We just spent three nights at the lovely and very friendly 7th Ranch RV campground! We were in the area to visit Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument. Usually folks just stop for one day to visit the Monument, but we split the visit into two days which gave us the time needed to better understand the events that took place here.

While the Monument was very impressive, our visit was greatly enhanced by our stay at 7th Ranch RV Camp. It is the nicest private campground we have stayed at in over 50 years of camping. The campground is beautiful, the landscaped grounds are lovely and so beautifully kept, the bathrooms and showers are spacious and spotless, the sunset views are spectacular and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is one of the most relaxing places imaginable after days on the road.

If you are considering a visit to the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, do yourself a favor and book at least two nights at 7th Ranch RV Camp. It is so very relaxing and enjoyable!

My wife and I recently retired and bought a camper to travel in. We stayed 4 nights at this location and the fee charged was 41.00 which did not include sewer. Plenty of sites with sewer, but we reserved late. Upon checking you receive a free ice cream and I had the huckleberry. Next night was an ice cream social. Met with staff and asked about fishing. They took me on morning 3 and I landed a real nice brown trout. Having stayed at different locations on our initial trip for roughly 2 months, this is by far the best of any place we stayed. Very clean bathrooms and shower. Laundry is coin operated, but worked very well and was also very clean. Water is from 480 foot well and delicious to drink and very soft. Visited Little Bighorn and it was quite educational. All I can say if you want great customer service, extremely clean showers, bathrooms and laundy and have plenty of things to do then stay at this location.

This has been one of the best RV campgrounds that we have been to this summer. The sites are clean and well maintained. They are covered in lush grass and sufficient in size. The sites are long and come with a great picnic table. Ask for a site with a tree. Because the campground is on a hill, the views are amazing. The customer service is outstanding. We were taken back by the last half mile being gravel, but this campground is well worth it. Very close to the battlefield and with in 20 miles of Hardin where there are numerous restaurants. Be sure to check out 3 Brothers Bistro.

Run by a great group of people who are accommodating and pleasant. Facilities were clean. We stopped both going and returning from our excursion because of the great customer service. Charges were reasonable and they even gave us an ice cream treat for each person in our party. Would highly recommend this RV facility!!

This RV park is just a few miles from the Little Big Horn. The spaces have a nice distance between them with trees, grass and ours had full hookups. The bathroom and laundry are pristine which is what I like. It is very quiet. The owners are lovely, friendly people. The check in place offers huckleberry ice cream bars which I had to take advantage of at least 1 a day. For sure, I would recommend this place.

Stumbled across this RV park while looking for a place to kill some time before heading back to florida.

This is how an rv park should be built. Its all gravel but they keep it groomed so all sites are level. Every site is tiered up a hill but at no time an obstacle. Pull throughs are large enough for my class a with a tow vehicle attached.

Great WiFi able to stream video. Facilities are kept clean. Owners and Staff are friendly and helpful. Can wash RV and Vehicles during your stay and the water is soft.

If your looking to get off the beaten path and relax this is a fantastic place. Price is great. Great views the higher you go up with some awesome sunsets.

Oh and did I mention a free icecream bar when you check in 🤣

Will definitely stay here again.

I would have given this park a 5 star rating had it not been for the 1/4 mile of washboard road leading to the entrance. The owners were friendly and also gave everyone in our party a wooden token which you exchange for a delicious ice cream sandwich (huckleberry or chocolate). The park is on a slope but the sites are level with w/e/s and some w/e. The bath house was immaculate with big shower areas and one for handicap use. I would recommend this park for anyone heading in this direction.

Love love love this campground! It's actually easy to get to despite the fact that your GPS will tell you to go to an exit 30 miles away and take the access road. For some reason, our GPS refused to acknowledge the exit right by the campground until we were extremely close to it. Call the campground and they will give you excellent directions. But this campground is amazing! Spring for one of the 4 premium sites and you will have privacy as well as a fantastic view! It is truly Big Rig friendly - we were there in a 43 foot bus with a long wheel base and low clearance and had no trouble maneuvering it around the campground. There are trails that lead up the hill behind the campground to a flag at the top of the hill and the 360 degree views from that hill are breathtaking! The staff is the friendliest and really go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. The ice cream sold at the office is so goooood!! Especially the huckleberry ice cream sandwiches!!!

7th Ranch RV Camp was a beautiful family run campground with charm. The sites were terraced with great views, and had mature shade trees. They paid attention to detail from ushering you to your site, providing the opportunity to have homemade breakfast and coffee, a freezer with Montana beef, homemade pot pie, lasagna and fruit pies to die for, ice cream and other goodies to beautiful flower arrangements in barrels placed around the campground. It was close to the Little Bighorn Battlefield and Yellowtail Dam.

We booked this RV park in order to see the Little Big Horn site nearby. It’s really the only park close but it’s a good one. First off, the sunsets are fabulous and last forever. The views, because it’s up above the main road are wonderful. You can see forever. The sites are just fine. Nice grass and spaced nicely. There’s a path leading way up to the top where you can see off to the east and even better views looking west. Now, the water was yucky. We used our own bottled water instead. The road coming off the highway is a washboard road so you really can only drive 15mph or you’ll get your teeth knocked out. Friendly, welcoming staff and very helpful. We would come again.

There is heat & air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There is a queen bed and a twin bunk- you bring your own gear. Outside there is a charcoal grill, table, porch, lawn, tree, and parking. The bathrooms are easy to access- day or night with no fears. Travel safely!
