Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The campground itself is nice--lots of shade, good grassy areas. Bathrooms are a little dated, but nothing wrong with them.

Super nice owner. We had a long conversation while I was setting up, and then relaxing after. Didn't catch his name, but have a chat with him if around.

Only downside was it's right off I-90. While it's super-convenient to both the highway and town, there is traffic noise for tent campers.

My husband and I stayed at this campground for one week in October. While it may not have all the bells and whistles, it was well located and we thought the rates were fair. We enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good home base location for getting to and from Yellowstone Park and exploring downtown Livingston. There is a nice grocery store nearby, Town & Country, and we found the other guests and manager to be friendly.

Room Tip: This is an RV park with full hookup services, this is not a hotel. They do appear to have a cabin...

This is an older campground, patchy grass / gravel. We reserved a site and then they couldn’t find the reservation. We had asked for electric and water (not sewer). When she finally found the reservation she said, “Oh someone had a medical emergency and needed to park their RV so here is this one at the back.” When we got to the site, it was only 110, not a 30 amp service. We couldn’t run half of the things in our RV. It was also in the 90’s and quite hot! When we complained, she moved us to another spot. Before we hooked up, found out it was again 110. She apparently didn’t understand watts and amps. There was clearly an open spot at the back and I asked about taking that one. She said well there was someone there; we’ll have to call to see if he left early. Finally confirming that it was open, she let us take it. This is all to say she was very disorganized. The office looked like a hurricane had it. It was unclean, next to a highway and awful! The WiFi also did not work with the old password she said was correct. I will not go there again!

AWFUL! Last night the Manager's apparently were having a HUGE party-music blaring all night--no sleep to be had here-the place looks like an abandoned vehicle junk yard-dead cars all around the home-junk in the yard--just a mess.

My wife and I were travelling through Montana this summer and decided to stay in Livingston for a few days. We found this RV park right near the I-90 exit for Livingston. This place was close to the Livingston downtown area and gave us easy access to drive to Yellowstone Park when we departed. We felt like the prices were quite reasonable for such a nice area to stay. We met some friendly folks who were staying in the RV park and ended up fishing with them for part of a day. My wife and I were pleased with our stay here and will definitely return on our next trip through Montana.

Me and some friends took a trip to Montana for the week of July 4th and used the campground as our base to/from Yellowstone, Bozeman and Big Sky. The management were friendly, location allowed for easy access to the interstate, Wi-Fi was included, and the overall pricing was great! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for two weeks in July. This is a very nice campground for overnight. It is conveniently located next to the interstate. We used it as a base camp to Yellowstone. It’s only about one hour from the campground to the north gates of Yellowstone. It is a beautiful drive with mountains On both sides of the road the whole drive. The road in follows Yellowstone River the whole way. I prefer the north gates because it is much less crowded than the west or southern gates The campground does not have a pool but it did not bother us. The manager and owner are very friendly! They were trying to fix it up. The sites are very tight but well-kept. There is a huge dog park to run your dog. There is a very nice Washateria within walking distance. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good! There is no cable but again because of the good Wi-Fi it did not bother us. Most of the sites we saw were pull through I would stay at this campground again. It is in excellent value compared to the other campgrounds near Yellowstone!

We stayed a week at this campground a few weeks ago and found that the new owners, Mike and Abby are doing a great job at updating and with customer service . The rates are great and the grounds and facility are clean . This was a great place to travel out on day trips . The town itself has a lot of history and a great farmers market mid week .Yellowstone is about an hour and there is a great museum in Bozeman .We also visited some old mining areas . This is a real gem of a place and we would return anytime ! The view of the mountains are great .

Very unkempt, sites are small and whole park is in bad need of repairs and updating, the only redeeming factor is it is close to Yellowstone. Got there after dark and had to do everything by flashlight, no park lighting. Lots of highway traffic noise.
