It looks like they have been renovating for a prolonged period of time. Doors to parking were propped open, probably because the card keys barely worked on them or the rooms. The first room they gave us it was obvious that the beds had just been remade without changing the sheets. They did move us! The area where the dumpster should have been in the parking lot was piled with mattresses and trash. It looks like they started some landscaping a couple years ago but quit and there is trash everywhere. They place looks like they don’t have the money to maintain it.

Made an online reservation but took about at least 20 minutes for me to get my key and room (June 24). Each time a room came up, I was told it hadn't had proper housekeeping. This happened 3 times. Front desk person was engaging and nice while I waited and waited. Then when I finally got a room, a half hour later I got a phone call from the front desk to see if this room was taken! Then at almost midnight when I was in bed, I got second call. Same thing. Huh? Front desk rating went down.
Room was layout was terrible. The chair for the desk didn't fit under the desktop so the chair blocked access to more than half the room. The bed was soft and lumpy.

This super 8 looked good from the outside and the lobby was fairly nice. The rooms did not smell very well and there was many aspects of the hotel that weren’t very clean. I remember an outside glass door being cracked. The bed was super worn out and the room stunk.

Would highly discourage staying here as rooms are not clean and staff is a joke …after waiting 20
Minutes to checkout without a desk attendant finally found him outside hanging out and asked him to check me out and asked me the room number and did not even offer to give em a receipt or bother to go back in the hotel as another patron had been waiting longer than me sitting there. He told me he had a great memory and would make sure and check me out of the room..keep in mind this was 8 am ….what a scary place!

Held 2 rooms with one credit card, but then used 2 different per-diem debit cards at check out. Hotel charged both debit cards and credit card. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare, especially considering a language barrier. They have now refunded the credit card for the two rooms....but, turned around and charged it again for one room. Says Manager is "out of the country" for at least a month.

This hotel is one of the dirtiest and poorly maintained that we have stayed in for a very long time. We should have known where there was a help wanted sign on the door however the front foyer and breakfast room looked clean so we booked in. What a mistake got down the hallway to find it disgustingly dirty. Stairs hadn't been cleaned in ages and the doors were dirty and in need of paint. The room was just as bad with end tables and other furniture dusty. Same with the bathroom with dusty corners and a floor that hasn't been scrubbed in ages. The bathtub was also peeling. The internet positively sucked with us getting booted out every few minutes. At least the sheets looked clean so we stayed. The next morning we saw elderly couple working as cleaners. No wonder the stairs hadn't been cleaned nor the bathroom. The vacuum cleaner they were using didn't cven have attatchments to do that. I have noticed the owner responded to negative reviews by claiming people aren't registered or with empty promises to improve. That was last October for past reviews and nothing has changed.

Terribly rundown and shabby. Housekeeping does their best and it’s clean but awful. We stayed because it was a storm outside and just getting off the highway was a blessing. Overland Express restaurant is right next door and we love the Prime Rib there.Reception desk staff was rude because we didn’t have a reservation but we stay there a few times each year but the hotel is really seedy now.

We had traveled for 3 weeks and this was by the far the worst place we stayed. Customer service both in the evening and morning was terrible. Rates on weekend are escalated if you are a walk in and were half the cost if we had booked online. We debated staying and asked the desk clerk if there were any campgrounds nearby (we were set up to camp too). His response was that he didn't know. Good customer service would say, "I don't know, but I will look online for you". (Next morning we discovered a campground right outside of town,)
Once in our room we signed onto the Internet and saw the same room could have been booked online for half the fee. The next morning I asked why we were charged so much more as a walk-in vs booking with a third party. When I explained we are from Canada and didn't buy US data for the three days in the US, the desk person said if I was too ignorant to use online, we get charged the walk-in rate. I again explained we do not have data. The place was very tired. Our room and bed were okay. The breakfast was definitely light. Muffins were stale. Poor customer service totally destroys even the few positives. We definitely would not return to this motel.

First given a keycard to a room that was clearly not in use. When getting a new room key front desk showed not empathy or hospitality. Bathroom had paint peeling, bathtub paint/liner peeling and a sizable cut in the linoleum. In morning no warm (or hot) water for shower, only ice cold. When checking out front desk had no reaction to this. For $150, everyone deserves much better!

Let me start by saying that the front desk staff were all very helpful. I have no complaints about them. However, the facility is dreadful!!! The carpet was dirty. The vinyl flooring in the bathroom was pulling off the floor. The wifi was so poor as to be useless. The electronic key pass needed to be constantly reset at the front desk. One lamp had no outlet to be plugged into. The remote for the tv did not connect to the set. The breakfast was nearly awol because of delivery issues. And the walls were paper thin so that we had to keep the ac fan on to drown out the tv in the neighboring room. And the facility was grossly overbooked.
