We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2021 while visiting Glacier National Park and loved it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and nicely appointed with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and flat screen, smart TV. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Fabiano at the front desk. There was a hot breakfast each morning which was good but nothing special. My wife loved the free coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby 24/7. There is a small business work area with PCs and a printer for guests where I was able to conduct zoom meetings with my laptop. Wifi was great in the room and lobby. My wife used the pool and hot tub which was nice after a long day of hiking in the park. Guest with kids seemed to enjoy the waterslide feature of the pool. We also liked the location of the hotel in between Glacier National Park and restaurants and stores of Kalispell with an easy, relatively short drive to both. The only negative I had was that our first room was on the second floor at the same level and facing the neighboring highway and the road noise around 5-6am made it difficult for me to sleep. It did not bother my wife. When I went to the front desk, Fabiano was super helpful and switched me to a room facing the airport and noise was not a problem. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting Glacier National Park.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel on a vacation to Glacier National Park. The hotel was excellent and we would definitely stay there again. We were there during the covid pandemic, so cleanliness was extremely important to us. The hotel was very clean and had an inviting feeling! The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. There were coffee makers in the room. They still offered a sit down breakfast in the morning when many of the hotels are only offering a to-go bag. The entire staff was excellent!! Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we were accommodated.
The location was great! Just north of the city so close enough to drive to restaurants and stores. It was only a 25-30 minute drive to the west entrance of Glacier Park. It is located right at the airport, but we were not disturbed by any airplane noise.
We were very pleased and would stay there again for sure!!

This modern hotel is right next to the Glacier Int’l Airport so it’s beyond convenient! There is a rustic lodge vibe inside where in the lobby you’ll find a massive gas fireplace and comfortable seating. We had both separate one-nighters here this trip, one with just my hubby and I (king room) and the other with us and our teenage son (suite). Both were clean and comfy rooms. Beds were quite comfy for a hotel! Very ample bathroom counter space. We met 2 different front desk staff and both were cordial and helpful (Amber and Walter). The two staff at breakfast were also great (Sheryl and Topher)! During Covid, instead of typical continental breakfast, you tell staff what you’d like and they get it for you. They have a good variety of foods! You can stay there and eat with social distancing of course. Our first room facing the Highway was a bit noisy in the early AM but our suite facing the airport was very quiet. We didn’t use either their pool or hot tub, but could have called for reservation times (Covid). Overall very pleasant and Airport-convenient place to stay and we’ll be back!

It is the quieter of the hotels with thicker walls and windows. Being close to airport was not an issue. The rustic decor is at the lobby only. Inside the rooms is nothing special that is particularly Montana or has a rustic feel. The main advantage to this hotel is that it's closer to Glacier National Park than most hotels to shave some time getting to/from. No luxury hotels that we can find.

For Montana, maybe this hotel is one of the better ones. But don't expect the higher-end Radisson experience from this Country Inn & Suites. There's a sign at the checkin desk that the hotel is independently operated from Radisson chain of hotels. A difference right away in the front desk staff.

If you're concerned about Covid, I might add that this is probably not the hotel for you. But then again, not sure where in Montana would you feel safe. Most people in Montana don't wear masks and do NOT practice social distancing. Not sure they realize there is a pandemic although they will use road sign telling people to mask up. They should have saved that precious road sign space to tell you Glacier National Park is closed during July 4th weekend (it closed 3 out of the 4 days we were there just to visit the park). NOTHING will tell you ahead of time until you get to the entrance gate. Ranger's answer: "Check back in a few hours to see if we're open". That means you have to get in line again with the engine stalling. You and hundreds of cars doing what you're doing. You have nothing else to do as tourists, right?

At this hotel, the ladies at breakfast are masked and wore gloves. I spoke to my room's cleaning lady. She told me she does NOT wear a mask when inside our rooms cleaning b/c she can't breathe. In the hallway, mask well below her mouth for show only. Nice confession to a customer, huh?

We arrived in Kalispell around 6PM and had trouble finding a room at a reasonably good hotel as it was quiet busy. We were referred to the Country Inn and Suites by another Hotel and we then called them up and booked a room. We arrived there about 30 minutes later and checked in and were upgraded to a suite. The rooms were great, nicely laid out and very comfortable. There are not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so we made a fairly long drive to an excellent one that was still open. Despite being next to the airport it was quiet in the room (the airport is not too busy). The room was fairly expensive, but if you can afford it, it is very worthwhile, one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The included breakfast was very good. It was even served on real china plates with real cutlery. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is located quite a distance from downtown Kalispell and is closer to Columbia Falls.

From the start we were treated fabulously. A little key issue was resolved above and beyond. The grandkids LOVED the water slide and the close location in the pool area made it easy for me to keep an eye on them while I relaxed in the hot tub. And speaking of the hot tub, it was delightfully hot and the jets were wonderful. The breakfast was amazing - everyone found something they liked. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing! I cannot even begin to describe how amazing this hotel was! We stayed there over Valentines weekend with our family. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing! The staff were so great at keeping food stocked, and were so kind, they were even clearing peoples plates! They would leave out the coffee and hot chocolate station, as well as constantly stocked fresh cookies! The lobby of the hotel was great for hanging out in, a beautiful fireplace and a somewhat secluded room that you could chat with family or watch TV in there ( it was ideal for once our baby was sleeping.) All in all a fabulous hotel, with incredible staff! The hotel was around a 8 minute drive out of Kalispell but it was barely noticeable. The rooms were very clean and tidy, as well as spacious! I would definitely stay here again!

As I write this right now at 1am there is someone above me stomping like an elephant for the last hour. Other than that, this is a decent place to locate yourself for a visit to Glacier NP. Rooms are spacious enough, with small details to make you appreciate the thought, like the night light in the bathroom. Large TVs, microwaves, refrigerator, all the standards of a Holiday Inn Express is here.

Have to sign up for a pool/hot tub time right now but at least it's open.

You'll need a car to get food as there's nothing nearby.

My family stayed here a couple of nights while visiting Glacier National Park. We’ve stayed at many Country Inn and Suites, and this one is definitely the nicest! My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and slide. Due to the covid, reservations to use the pool are required. To assure your spot at the pool, i’d recommend making the pool reservations at least 24 hours or more in advance. We also enjoyed the secluded 2nd floor sitting area with views of the mountains.
There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance. But this was not a problem for us since we had our car with us. I would’ve given the hotel 5 stars if we had better service at the front desk. I’m not sure if it’s due to the covid and they are just short handed or what. But half the time we would go to the front desk, nobody would be there. Several times we waited 5 mins or more for someone to return and help us.

It’s a very short distance from the terminal and you can pick your car up in the morning. Great place to stay in Kalispell. If they do not have a shuttle it’s literally a few minutes walk.

We are coming in late on September 3rd. Do shuttles go 24hrs? I can get through on the phone to the actual hotel.

We drove in from Spokane so didn't need a shuttle. I would probably rent a car if you need to get around. Everything is spread out. The airport is within walking distance behind the hotel. You would think they'd have a shuttle. Maybe the airport website shows shuttles.

What's the difference between a premium two queen bed room and a regular two queen bed room?
Answer from Sean M
Our Queen Premium rooms allow for an extra bed or rollaway to be placed in the room to fit a larger family. Queen premium rooms would be two queen beds and the extra space for the rollaway. Only our King bedroom suites have an extra living room area with a couch that pulls out into a full bed.

Is this hotel pet friendly?
Answer from Sean M
We only accept service animals by law. We are not pet friendly.
Answer from Sean M
Whitefish Resort for skiing is about 19 miles away or 30 minutes. Our shuttle focuses on the Airport and Hwy 2 restaurants with about a 5 mile radius.
