Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We chose this place because it had a two-room suite with kitchenette available, and we wanted to heat up a meal we'd brought in the cooler. That part worked fine. There were no dishes or kitchen equipment in the room when we arrived, but we followed instructions, and that was delivered promptly. That's probably a good system if relatively few guests use a kitchen.

The bed was comfortable. The internet service was adequate.

The staff was excellent. The location is convenient to the freeway and airport, but some distance from town.

The lack of a breakfast was a negative, as nearly all hotels now provide a breakfast. We knew this, and picked up extra cereal, milk, fruit and yogurt from the previous night stay in Spokane, so we were covered.

I would stay here again if I were just passing through. But it's better to be "in town" if you want to walk or cycle the riverfront park in Missoula.

Very accommodating desk clerk. Prices for hotels in Montana are outrageous but this one was a bit better. An older property showing some wear but there is quality. Our king room is HUGE. Comfortable sofa and chair sitting area. Kitchenette with fridge and M/W but no utensils or dishes. No complimentary breakfast. It was about 7 in the evening, and it is my understanding, and has been proven, that the chains raise the rates as the night goes on. Perhaps why this independent hotel was a bit more reasonable. I would stay here again

We leave our car there and Stay there when we return from a trip. Love that Car parking is free in their parking lot for 2 weeks if you stay either before or on return. Only problem for us is
There are no specific outlets to charge cell phones on the nightstand or enough outlets to plug Cpap machines by the bed. Bring your own outlet adapter.

My brother has a registered service dog for his disability. When we checked in tonight we were discriminated against having a service dog - they charged us an extra fee, they asked what my brothers disability is and they put us in a pet room explaining it was to protect people with allergies. All 3 of the acts are discriminatory but the 4th act was they told us to not stay here if we didn't like their private company policy - that is what discrimination feels like.

My brother has traveled for the past 18 months with his service dog and while he has had to explain the laws many times - most people have been accommodating.

I'd like to chalk it up to just one front desk person with bad customer service, but the general manager on duty tonight was equally rude.

Beware if you have family members with disabilities and service dogs!

This place is a joke! We called the desk to reserve and we were told only a Queen suite was available for over $400. Immediately we booked a King suite for far less than the quote for a Queen suite. We checked in and this place is empty.
The building is nice, rooms are spacious and furniture is comfy, but all the niceties you expect are completely missing. There is a mini kitchen with no utensils, glasses, etc. Cabinets and drawers are completely empty! A coffee maker with no coffee packets provided. No top for the ice bucket. A king size bed with only 3 pillows. There are no extra pillows or bedding for the sofa bed.
No breakfast, free or otherwise.

Hard to get kitchen ware. No breakfast included and was told having breakfast at a hotel is a sham and they will not be bringing it back. Food in there little store was extremely over priced. Beds felt like bricks very little pillows given. Unable to turn heat down. It was unbearably hot. Pool was gross it had hair lint and debris floating everywhere when we went to use it.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Important to us was the abundance of trailer parking both in the parking lot or on nearby streets. The rooms are huge and that is splendid. On the downside, the hotel is worn, at least our room was. Stained carpet, broken lamp, and No Maid Service. However, I am very understanding that during this COVID times, not everything can be expected to be "up to snuff." Would we stay again? Maybe. But at over $200 per night in September, I would expect more.

The room was great, but the hot tub was disgusting. They charged my credit card twice for two entirely different amounts. I addressed this at the desk before I left and they assured me that one of the charges would "drop off", it did not. I had to call again when I returned home and was rudely told I had to call Expedia. I didn't even book this thru Expedia. When I called Travelocity they informed me I had to work it out with the hotel. What a run around. Needless to say I won't be staying here or booking thru Travelocity again.

We had a great stay at the StoneCreek Lodge in a well appointed oversized room. Mary at the front desk was great yo work with, responsive to my initial phone call and subsequent emails. I would highly recommend StoneCreek Lodge to my friends in the future. The airport shuttle was also excellent (clean and roomy) and was available for a rapid transit between the lodge and the main terminal.

All rooms are suites. Ladies at the front desk were outstanding. Gave us a very good price on our room. Main reason for staying was their shuttle service to the airport. Dropped off our rental car at the airport and their shuttle service came right over and picked us up. We had an early flight out the next morning. Their shuttle driver carried us to the airport at 4 am, no fuss, no problem. Great room. Great bed. Only complaints I have seen by anybody is they do not have a breakfast and their shuttle only goes to the airport. We knew ahead of time and it did not pose a problem for us.

I am not aware of. We had a 1 Bedroom unit or a King Suite and neither comes with a large whirlpool tub. I would contact the hotel directly to find out.
