The front desk person was extremely helpful and we scored the last available room at this hotel. There are lots of dining options in the area close by and it is easy access to I-90. It's a basic hotel but extremely clean. Breakfast was included and it's your typical hotel breakfast with microwaveable burrito or egg option.

We stayed at this Super 8 several different times on a 10-day fishing trip to Missoula. We bounced around to different hotels, to fish different streams, but the location and Staff at this Super 8 kept us coming back.
The hotel has breakfast available, starting at 6:00am, and the breakfast area is well stocked.
Ben, one of the Managers, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to store a couple large items on-site for the day while we were out in the boonies, and he'd put the items into our room when we checked in that evening. A very pleasant, thoughtful guy!

clean and comfy a small room that gave u as much as it had room for. bathroom located right at door opening which was poor design for sure. staff coud of been more welcoming something they need to work on. no iron or anything in room but u can ask for one. Rates in Missoula are way high so this is a good option to stay somewhere without apaying a arm and a leg for. breakfast offered the minium a couple of frozen things to put in microwave cold cereal and muffins and breads. u might figure on somewhere to eat other than here. tho i would stay here again

Super clean. No problems. We had indicated a preference for a ground floor room, and the manager called shortly before arrival to apologize that none was available and it would have to be 2nd floor. Not a problem at all, and very thoughtful of them to notify us. (It was a preference, not a requirement.)
Hotel rates in Missoula are outrageous in the summer, but Super 8 was significantly lower, so we considered it for a change.
For many years we were regular customers at Super 8s, but after a series of very disappointing stays in poorly run properties, we switched to Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express where quality and cleanliness is without exception very high. On this trip we decided to try Super 8 again, with some uneasiness about what to expect. However, everything was great, and we will likely include Super 8s as an option again.
We look forward to returning to this one next time we are in the area.

our room smelled like a cat litter box with deodorizer when you walked in, stains all over the floor and the people in the next room were smoking in the room and it permeated through the walls. Our room was dirty and smelly. i went down to the front desk immediately after getting our luggage to our room to tell the front desk staff that our room was not acceptable and was told that there were no other rooms to move us to. We asked for a refund, but they would only give us a partial refund. This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in! We figured it was decent since it had Wyndham's name on it and they usually have nice hotels even in the lower scale hotels. Not the case! GROSS, DISGUSTING, and I would not recommend this hotel!

We were greeted warmly by Ann, & our room was very clean & super quiet: We slept so well the first night, we added a second night!
We didn’t take advantage of breakfast either day, but the breakfast area is large, clean, & has a very good variety, including those famous malt batter waffles!
This location is right next door to our favorite Montana restaurant, the Montana Club, & many great places to shop & eat are within 5 minutes, up & down Reserve Street.
Sheila was very helpful, too, & we definitely will stay here again whenever we’re in Missoula. What a terrific Super-8! Thank you for making our stay wonderful for my hubby’s birthday!

The five stars I offer come in the context of “You get what you paid for!” For less than a hundred dollars a night, this little gem touched all the bases. Check
In was a snap with the courteous assistance of Lisa. Our room was modest, but super clean. The queen bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was simple, with an egg omelet, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, juice, good coffee and more. The staff person was attentive and kept food and beverages well stocked right through the end of the time allotted. Honestly, it’s obviously not the Ritz, but with adjusted expectations for a simple one night stay, we were super pleased. Neat, clean, easy in, easy out. Inexpensive! What more can you ask? Five stars for us!

I originally booked at The Super 8, Brook Street, Missoula then realised that there did not seem to be an elevator there.
As I have a breathing problem I changed my reservation to the Super 8, Reserve Street. Upon checking in, where I was given a 2nd floor room, I asked for directions to the elevator but was told "we don't have one". I then asked for a ground floor room but was then told that no other rooms were avaialble.
After struggling up the stairs I noticed that there were doors near the stairs on each floor - which were for the elevator. I then went back to reception and complained that I had been given wrong information and was told "oh, we've been waiting for spare parts from China for some time".
This being the case why didn't the hotel warn prebooked guests by email in advance?!

If it weren't for the aubergine bed covering, I may not have known that I was staying at a budget hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly. Breakfast was about what you'd expect -- basic, but there were a few options. The location is excellent, right off the main highway and only about 15 minutes from downtown. While I'm normally a big fan of the big "H" brands, if I had reason to stay in Missoula again you can be sure I'd save quite a few bucks and stay here again.

2 night stay in between camping/hiking trips and I am constantly IMPRESSED by Super 8, and disappointing to see that some reviewers can’t adjust expectations. VERY reasonably priced, safe and secure building/rooms, friendly staff, clean/spacious room and amenities, on-site parking and guest laundry. For an inexpensive motel, I really feel like they work hard to make stays as comfortable as possible. Thank you! A trusted go-to :)
