center and mixed between a couple of hotels. The cabins are nicely equipped with a kitchenette, fireplace, and flat screen TVs. I liked that is was like a little house - not connected to anyone else. There was a fire pit outside and s'more packs provided nightly. You will hear street noise and any people talking loudly outside, but that dies down no later than 11PM. They are expensive, but you can catch good deals on off-peak days.

We loved our little cabin! It was a good break from the blah hotel rooms with 2 queen beds. My boys played in the snow outside our cabin after enjoying the free s’mores kits provided at check in. You are within walking distance from food and shopping. Cabin was clean and the bedding for the couch bed was provided. The bath and body works product dispensers in the shower were a plus as well. 2 large TVs and a cozy fireplace make for a perfect place to rest and recharge. No freezer or oven but everything else is available in the kitchenette for cooking and warming up leftovers. The local tours pick up here as well.
