Detailed Reviews
We changed our Vacation Plans at the last minute, and booked this Econo lodge
with Choice Privilege Points. Location is great, check in by Toni was fast and efficient. We had a large, clean, 2 queen bed room with hardwood floors, large vanity outside the bathroom, Fridge, Coffeemaker, comfortable bed and pillows, white linens and towels.
The only reason I didn't give it a better score was the breakfast, pretty skimpy with donuts, yogurts, cereals, and breads.
We would stay again.

Room was clean enough, some gouges in the sink and damaged drywall and broken TP holder in the bathroom showed the motel’s age. Had a room half way down the hallway on the first floor and couldn’t get more than 1 WiFi bar. Worked fine in the lobby, but who wants to sit in the lobby just to get online. Asked the front desk why it was such a poor signal and they didn’t know. Nice enough staff and they did offer to see set the router but that didn’t help. It’s 2024, time to upgrade your internet connection. 😑😑😑

Surprisingly nice hotel. I’ve never stayed at an Economic Lodge before and was expecting a pretty basic room, but was pleasantly surprised. The room had hardwood floors and a comfy bed (albeit a little too high). The bathroom was a little cramped but the water was hot with good pressure. I did not check out the breakfast since I’m not usually a breakfast person
A couple of downers was that I asked the front desk person if there are any dog friendly restaurants in town since I’m traveling with my pup and the response was simply I don’t know…no attempt to even try to look. The other seems petty, but the little bottle of body lotion was half empty and set back out for the next guess to use
Would I stay here again…definitely .

Hotel's Favourite
Excellent Evergreen room. We were provided with a room with no carpeting, air purifier, and water filters in room. The room was spotless, even in the nooks and crannies. I used my air quality testing equipment for my own safety and was quite happy with the results. Well done management and cleaning crews!

Check in was easy, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast had lots of options and everyone was nice and welcoming. They also had washer and dryer machines which was nice and they also had a small sweet shop up front. Would stay here again.

The only reason we rented a room is because we wanted to take showers before a 10 hour drive home, after we’d been camping for 3 days. The hotel’s water heater had been broken and they didn’t tell us until we checked in at 10:30 PM. Another guest at the hotel said it was broken prior to his check-in at 7 PM. At no point did they try to inform us of this issue before we got there. We ended up running water through the single cup coffee maker so we could wipe ourselves off with wet washcloths. I talked to the manager in the morning, who was very rude and unapologetic. She said that since we had booked through Priceline, the hotel wasn’t responsible for reimbursing us.
We could have continued camping for free. Instead, we paid $222 for showers that we never got to take. I understand that it was outside of her control and that it wasn’t her fault, but she never attempted to empathize with us at all. She appeared annoyed that we were even trying to discuss it with her. It was very frustrating.

Oh man where to begin with this place. I had a reservation for 4 nights. The first night I checked in bo AC room was an oven. Called the desk she stated all she could do was give me a fan. A fan? I asked for a refund she said she wasn’t a manger and wasn’t allowed to do so. I told her to have the manager contact me the following day. Took a walk came back the wall fan was blowing cooler air. Never heard a thing from the manager. 2 more nights in the room and after working 16 hour day came in on Friday and my key wouldn’t work. Turns out they gave my room away because I didn’t leave a bag in the room. No way id ever leave a bag alone in this hotel anyway. I find it particularly odd that I stayed 3 full nights without hearing from the manager and she decided to cancel my reservation that fell on a Friday night instead of the middle of the week where all surrounding hotels were booked. I’ll call it what it is and that is she knew she could get more money so she booted me out for her own greed.
Bottom line avoid this place. It’s nothing more than a cheap bed with very high price tag. The manager was in the lobby when I asked why my room wasn’t available and she said there was note that said the AC didn’t work and they thought I left. She was very unapologetic
I’ll be contacting the BBB and their corporate office to complain further. Buyer beware I warned you.

This hotel is by far one of the best to stay at in Missoula. The hotel is in a great location as it is located right off of Interstate 90. The staff was very helpful and always made sure you felt welcomed whenever you entered the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers a good breakfast in the morning that helps you get a good jumpstart to your day. Overall I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

We reserved a room on our way back from a tour of the national parks. The first room had a moldy smell and was right off the elevator. We requested a new room and they graciously accommodated us. The evening shift front desk staff were friendly and professional.
The 2nd room was a bit better but probably one of the tightest we have ever slept in - only a narrow pathway around the beds. We eventually found shampoo but no conditioner.
They did provide a vending machine with quality continental breakfast with plastic utensils that were so thin and flimsy that they bent when trying to put cream cheese on my bagel. Both my wife and daughter refused to eat the breakfast. We didn't even try the coffee.
Truly overpriced for an establishment with no pool and substandard accommodations. We saw better options in the same area and wished we have done better research.

Desk staff marginally unhelpful and needs training on flexible ways to meet needs while continuing to be compliant in guest privacy. I left and came back to a faulty room key that wouldn’t open the door. Instead of helping me, they chose to hide behind “privacy guidelines” and wouldn’t issue another key because the room wasn’t specifically in my name, even though I could share multiple data points to verify who I was. I was not offered any reasonable solutions except to knock on the door - which defeated the entire purpose — I had a key so that I wouldn’t have to disturb those I was traveling with. To make matters worse, the desk was also staffed with an agent that checked us in yesterday who never asked at check in. I respect the diligence to safety but there is room for flexibility when it’s result of their malfunctioning keys and failure to ask at check-in. Please do better next time.
My expectations weren’t high, but I wasn’t expecting to be met with unhelpful staff.

yes, dogs are welcome. There is a small fee per animal.
Unfortunately we do not offer a shuttle service from the airport. There is a third party airport shuttle that can be scheduled by calling 406.543.9416.
I believe it only has a hot tub but did not use that part of the facility.
I am sorry, but we do not have rooms with hot tubs.
