I stay in hotels all across the western half of the state of Montana. Best Westerns are always my go-to. Besides the benefits of the BW app giving you points you can use towards a free night, the hotels are generally very clean, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The BW at Grant Creek not only has a very convenient location for easy access, but it also has numerous restaurants within 1-mile. My family and I stay here every Christmas for a few days, and it is always a treat for my 3 kids with the pool and sauna.

This place was primo. It was extremely clean and I loved our room location at the back of the property facing the hills. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We walked to the restaurant next door and it was great too. This business self identified as faith based, which I’m usually pretty skeptical about, but they really seemed to mean it, based on how nice everyone was and how extremely well the motel was cared for.

The manager and staff at this hotel understand that little details can make a guest’s experience so much more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as expected, but the hand written welcome note from the housekeeper and the friendly note from the manager were a thoughtful touch. There were two bottles of water, one cold and one at room temperature, another thoughtful touch. All the staff were very friendly and if they were helping other guests, they always made a point to acknowledge your presence. The location is very convenient, just off the highway, and the rooms were quiet and surprisingly large. The breakfast offerings were varied and included fresh waffles, and other warm food, which was actually warm.

The Best Western was a great place to stay on night 3 of my road trip through Montana. From the start, the front desk people were amazing and treated their guests with respect. I had a TV remote that quit working and they replaced it right away. In addition, I forgot my bag upstairs to store my clothes in so I could use the pool/hot tub. The man at the desk gave me a plastic bag to use from the desk.
The 3rd story room was brilliant. There was hardly a trace that anyone had used that room, no hair, stains, or leftover crumbs. Tons of TV channels including half a dozen HBO multiplex channels. The view out the window looking at I-90 and the Bitterroots was worth the cost and more. The sunset last Thursday was amazing, and the saying "the picture doesn't do it justice" applies! Road noise was minimal even with semis on the interstate late into the night. Pool and hot tub were fine, did not use the sauna room. They are open until 10pm for kids and families, and midnight for adults-only.
Ample breakfast items are available, including potatoes, waffles, yogurt, fresh eggs, and more. The ladies running breakfast were nice, especially Molly, who cared so much about her job and wanted to make sure the guests were fed before their long day ahead.
I hope I can come back to this hotel again. I was impressed.

Very clean. Nicely upgraded and remodeled. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Some truck noise from the interstate so ask for a room on the other side of the building. Good breakfast—real scrambled eggs, real quiche, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe and blueberries as well as the regular offerings. Housekeeping left ways to tip them (they were no where to be found when we needed extra towels) but no tip jar for the excellent job the 3 breakfast ladies did. Was never able to get on their Wi-Fi.

From the time I called the hotel to find out if they had a airport shuttle to the time we walked out the door for the last time, customer service was amazing! We were told to just call when we were ready for pick up, did that and Tommy picked us right on up and welcomed us to Missoula. We tried to tip him for the pick up but he would not take our tip, told us to just have a great time while we were there. Tom was the hospitality manager and greeted us with a great big smile and had every accommodation I asked for...away from the elevator, high floor and extra pillows. Check, check and check! The room was the suite and it was really nice. We enjoyed the extra space and the view from the room...only thing we needed was more lighting. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub area..they also have a steam room and sauna. Took advantage of the hot tub a couple of times and my travel Buddy enjoyed the pool until the kids came around.😁 Each night someone had freshly baked cookies out in individual wrappers. They even had an early breakfast for race morning and a shuttle running from 3:45 til 4:30am to drop us off for the race. To top it off, I called the hotel when we were done to see if we could get a pick up from the shuttle drop off earlier that morning and they went a step further and just came to our exact location. That saved our legs from walking any further than we needed to. Thanks Best Western Plus! You sure know how to take care of your guests!!!

Clean, easy-to-get-to location, not far from the airport. We had some trouble with our AC during the night and rather than moving (having to pack everything at 2 am and get resettled and try to sleep some more) we opted to stay in the room and were luckily able to rest (the night wasn't that hot outside). The next morning, I mentioned it to the young man at the front counter, and he said he would have someone check on it, and by the time we actually checked out he had adjusted our bill (even though I never asked for this). Excellent customer service! Breakfast is the usual hotel hot breakfast, but another young man was working the breakfast area and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and taken care of. He was constantly in motion, clearing tables and greeting guests. Would definitely stay here again should our travels take us in that direction.

Got to check in early since we were going to be gone all day to a family funeral. Desk lady wanted us to be able to change clothes/freshen up in a room and not the bathroom. We also had a pet and she found us a cleaned pet room.

Excellent and convenient hotel for getting around Missoula. This was our 5th stay and they always have a clean and well-appointed room for us. We had a coffee bar and sink area. The bathroom was spotless and with the assistance bar placed in the correct place in the tub and bath mat was provided. Breakfast is a touch above the norm and we love staying here.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Grant Creek Inn. Traveling with 2 teens and a dog adds some challenges in finding accommodations but this Best Western was awesome. Comfortable room with a king & queen suite+pullout was just right. Clean & comfortable room, grounds were great in a good location. Plus a very good complimentary full breakfast. We stayed there one night the last week of July. It was open but you had to reserve a time to use it. Same for the gym. It is a great hotel with superior service and the best breakfast during these Covid times (fill out a form the night before with your selections - great variety).
The have fresh fruit, waffles (you make them), eggs, breads, breakfast meats, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, pretty much a full range of things.
Howdy everyone! The lobby and breakfast room remodel is finished. We are re-tiling the pool, and replacing the sauna and steam room currently. That project will be finished at the end of the month, and then we will be 100% back to normal. We're so grateful for all of your support!
