Motel was easy to locate and location was fine. Although on a major road, noise was not a problem. Check in was efficient and the staff friendly. We needed a large room for 5, which was generous in size and beds were comfortable enough. Fridge, coffee maker, and microwave were provided. No breakfast. There is a well stocked Town Pump / Exxon next door. However, the bathroom door and frame had a large crack undermining privacy. There were loose wires in the room and outside. The stairway to this upstairs room and landing were in poor condition. The room and bathroom showed wear and tear (grout, joints, etc.) The price for this room was 75% higher than any of the 3 comparable rooms we rented on our road trip (SD, WY, MT) which made it a very disappointingly poor value for the money.

Bare essentials, no pun intended! I’m not sure you can call this glamping even! The room barely has what is needed to be considered a motel room. I don’t even consider it clean- shoes and feet stick to the floor, towels are overpowered with bleach and one has to run the water forever to get any hot water. Thank goodness it is only for one night.

We chose the Motor Inn on a recent road trip. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. it's an older building that needs work but our room was comfy, if a bit cramped. Drawbacks were a heating panel that had fallen off and was just leaning up against the wall. There were flies roaming in and out of the sink drain. Running hot water solved that problem. Although it wouldn't be my first choice I wouldn't be adverse to staying here again.

We arrived late (11:15pm) the room was as expected but the lady Betty at the front desk was polite and had just returned and the previous people that were running the place were disgruntled and being evicted. We got no sleep because we were 2 doors down from the place they were moving out and our car was parked next to the mans car who was very upset. We fell asleep for about 2 hours after they finally stopped enough and were back awake because of them. We asked for a refund and they have never responded and Betty hangs up the phone if I call and ask about my refund. I would never stay at this place again.

The staff here were very helpful and made sure that we had everything that we needed. And the price was high for the quality of the mote but very good compared to other motels in the area. The little picnic area had not been mowed and was unusable. the motel is right on the highway and a little over 50 miles to the entrance to Yellowstone, which is why we were there. The room wa clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

My husband and I stayed at this place because we got caught in an unrecorded snow storm that shut the interstate down. I booked a room with a queen bed. When we got there we were told that this booking shouldn't have happened because they are supposed to close the top for when it snows. When we got up to the room it was decent, but I quickly realized that the bed was not queen sized, it was a full size. My husband and I own a queen size bed. We know what a queen size is. When I went to talk to the lady at the front desk she insisted that the bed was a queen size. She didn't even care that I told her we hardly got any sleep because there was no room on that bed. I would caution any traveler to seriously consider skipping this place even if you have to pay more somewhere else!

The room smelled so bad that I left the Granddaughters in the car while I sprayed Lysol spray and tried to clean the place up. The counter I wiped with Lysol wipes and you could see my hand print with all the black dirt I picked up. The bathroom was horrible also. We brought a blanket in from the car to sit our luggage on. We slept there after running a UV light over the sheets and got up at 5:30 a.m. and left that horrible place. We were on a 10 trip and that place was more expensive than any of our other stays. We stayed at Best Westerns , Homestead Inn, Tru by Hilton and The Davenport . I don't know how they can sleep at night knowing how flithy the place is and how much they charge their customers. Shame on them. And they do not give any discounts, like senior, AARP, AAA. They are just very greedy owners.

Located just east of downtown this proved to be a great stay. As always, pet friendly makes or breaks the deal so they did take Sammie for a reasonable fee. My room was clean and well maintained but was also going to be renovated after my stay. The property is quiet and I got two good nights sleep. No breakfast yet, (April 2021) but coffee is available in the lobby by 7 AM. It is an easy, short walk into town where food and other amenities are available. There are a number of attractions close by, Sacajawea Park and Meyer's River View Trail are two worth checking out. I did have an amazing meal at the Montana Rib and Chop House. Very reasonable rates and Cindy and Billy's warm hospitality topped off the stay.

Stay somewhere else. The room was filthy (microwave had food and the floors had not been cleaned in a long time.) We talked to them about the floors and the next day they said that they were cleaned 4 times. My friends feet were black again, so the floors were definitely not cleaned. We did not even get clean towels or any kind of room service.

Looking for easy and reasonable lodging as a base camp for two days of motorbike riding on Beartooth Pass and Yellowstone. The rooms and particularly the bathrooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and the rates very reasonable. If traveling through town or exploring this wonderful area the Country Motor Inn works and only 1/4 mile from the Neptune Brewery.
