We stayed one night in Helena, and this proved to be the perfect place for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby and our room were both super clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. This was the 6th day of our trip, and we really needed to do laundry- and this hotel has two washers and two dryers for guest use. (You may have to be a Hilton member to use them, but it's free to sign up for that, and very worth it!) The hotel is located in what looked to be a new, growing area. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and many retail stores very close by.

Spacious, clean, smart, and green. Rooms are massive with small living room, large work station, and a nice size kitchen(with everything except an oven/stove)featuring a nearly full size fridge, large microwave, dishwasher, plates/bowls/silverware, and a garbage disposal in the sink. Workstation desk has a convenient dining room table stored underneath that is on wheels and can be stationed anywhere in the room. The Tv swivels so you can watch in the bedroom or the living room and a divider can be used to separate the two rooms. Beds and pillow are comfy and have all white linens which is a must for me. Bathroom has toilets with two flush settings to save water, a walk in shower(because who ever uses the bathtub in a roadside hotel) with the shower head on one side and the controls on the other so you'll never get wet before you enter. 4 outlets easily accessible from my bed and numerous others located in smart locations all over the room. The location is close to numerous restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and the mall. Downtown is a short drive away. The premises have laundry facilities, a small selection of frozen food dinners and snacks, and an indoor pool. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. Overall great stay and if you're staying for a long period of time it's hard to imagine a better hotel.

We stayed here for about a week. We had to switch rooms as soon as we arrived b/c the room smelled like wet dog (cons of staying in pet-friendly hotels). We also had an issue with someone leaving their dog in the room and had to listen to it bark for 3 hours. The room was Home2 standard. Definitely a perk to have basically a full kitchen, and the gym was great too. Decent breakfast options given that they are still limited. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly/helpful. Unfortunately one of the housekeeping staff walked in to our room by accident when I wasn't dressed. Again, sure it was an accident, but not sure how it happened since we hadn't requested service, and had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The bed was made using a mattress cover for a sheet. Not a big deal but the small things add up.

I am an airline employee for a major airline. I am able to book through a third party site that gives airline employees a decent discount. I like to go into the hotels to see if they will match the price or come close to it. Basically I was trying to give the hotel a bigger profit than if I used my app. The employee said that she could not match the price and that they were sold out for the night. I showed her the app that showed that there were still rooms available she said if I went through the app then HOME2 would be oversold for the night. Being in the travel industry myself I did not want one of their guest to have to sleep in their car; so I choose another hotel (Hampton). Just out of curiosity I checked the app and also called the property an hour (8pm) later and the same desk clerk said she had two rooms left for the night. Unbelievable that this would happen from a property under the Hilton name. Hum... take note that I have shared this story with friends/family and strangers and will continue to do so because of the hurtful service I received from a fellow travel industry member. Honesty is number one with my company and should be with yours.

Online shows a great breakfast, soft sheets, and towels and a Comfortable bed.
The breakfast was awful (oatmeal, toast, waffle and yogurt) towels and sheets were not soft and the bed was very uncomfortable. To top it off there is a machine or generator that makes a loud noise for 2-3 minutes EVERY 10-15 minutes, loud enough to wake you up.
I stayed for 5 days. Breakfast was the same every day. Noise happened every night.

We stayed here one night with our dog on our drive home to Canada. It's part of the Hilton chain so I had selected our room via the app before arriving.
This is a fairly new hotel and is a suite format with a small kitchen in your room. It is just off the highway near a mall and lots of restaurants. Pets are allowed and we were given a toy for our dog on check in.
Overall for one night it was fine. They're cool rooms. But, maybe because I had pre-selected our room, the room was not overly clean. An unopened yogurt was left in the fridge and the bathroom floor did not seem that clean. And the couch and carpet had lots of stains on them. It seemed like a worker's hotel where people stay for a longer time and maybe have a chance to wear and tear the room.
Breakfast was included but was not open yet when we left.
I'd probably stay again but would inspect my room first.

This is my must stay hotel when visiting Helena Montana. Property is well taken care of and super clean. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff here s the real gem. Every single staff member we encountered was courteous and professional.

Loved this hotel! Very clean, friendly and helpful hotel staff, continental breakfast was good. They had slow delivery on some breakfast items so went out of their way to bring in special muffins the day we were there. The only negative was the mattress was uncomfortable which is the reason for four stars rather than five.

I recently stayed at the Helena Home 2 Suites with a friend. We originally booked due to the competitive price and convenient location. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the common areas and room. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable (the most important thing in a hotel where you stay to SLEEP). And we enjoyed having the kitchenette in the room for a weekend stay. This review would have been 5 stars, but we felt the complimentary breakfast could be improved with more fresh food options over packaged food items. We will gladly stay again, though, and may choose to eat breakfast elsewhere.

If you plan to trickle charge your vehicle park in the EV charging parking space closest to the front. There is a brick half wall across from that space. Just over that wall is an outlet that is pretty easy to use.

Hi Marie! Thank you so much for your question! Wired internet is not available in our guest rooms but we do have WIFI throughout the hotel. Most guests tell us it is faster than a lot of other hotel WIFI they have used other places. We also have a business center in our lobby with guest use computers and a printer that is free for guests to use.
As for our breakfast, we do have limited options in a grab and go style. We offer breakfast boxes made up with a bagel, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and a cutlery kit. We offer grab and go items as well such as cereal, oatmeal, granola, fruit, muffins or Danishes that are individually wrapped, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, and juice. These items are to be eaten in your room as to meet the social distancing guidelines we must follow.
