The Ramada is an excellent place to stay! Very reasonable rates, super friendly staff and service second to none. The Ramada is in an excellent location, has great food and a very comfortable lounge! I have been staying at this Ramada for many years and have always had great stays!

We arrived on Thursday evening and departed the following Wednesday morning. The room was clean and everything worked well including the internet. We were surprised when we returned Friday evening and the room had not been attended to. We shouldn't have been. Room service addressed our room only once during the six day stay and that was Saturday morning. So we had the same trash and towels for four days ..each evening when we returned we were again surprised that no linen change or trash removed. Breakfast at Jorgies, a pleasant restaurant atmosphere with great servers, was included and three cooked selections offered (eggs and hash browns, pancakes with sausage or bacon, or oatmeal). The food tasted like the mass cooked offerings and most motel continental breakfasts which seemed inconsistent with being made and presented in an actual restaurant. The sourdough toast was good but the ketchup in Heinz bottles definitely did not taste like Heinz. The beds in this Ramada were excellent. There were no placards on the door or in the room addressing emergency exits or other important locations or exits, Everyone at the front desk were friendly, helpful and very professional. Just wish someone would have managed the room cleaning staff. Attending to the room just once during a six day stay affects our view of the overall service, value and cleanliness.

We are sorry you did not receive stay over service during your stay. As indicated with the signage at the front desk and on the entry doors, with the staff shortage we are not always able to service every room everyday. However, if you had mentioned your request to the front desk staff we certainly would have cleaned your room. Trash and towel service can also be arranged by the desk staff. The young woman at check in was very friendly and professional. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Decor is inviting. I love the Seattle's Best Coffee in the rooms. I have no complaints. Only a suggestion, the hotel provides a voucher for a local coffee shop in place of a more traditional continental breakfast, we received a $10 voucher for 2 guests, and we were able to only get one coffee, tea and a small juice, the coffee house has a tiny selection of very expensive items. I suggest offering something a bit more substantial on site, its not at all convenient to walk across a very busy street or drive to the coffee house at 6am in pajamas. I would absolutely stay again if that issue were resolved.

We are sorry you had the inconvenience of having breakfast at the coffee shop across the street. 1889 Coffee House graciously stepped in to provide our hotels guests breakfast while our restaurant was closed during the Covid-19 outbreak. As the state is now reopening, our onsite restaurant is now open from 7-2am. We are back to normal providing a cooked to order breakfast for our hotel guests. Thank you for your comments. Our stay here was overall disappointing. The two pros I can count for the hotel are its location and good free hot breakfast. I wasn't impressed with the room they gave us - it was dated and the bathroom door plywood was not tight, which meant it was impossible to shut the bathroom door completely. The chair in our room was very old and clearly needed to be replaced. While I do not know if this was the case in our particular room or across other rooms in the hotel, I felt that they did need to uphold themselves to a minimum standard. Inability to lock the bathroom door and having a battered chair in the room is not going to go well with any guest. The room was reasonably spacious. There was a microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room. I was surprised to find Seattle's Best Coffee being offered as the in-room coffee. The beds were comfortable but the worn down floor carpets and the room decor clearly implied that this property is old and in need of some serious repairs. The hotel is located close to some of the downtown attractions like Capitol Building and Last Chance Gulch. In fact, the top of the Capitol dome was visible from outside our room. There was no road noise filtering in to the room. The good quality of the breakfast likely can be attributed to the fact that breakfast is served in the restaurant attached to the hotel property. During our stay, they were offering buffet style breakfast for hotel guests with pancakes, potatoes, scrambled eggs and bacon along with coffee and juices as the spread, which was an excellent way to start the day.

Our main hotel building is more upscale and priced accordingly. This winter the property is going through a renovation. The second one in three years. We are all looking forward to it

High quality service is the norm at this location. A restaurant is attached to this hotel which has excellent food and staff so you never have to leave once you arrive. Pool and hot tub are very well maintained and even offer wheelchair access to enter the pool

We were a party of 6 (3 couples) each had our own room. Great for what we were looking for. Rob in the front office was fantastic in being able to ensure that our rooms were close together and very helpful. The gentleman in housekeeping was also very accommodating and helpful. We stayed here in 2019 when it was Jorensen's. Still found it to be a great hotel.

I'm guessing the main building might be better then the one across the parking lot. We had a dog and had to a second story room. It was tight with two queen beds. Ice machine was back across the parking lot in the main building. The outside just looked ratty. It was quiet at night though. The breakfast was good. Couldn't take food back to the room with out paying .50 cents for a to go box. Its a restaurant that they want you to sit down and eat. With a dog it's not really possible. Had to ask for a roll of toilet paper, they didn't refill from the last cleaning. The button on the coffee maker was broken and they were fast on bringing me another one and nice about it. They had Seattle's best for room coffee which was good. The staff was really nice. Just the building across the parking lot needed better cleaning of the stair wells and needs some curb appeal. The staff was really great though.

We were on our way home from Glacier National Park and needed a reasonable hotel stay on our way through Helena. The complex of buildings can be confusing but the staff was helpful to get us situated. The room was functional and clean which afforded us a good night's sleep. The full "restaurant" breakfast was a joy after many trip mornings of covid-19 generated wrapped pastries and toaster waffles. It was pretty busy around our room during the afternoon, but quieted down after dark. Nothing fancy but no issues either.

All staff were super friendly. Great room, comfy beds. We had issues with our luggage and we’re able to extend our checkout time until after it arrived. Only complaint is that we only got 2 free breakfasts for 5 people, and the meals we paid for were expensive.

We are sorry there is a limit to the breakfasts. The hotel provides two cooked to order breakfast with each room. If more are needed they can be purchased at a discount at the front desk. The hotel is charged for each breakfast as we are a separate business.

I really loved staying at Jorgenson's. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. I needed easy access to St. Pete's hospital and the five minute drive was simple and stress free.

Good afternoon,
All of our rooms have refrigerators. However, there are a few economy rooms that do not have microwaves. We will be happy to find you one if your room happens to be with out.
This hotel treated both myself and my service dog well and there were no problems. If you have a certified service dog, you should already know they cannot be refused in any hotel or business.
There are more places to choose from in the Helena area.
