Went through the front entrance and there wasn't anyone there. The front desk guy, at least that's who I assumed he was, and I could hardly understand him. Told him who I was and had the confirmation number in hand. He looked it up and asked for my credit card to bill the room with. I booked online with my credit card, but he kept wanting my cc for billing the room. Again, I said, I already paid for it. Again, he wanted my cc. Then he finally came clean and said it was for the pet fee. He said it is $20.00 per night and I said that's a bit spendy and he just got this smirky look and said oh yes. Entering the building from the back side was scary at best. The area was dingy and smelly, cigarette butts all over, the garbage can was disgusting, and when I opened the door there was a huge mess on the floor, looked like someone had purchased a can of soda from the vending machine and spilled most of it. It was gross* Then when we got into the room there was dirt on the floor, the waste basket by the desk was overflowing and there was no toilet paper on the spindle and only half a roll on the top of the tank. I put the trash in the in the hallway and told the guy, after trying to find him about it. He said we empty the 3rd day. I explained to him that it wasn't mine. He said, oh previous, and I said yes. He got this " I don't think so look" and I left. Took the next day before it was taken away. There are no clock radios, no pen and paper pad, no TV sheet guide and no hot breakfast. Hot breakfast is advertised out on the marque. Choices are 2 cold cereals, a few yogurts. The "orange juice" is apple juice and was terrible. Never again *

Filthy lobby. Room stained and holes in walls. Toilet leaks everywhere. We had to physically turn it off ourselves. This place is a dump!!!

BED BUGS. Disgusting. Do not stay here. The room was dirty when I arrived (mold on ice bucket lid, unknown substance on bedskirt, and more that I didn't take photos of). I was in the room for maybe 2 hours when a beetle of some sort crawled across the bed. I then looked on the bedframe fabric and found TWO DEAD BED BUGS. I got out of there ASAP and the man working said he was "only helping out" so Expedia would have to talk to the manager the next day. Expedia claims that the manager won't approve a refund, so now I'm out $90 because I didn't want to sleep in a disgusting, bed-bug infected property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The website site says they have a fitness room, it doesn’t. The Room smells and there was a stain on the chair that didn’t look right. We were there less then an hour the did not try and accommodate our concerns & charged us for the night anyways.
