Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Pretty average place. Happy that it was clean, safe and comfortable so that is good. Easy access. Small room. King bed took up most of the room. Well maintained although used hard. Could’ve used a bit more vacuuming, it was icky walking on the carpet barefoot.

Stopped here for one night after dropping my daughter off at college in Montana. It was clean and right off the highway. Plenty of places in walking distance to eat which was nice after driving for hours. The beds are firm and we appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Wish breakfast went a little later because we missed it altogether. Also, the front desk clerk told us she was putting a $250 hold on my card for incidentals but she actually charged my card. It’s been 2 days and the credit hasn’t hit yet so I may be calling them if it doesn’t show up by tomorrow.

The room was adequate (the floors could be vacuumed better). The internet was good. The bed was pretty firm (not a complaint, just to let people know what to expect). Breakfast was of marginal quality because they had just one older lady there trying to do everything and while she definitely put forth her best effort. There is the surprise fee of $5.47(ish) that they tack on when you check in that they don't tell you about beforehand. They won't tell you about it until you check in though so you won't be able to cancel without having to pay anyway. Slick trick, but that's the only time I'll fall for it and I'm warning others here about it too.

Our bed had a sink hole on one side of about a 4 inch deflection. Pillows were lumpy, decor was dated and dinghy looking. Hallways dim. No USB plug-in for charging devices but to their credit they did give us a plug-in for our cord. No Wi-Fi while we were there. Very noisy with 3 lane traffic outside on either side of hotel. Cords hanging from wall from air conditioner (which was very loud). Lots of small holes in the walls and ceiling. Coat rack, shelf and hangers extended into room about 18 inches at about eye level. You couldn't walk past it without running into it. All together just not pleasant. The room, bedding and bathroom were clean but the house keeping staff were definitely having to work uphill.

This place would get a better review if it were priced commensurate with what they're offering. For the price they charged us (with 2 well-behaved, clean dogs in tow), they should have had a newer facility, that didn't look like a 1970's serial killer room, that didn't smell like smoke, with Internet and TV that worked better. We paid nearly $200 for a one night stay here and have paid $50 less for much nicer, newer, larger Wyndham locations, who didn't gouge us $40 for 2 well-behaved, clean dogs. This place is WAY overpriced for what they're offering. But staff was friendly, so there's that. :)

This hotel was not at all as pictured. The rooms are outdated and, with our experience, they were very dirty. I actually cleaned all the surfaces myself with Lysol wipes and chose to go to a grocery store to get breakfast items since their "breakfast" was only cold cereal and milk. I understand you "get what you pay for" but I definitely feel like they were not transparent in their listing and information about this hotel.

They have some very small rooms, which they call "Hobbit rooms" because of their size. Well, I am not a hobbit. Or a dwarf, for that matter. But in spite of their not being full for the night, I was given this small room. The sink faucet sprayed all over me. The bathroom door squeaked, the room heater was turned off. The room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time. The noise from outside kept me awake (the hotel is at the junction between two roads, one coming from I-15, and one going to I-15, so they are busy.) My key didn't work with the closest outside door so I had to get the keys re-initialised. The sink area was small, so there was no room to put anything. There was no light on one side of the bed. Need I go on? No way would I return to this place. When I spoke to the desk manager about my issues, he just smiled and shrugged, as if to say "gee, that's too bad". I got a room the next night at a different hotel that was twice the size and much, much nicer, for the same price.

We stayed here on our way between Yellowstone and Glacier. We had been tent camping for three weeks and were looking forward to a comfortable evening. We were disappointed with the professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and attention to the most basic of details. The room had no toilet paper or tissue. The tp roll was empty and chewed up, so odd. This set an uncomfortable tone and made me wonder what cleanliness corners may have been cut. We would not stay here again and no longer trust the Days Inn brand.

Full disclosure…we did not stay here although we had checked in but only because the booking was non-refundable. From the outside this place looked more than rundown with plastic on the outside of almost all windows and dimly lit parking lot. We had a pet so had requested a main floor room but when we arrived (at 9:30pm) the room was still not cleaned for the day.

I went up to the room we were assigned as I walked down the very dingy hall, all the room numbers were being held on with masking tape and the keys didn’t work however an employee standing nearby let me in to see the room. On the surface it looked ok but there is no way my wife would stay there. I advised the front desk and they apologized for the hotel condition saying it was hard to hire help and they refunded me my money immediately without hassle.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have a property like this under their flag. We moved to the Baymont by Wyndham across the street and it was a 100% improvement.

Checked in late and when myself and my family got to our room the smell was awful. Smelled like dirty socks. I went to front desk to see what could be done, but the front desk person stated there were no other rooms available. He came to the room and could smell the odor from the door. He offered to spray some stuff but we said no as that stuff needs sometime to dissipate. Anyhow we moved hotels the next morning. The manager was very nice and tried to make it right but I had already made up my mind. The other hotel was much better. Some of our friends ended up staying there and they said their rooms had an odor as well. This hotel had good reviews but the odor in the rooms are bad.
