Good, solid business-oriented hotel near lots of shopping/eateries on the west side of town. A few miles to downtown but most of the big box stores are very close. Hotel prices in Missoula are unusually high compared to surrounding areas ($250+ night) for similar brands. Room was comfortable and clean for a 1-night stay. Staff was OK but did not recognize Bonvoy status and had to ask for standard offerings. At Courtyards I never eat the food since its usually pre-packaged and warmed up but do like that you can have a beer/booze in the evening. Area is safe and parking is easy.

A quality Marriott property providing everything you would expect from a hotel on the I 90 Corridor. The rooms were clean and warm, they were well appointed, parking was available on the street for free, and the food provided (under the conditions of the Covid infection) was quite suitable and tasty in the morning. The only minor exception was that the bagels and bread products were a little stale. Otherwise, everything was great!

Quiet room, comfortable bed, nice staff too. I had a little snowy picturesque balcony which was nice. I felt comfortable in this time of social distancing and mask wearing. The staff always had a mask on and there were sanitizing stations all over the hotel.

We had a great room that overlooked the river. Opening the glass doors at night we could hear the rushing stream. How nice! Our bed was very comfortable as were our pillows. It was quiet, and were were grateful.
The hotel is close to eating places and the freeway which leads to downtown, so we found it a very convenient location.

It was $1,500 for 3 nights with no maid service or hot water. Not worth the money courtyard is supposed to be an affordable hotel. Not at all. For that kind of money, you really should get maid service and a really nice room. We were in Missoula for heavens sake, not New York

After spending a few days at ROAM beyond near Glacier, we were all excited to chill out in this newer, clean, spacious room. We had a pretty view of the river/stream behind us. Breakfast was included and the room itself was quiet. Good location close to everything.

Enjoyed the stay until I found out the Desk Clerk tagged my 68 year old wife and demanded a second credit number for our pre-paid (days in advance) room. Very rude treatment of her and when I called after I found out the Lady (?) I talked to was over the top rude to me.
I asked why the additional card number was needed, the answer, incidentals.. I asked why wouldn’t the “incidentals be added to the original card and where was the policy listed on their web site. She replied it wasn’t listed on the web site, but there was a small sticker on the entry way doorway.
I told her I would be addressing this issue on my review, she became upset and accused me of threatening the business?
I Clearly hit a sore spot, I’m convinced there’s history I’m unaware of.
Overall the facility was great, but their policies will absolutely prevent me from booking the Courtyard Missoula again.

Beware if travrling with family. Discovered upon arrival that laundry machines 'just went down' and it will be weeks before they are available again. At nearly $300 a night for our visit one would expect better. Definitely not staying here again.

We actually stayed in 2 different rooms. After checking out we ended up having to come back later in the day and stay an additional day. Both rooms were great. Beds are very comfortable, assortment of pillow types to choose from, nice large shower (not part of a tub/shower combo). I'd make sure to check if you must have a tub. This is our go to place when we frequent Missoula. We have family in Missoula so we have tried many hotels over the years and this is the best.

The Indoor pool “out of service”, the laundry dryer “out of service”, our room A/C was leaking. Front Desk was kind and apologetic got us a different room, but Management is clearly letting this place just run into the ground. We chose this place over other hotels based on amenities and because we’re Marriott members; should’ve read the reviews first.
