This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was not cleaned. The toilet had pee in it and pee splatter on the seat. So gross! And an a acrylic nail on the bathroom floor! The sheets are stained and do not even fit the bed. The towels are tiny and they're falling apart from bleaching. The heating and AC are separate units, and don't work well. I honestly think this is just a place where prostitutes stay based on Montana's meth problem. Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $20 or so and stay somewhere else.

I only give it one star because zero isn't an option. This place was AWFUL!! the rooms were disgusting. You could CLEARLY see the mattresses were stained, our door looked like it had been kicked in and barely locked. Our towels had rust on them as well as visible mold and rust in the shower and all the light fixtures in the bathroom. And not to mention the pool of dried blood on the floor as you walked in the bathroom. We travelled all day that day so we just went to sleep and got ready the next morning, packed up all of our stuff and left it in the corner so nothing was in their way when they came to clean, we were gone all day and came back to unclean rooms. the beds were not made, we had no toilet paper. they even re folded our wet dirty towels and put them back in the racks!!! and left without giving us toilet paper. it was so hot that day we just wanted to cool down so I turned on the AC unit and got blasted in the face with mold and dirt. the intake vent was covered is dust. I had enough and wanted to get a refund and cancel the rest of our reservation. the manager acted like he had no idea what a refund was. He told me that he couldn't give a refund because he sent in our paperwork already. so i asked him to call the owner and get a refund, I told him all the issues we had with the room and alls he could say was the previous manager was the reason the rooms were so bad, so I asked when he took over because the only possible way he could use that as an excuse is if he took over the hotel that morning. He assured me he would get ahold of the owner and get me a refund for our last night before we checked out the next morning. When we went to go check out, which I wanted until after 9 like he asked me to so he could talk with the owner, he said the owner wont answer the phone calls and he doesn't know how to refund anything anyway. Then had to audacity to tell me that he would make sure the room was cleaned for the next person. What a joke, seriously consider your vehicle or a park bend if this is your only option for a room.

The best thing to do with this review is simple make a list.
1. Upon making a reservation for 6 nights the previous week for a King room I was amazed that the King bed fit in the room. The bed was the room.
2. I paid more money and got a larger room. Room 119, I enter and WOAH the room is filth, it had not been cleaned, pop bottles on the counter, pieces of soap in the bathroom. I return to the desk the man who identifies himself as he manager says "she's not the good maid, the good maid is sick.
3. He moves me to room 120, the heater, and he is aware that it is a problem does not work. And all the molding is missing, it is a nightmare! After fiddling with it he moves me to 121, hmm, heat, it is terrible (won't adjust), fridge, microwave and TV are functioning but we have to let the water run until it turns clear.
You may be asking why I didn't run? Because I paid cash for 6 nights. NO REFUNDS almost$ 385.00!!!!! I was trapped and my cash tied up.
4. No maid service, AT ALL. I hauled my own garbage, went for toilet paper and towels.
5. The bathtub wouldn't drain so I went and got a screw driver and fixed it. BTW...no thanks.
6. I find out last night I needed to extend my trip for my editor by one night, I called and he said it would be fine. At 8am, I go over too get toilet paper and clean towels. Prepared for them to hold the room with the card and allow me to pay cash, exactly as I had done. She ran my card for more than the agreed upon price before I could tell her I paid in cash. This manager from the hotel literally had a fit. She refused to give me change for the vending machine, as I was leaving she called me a me filthy names that were completely unacceptable. Names that are not okay in any way shape or form!! I was so angry, even with a big meeting I packed and loaded my things. I did not take a shower yet called my bank and sure enough she had ran the card, Even after saying it was just a pending charge $63 a night hotel room for $90!!!! I was so tired and probably wouldn't have cared but I went back with my bank on the phone and demanded she call someone and reverse the card. More name calling,( dropping the f word) the maid showed up and was blown away, She didn't even know there was a person in the room! The woman behind the desk let me speak to some type of manager all the while saying that "she was going to need to be bailed out of jail" " she was going to finish me" might not be right, but YOU NEVER threaten a Montana Country Girl. I may not be welcome at that dump. But I got my money back and I made sure the lady behind the counter knew my name. So do yourself a favor...DRIVE BY..cheap or not, you really do get what you paid for. I'm now sitting POSH at the Motel 6 of all places. Brand new and way cheaper!

The Travelers Inn is an older model motel, but the management is a five star rating for accommodating for what you need. The pricing was Reasonable for a weeks stay. Mindy and Joe are A1 in my book. Thanks guys.

Under new management and they seem to be fixing the place up a bit, room was a bit small but at the price I have no complaints. I had no real issues I can think of and the staff was super helpful. Good place to for an early flight.

Expensive, poor room, dirty, and uncomfortable. Avoid! The bathroom was small, and badly laid out. This is a old motel which charged twenty dollars more than it was worth. Should have been warned because there were very few cars in lot. Even though at check in a sign promise donuts and juice, none was available.

This little inexpensive motel used to be one of our favorites. It was sold by long time, caring owners in 2011 and the new management does not have the same attention to customers needs. The rooms were not clean, and desk staff were not as welcoming. We won't stay here again.

In all our travels this is probably the second to the worse motel that we have ever stayed in. The dead bolt in the door does not lock. The bathroom was dirty and had black mold above the shower. The carpet is badly stained and wore. A couple of the fixtures were not plugged in. In fact the electric cord on one of the lights was cut off. The shower head did not spray as it should, it probably needs to be cleaned of hard water deposits or replaced.
Most of the motels in Missoula were full so we did not have much choice as where to stay. The online price for this motel was $60 for weekdays and $70 for weekends. They knew they had us over-the-barrel so to speak so they charged us $95 for room.

We checked in, and went to our room. Upon entering the bathroom, there was mold all over the shower curtain and the bathroom wasn't clean. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for our money back. She offered to give us a different room, but we declined.

We stopped here on our travels since the sign outside advertised clean rooms. Would not stay here again. We got 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke and urine. The other was stale smelling. Would not recommend.
