Checking in and out very easy. Friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Room was clean, quiet & well maintained. Normal size room with a microwave & fridge. Laundry was just down the hall. 1 washer & 1 dryer. $1.25 for each & had a machine to purchase laundry supplies if needed. Breakfast was a premade egg with cheese on English muffin with sausage & bacon on each. They were hot and good. I like bacon & Hubby prefers sausage so we swapped meats. They had other basics like boiled eggs & cereals. It was close to town & easy to get to sights. There’s a large grocery store just down the road along with other stores. We had no issues & enjoyed our stay.

Positives: Fast check – in, Connor was courteous, plenty of parking, clean lobby, elevator, and room. When lacking amenities inventory, they brought to me immediately. Honored Marriott membership with a welcome gift in a bag.
Negatives: • Hot water not hot enough. Connor said it’s Montana state law, but I stayed in Delta by Marriott down the same street in Helena, in mid-November 2021, and the hot shower was really hot. He then changed his explanation saying he would ask the maintenance look at it. The hot water was hot when I first checked but for some reason got cooler. Connor who is also the manager, offered to provide two complimentary frozen items from the minimarket next to the lobby. I rather the hot water is hot, not warm than getting the frozen foods, especially the selections aren't something I could use. • Very loud central air – even louder in the morning, was woken up at 5:30am.
Additional Info: * The payment to this hotel did not go through when handled by Connor, I caught it later. Spoke with Kim, another staff, weeks later to resolve it and to ensure they are paid. For this hotel, you may want to check the invoice and payment receipt more carefully to ensure all charges are right and done right. Kim's manager, Kaela was also helpful in resolving it.
This hotel would have earned a 4.0 if they had provided hot shower, not cold; and that Connor would provide a more realistic explanation instead of providing inconsistent answers or pulling in state law as an excuse. It should have earned a 5 out of 5 if the central air isn't so loud. This hotel's central air is a lot louder and noisier than most other hotels, which impacts sleeping quality.

The large, well-lit room had two comfortable chairs and beds. There was a mini-fridge (no freezer) and a microwave. The air conditioning worked well during the heat wave. The sink area was separate from the shower/toilet room. The sink area was tiny and poorly lit, with almost no space for toiletries. The shower head was good, but there was some variation in water temperature. We were not happy with the breakfast; the cooked oatmeal and hot and cold items were not well stocked.

We stayed this hotel for one night. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
This hotel is located close to many dining and shopping options, and is convenient for most Helena area attractions.
The young lady working the front desk could not have been more helpful or kind. Her willingness to help with a couple of questions/requests are the most memorable part of our stay.

I am a Marriot Bonvoy rewards member and I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. They do their best to serve a pretty good breakfast during these COVID times and I greatly appreciated that. Very clean rooms, great beds and comfortable linens, restaurants and shops around the area. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this hotel.

The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, and the gentleman who checked us in was friendly but don't expect a good breakfast on a Sunday morning, or maybe other days. There was no bread available on our stay, when we asked for some we were told “We ran out of bread yesterday”. There were also other very limited and missing breakfast items when we arrived in the first half hour of the breakfast slot. Very sad when such little concern for the hotel guests is shown by not replenishing their supplies.

Checked in on Dec 05, out on the 6th. Upon opening the rooms fridge, found old food and stink. Front desk Connor immediately offered to come up n clean it, which he did. Later in the evening decided to use the shower HARD NO! was filthy, soap scum along with "whatever" in the corners. Then stayed tk look more closely at the room, noticed it didn't appear to have bee vacuumed, crumbs/pieces of garbage in front of fridge and TV area. Contacted front desk moved to another room. Hotel management contacted me today, stated I would be given 1000 pts for the inconvenience??? She stated is slmost enough for 1/2 a night?? Head scratcher, considering it takes over 7k pts to stay at her hotel. She stated she has "gone above and beyond" offering me pts?? Yah, won't be staying here again, too many other hotels that will provide custoner service when an issue arises.

As a travel agent I always stay with Marriott I find them to be very reliable. This hotel is different its older, the front desk person was good, the lobby is very small, the room itself was ok fridge, microwave, but was totally turned off when i went to use bathroom and it had been used and left dirt, that made me almost sick, there were no towels and no glasses, i called for housekeeping they were very good but this is not acceptable to have a dirty used bathroom. I will not be recommending this to my clients.

We booked a room here as the group we were traveling with had reservations here. Our room was ready on our arrival. We were on the 3rd floor. Room was clean, bed was comfy. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot, but were told it had recently been repaired. Staff at check in were very friendly. Breakfast was good the following morning with a decent selection.

I was checking reviews for our stop in Helena and it had the best reviews. We decided to stay here and I'm glad we did.The staff is nice. The room is very clean. It has the sink outside the restroom, which is nice. We have a fridge, microwave, good TV. Beds are comfortable. There's coffee available in lobby and coffee in the room. Breakfast is available in the morning. The pool is available by reserving a spot,because of covid. The hot tub is broken at this time. There is a workout room too. We are on the 1st floor & parked the harley by our window so we could see it. The capitol is a pretty neat place to see and the giant church is beautiful. At this time I've been told in Montana masks are suggested,but not required.
