Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel needs a lot of work! It is obviously old, and the updates don't seem to be recent ones. When we arrived, we found someone had left a Blizzard ice cream treat in the freezer. Then, in the morning, we found the coffee grounds from a previous guest were still in the coffee maker. Obviously, the housekeeping staff did not do their job. We were directed to park in the back, near the outside room door. It was convenient, but it was tight to get into, seemed sketchy, and had poor lighting. The only good part was the firm bed, which was good for my wife's back. I'd think twice before wasting your money on this hotel. We won't have a repeat stay at this low-quality joint.

Paid a total of $178 for a room that did not reflect that price. This included a senior discount. Very disappointed. Small room, not enough pillows, shower did not work properly. No breakfast. Location was great and staff was pleasant.

Property is rundown. The service was good. The TV didn’t work. Security is poor. No continental breakfast. Pool was closed. Needs to be renovated. Not up to par with other Wyndham properties. Someone tried to get into our room.

After entering the hotel after check in, we left and got something to eat and came back and got our stuff. Decided to leave and get a room across the street because we could not sleep there because of the field and the smell. Upon handing the keys back to the guy that checked us in he was sitting in front of where are you check in in his car smoking meth. His car had four bullet holes in the side of his Cadillac.

First, we were not involved in selection of this motel. Should have known from check in when no bathroom was available in lobby after a long trip. My brother walked into his room after check in and bed was unmade and room uncleaned. Spa not working. ABC network on Directv unavailable. Shower made a super loud noise and would not maintain temp. It would get hot and then hotter on its own. My husband was almost scalded. Seems to be local people living on premises, an RV was parked outside our room, looked permanent, and we heard strange music coming from it or someone else late in evening. Can't believe Wyndam associates their name w this place. BTW, it is next to train tracks. You can get all this for a hefty price of $183.87. Unbelievable. On positive note, bed was comfortable.

Absolutely the WORST. Rude staff, if you can find them. Bedding was terrible, sink WAY too small & insult to injury, NO HOT WATER & no one to talk too. Don't waste your money. Sleep in your car, anywhere but the Travelodge.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have every been to. The floors were gritty and so dirty. Our bed didn't have a frame or box spring it was literally a mattress on the floor. Our room smelt like marijuna and to top it all of the hotel has charged me $150 3 different times for what they are saying is a "lost" blanket when we never had a blanket on our bed, we had a white sheet and that was it. 2 of the charges the front desk couldn't tell me what they were for. DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms are expensive for how crappy and dirty there are. This place is nothing like what they show online. BEWARE
