This hotel is not really like any other chain hotel around, the lodge style ambiance is charming, fun, and very welcoming. To us it’s also quite relaxing.

At night they even turn off the lights in the common area, and turn them back on by breakfast time.

When we can this is our first choice in town, while not the cheapest, you get what you pay for.
Lots of seating in common areas on first floor, 2nd room interior rooms have overlooking balconies, 3rd floor has a variety of chairs/couches for relaxing outside of the room to entire the ambiance of the main area.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, multiple hot tubs, and a larger than average pool for a hotel, it even has a wading pool.

Staff are welcoming, friendly and attentive. Check in/out seamless and quick.

Breakfast in morning is a huge highlight as the offerings change up each day, but always seems to have meat, eggs, and potatoes in some form. We were here multiple days and it was different each day. Also have Biscuits and Gravy each day. Pancake machine with the conveyor to watch is fun, and makes a decent quick pancake.

Coffee from Boyds, juice, milk, yogurt and normal dry goods too Oatmeal, Cereal, pastries.

If you want a comfortable relaxing stay this is the place, Cracker Barrel next door for additional meal offerings and a couple of others nearby too. But every thing else is town is much further away.

This is always our Go to when we can stay here

We appreciated the easy checkin, clean comfy room and bed, full size bath tub and great water pressure for shower. C’Mon Inn is a gem. Easy on and off to highway. Full self serve breakfast included. We stayed here on route to Yellowstone National Park.

I think it says a lot when each year this hotel is always excellent. The Staff are always super helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We had a fridge, microwave and a little patio overlooking the waterfall. The hot tubs are always clean as is the pool. The breakfast was good, hot and tasty. Covid facts- hot tubs are available, just 1 family only to each hot tub. In other words your family only,no random guests can get in with your family. The same with the pool. Breakfast is still available as usual, I guess just wash your hands well after eating. Always a great time here, especially for families with kids.

This Hotel has Gone wayyyy downhill. The bathroom clearly was not cleaned. The shower was dirty with hairs. There was even a plastic shaver head on the floor. So it was not cleaned. The front desk girl did move us to another room. It was just as dirty. I let the front desk girl know and she offered to move us to another room however we chose just to sleep and leave and not use the shower because we didn't want to move all of our items again. We were not offered any compensation for this and we paid $150/night! 🙄 We will not be staying again. I feel traveler's need to know so they choose another Hotel if cleanliness is important to them like it is to me!!

TL;DR the staff is outstanding. The building has serious issues that are concerning.

There are a lot of pros to this hotel and we would stay again if repairs were made. Every staff member we spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly some of the best service of any hotel. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, game room and cookies in the evening. This is truly a family friendly hotel.

Unfortunately, the state of the property is concerning. At check in water was dripping down on the counter next to the credit card reader. The front desk said it was condensation. When we got to the pool water was dripping into the pool from multiple points above. It sounded like rainfall. At first we thought it must be condensation too. However, a thunderstorm passed overhead and water really started coming in heavily. My husband pointed up to where daylight was visible through the vents and the rain was falling through. Water fell on our heads on the walk back to room during the storm too. They experienced large hail in Missoula the day before we arrived and the mall had multiple cracked skylights so maybe that was the cause.

The baby pool also had cracked tiles and sharp pieces of tile around the edge. Most of the hot tubs were not operational during our stay. One of the ones that was running wasn’t holding water well so the jets were not covered.

5:30 in the morning we awoke to fire alarms and fire fighters. We smelled smoke in the air and We were evacuated until around 7am. Apparently a gas fireplace was leaking natural gas and smoking. If this was an isolated incident it wouldn’t be as concerning, but we all kind of felt like things were falling apart between the roof leaks and evacuation. It was a bit disconcerting.

We came down for the Grizzly football game and the kids were excited for 5 hot tubs and big pool. After only an hour of playing in the pool and sitting in the hot tubs we noticed our girls' hair had starting turning tints of green. My two daughters have blonde hair and when we went up and asked if their chemicals were "off" in their pool and hot tubs the front desk replied that they use Bromine instead of Chlorine and that it will turn blonde hair green. What!
This is not mentioned on their website and there are no signs anywhere we could find in the hotel. They have washed their hair now 3-4 times and still have tinted green hair.
We were so excited to stay here, but won't be coming back if they continue using Bromine. Shouldn't this be mentioned somewhere before you enter the pool/hot tubs??????

Stayed here last week after staying at several other hotels in Missoula and Montana that do a better job with COVID protections. C'Mon Inn clearly doesn't care, which they should, especially given their location along I90 with interstate travelers.

Here's what I observed:
No face masks on ANY hotel employee
No plexiglass partitions at the front desk
Had to sign using their pen
No hand sanitizer available for use
Buffet still operating-- with no one observing social distancing and everyone using the same utensils. Gross
Housekeeping not using masks or gloves

I noticed that there were signs up about family units only in each hot tub. But really, why take the risk when the hotel clearly doesn't follow other obvious public health precautions?

I feel sorry for their employees. At least the national chain competitors have standards in place. And because of their general disregard, they don't appear to take guests' safety to heart.

Response from C'mon Inn, Guest Services / Front Office at C'mon Inn
Responded 22 Dec 2020
I'm sorry to see that you were disappointed with your stay. I would like to clear some things up for you. As of June, our Governor had NOT mandated masks, so we were not wearing them. That mandate came in July. We keep a far enough distance from our guests, and have very short interaction with them, therefore plexiglass is not needed. Our pens, pencils, etc., are sanitized multiple times a day, as well as the counters, elevators, luggage carts, stair railings, etc. We have had hand sanitizer at the desk since March when Covid became rampant. We do not serve a breakfast buffet, breakfast is served out of the kitchen, and has been since we "opened back up" in May. Up until then, we were doing brown bag breakfast, as we shut the buffet down in March. There is no reason to feel bad for the employees, we LOVE our jobs, and each and every one of us are happy to have our jobs, and go the extra mile every single day to stay in compliance with the health department rules, and the Governor's mandates. We absolutely take the safety of our guests and staff to heart, and I am sorry that you feel the way you do.

This was our second C'mon Inn in two days. We were on a week long MINI Cooper Rally from Albuquerque to Seattle. The previous night, we stayed at the C'mon Inn in Bozeman and had a great experience. This hotel is every bit as good. Very clean, well maintained and friendly. The people that run this chain are definitely concerned with the customer experience, and it shows. The parking lot is large and well lit, and felt very safe. It's easy to find and there's a gas station.convenience store across the street. Eateries are nearby and easily accessed. The place look like something out of Disney. Very rustic and inviting. Not sure I'll ever be in Missoula again, but if I am and need lodging, there is no doubt where I'm staying! Thanks for a great stay!

We are an older couple who stayed here back in 2011. We liked the place, so we booked again for a trip in November 2020.
This place still holds up well, although seems to be more family friendly, than senior citizen friendly, only because the pool closes at 11 and sound can be heard in the courtyard. They do try to muffle it with great landscaping, though. So...if you have kids, I think this place will delight you. If not, this place is still a great place, but if you retire early, maybe not for you.
Obviously, when we took this trip, COVID-19 was still an issue. I noticed that the staff was virus aware. They put a mask on anytime someone came to the counter, in addition to there being plexiglass between guests and staff. They also sanitize frequently, and have clean pens available.
Unfortunately, they cannot force guests to wear masks. Still, at this location, most guests were compliant.
Also because of the virus, the breakfast was handled differently. When we were there, there was one lady taking your order and fetching it from the kitchen. There was no wait time since it was all prepared. You could tell she enjoyed her job. She was friendly, upbeat, service was prompt, and the food was fresh.
The landscaping remains the same; a "woodsy" feel with a man-made waterfall and stream.
Rooms are comfortable, the beds are the same, and housekeeping is great.
There are either balconies on the second floor with seating overlooking the courtyard, or tables and chairs outside each room for private seating.

Nice and clean rooms, friendly receptionists and great check in process. Beautiful and clean lobby. Love the waterfall!
If you are on the ground floor, you will smell the chlorine from the hot tubs. Not bad, but noticeable in case you have allergies or sensitivity to smells.

We have 10 of them. Right now 5 are booked with 5 remaining but we are booking up rather quickly for Sunday with the holiday Monday and all of the rain we have been receiving this week. Our jacuzzi suites are $50 more than our normal King/Double Queen rooms. If you would like to book one, please call us toll-free at 888-989-5569. The sooner you can call the better, before we are booked up.
