We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone. We arrived a little before 8 (since we were coming from a day in the park) and there was none at the reception. There was a sign that they would be back in 10 minutes. We called and the lady came to check us in.
The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains.
I liked that there was a sink with lots of counter space outside of the bathroom; easier when multiple people are trying to get ready, and plenty of space for toiletries etc.
I also liked that there was a couch and coffee table, it made it easy when we brought take away from a nearby restaurant.
Conveniently located near the North Entrance of Yellowstone.
I would stay here again, but hopefully get a better deal next time. This was was an expensive "budget type" place.

My only complaint is that the hotel has no one staffed to help after 9pm. We had a tour group above us that invited several others into their room and was very loud partying, stomping the floors, and scooting the kitchen chairs around constantly until 2am. This was only one night of our 4 night stay, however it would have been nice to have staff there when we were dealing with the noisy guests. When you tell guests no one is going to be around after 9pm, its an invite to do as you please. For the price of the hotel room you wouldn't expect that all of us losing 4 hours of sleep before taking the family out to hike and enjoy the park would have been a concern. I suggest having a policy that no outside guests are allowed in rooms, and setting quiet hours for your guests.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the kitchenette area had everything we needed. The balcony had an amazing view of the mountains and the market was just 1 block away. There was plenty of parking for their guests. You're a stranger in a foreign land and on your own after 9pm though. If this is important to you look for 24 hour front desk hours when booking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. I'm especially glad we booked a room with kitchen facilities so we could make our breakfast and lunches before heading to Yellowstone. We had perfect weather but our thoughts are with you with all the recent problems. A very helpful person, I think her name was Corrin, gave us all sorts of information on finding the laundry and grocery facilities. Couldn't have been nicer. Our room on the top floor was great because it was quiet. There is an elevator which was good for my husband's mobility issues. Also enjoyed the resident elk in the parking lot.

This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Yellowstone as it is close to the North Entrance and Mammoth. We had a room with a kitchenette which ended up coming in real handy as the restaurants had long waits so we went to the market down the street and bought stuff to make dinners in the room. The kitchen had two burners, a refrigerator, and microwave along with pots and dishes. They had coffee in the lobby. We had two queen beds and a table with chairs… plenty of room. We often saw elk walking around outside and we were able to walk to the market and into the main town area. One night we sat out on the balcony and had hors d’oeuvres and watched for elk. They also had good WiFi which is rather scarce in Yellowstone!!! If you are a light sleeper get a room on the top floor as we did have some noise from above our second floor room.

Newer hotel and I was very impressed that everything was reasonably clean and worked as it should until it was shower time.

The shower water pressure was horrendous and thus the hotel fails my basic test: is it clean and does everything work as it should.

The poor water pressure made the shower almost unusable.

I would have rated this place much higher had that been not been the case. Trying to be cheap with the shower cost them a positive review.

Booked this hotel on line in advance of a two week road trip for two nights. This is a Great, clean and comfortable hotel. This hotel has really nice curb appeal in a very nice little mountain town out the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The office staff were very friendly, easy check in with fresh coffee all day in the lobby. Every room has a patio table and chairs at your front door that over look the mountains and the Elk grazing in the grass area of the parking lot and yards and business across the street. The room was large, very clean and had all of the amenities you could want or need. Nice large bathroom with walk in shower. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a very well situated inn within the town of Gardiner, just a few minutes from the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We chose a room that had a kitchenette and we found it to be very well set up for a family of four as long as you are willing to share your bed with a spouse or sibling. The bathroom is set up in two parts and the kitchen is large enough to be comfortable for four. We also loved the outdoor setting right outside our room with the view of the mountains. There are many restaurants within walking distance and the only grocery store in town is a few minutes walk. Overall it was a great place to stay while visiting the north side of the park.

Stayed here on August 4th and 5th after encountering a lot of rain inside the park and our tent not being up to that standard.

We were fortunate to be able to get a room with only a days notice and found that booking directly with the Property was the best price.

Had a kitchen suite room which had two stove burners, a full aize fridge and microwave, and an eating bar with 3 stools plus another table with 2 chairs. Kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/bowls/plates/utensils so you could make use of it. Was easily able to cook dinner, make breakfasts, and pack lunches with what was provided. So for $25 US per night and tax it was worth getting the suite to do this rather than go out for some of these meals. Although even with a basic room if you have your camping supplies the property has space and amenities where you could cook if you wanted even in the rain that we encountered.

Room was a decent size and clean. Had a nice big shower that we used a lot after limited shower options at camp grounds. They let us lockup our bikes at the property so we didn't have to haul those into the park.

Nice big parking lot with a great view and close to the food market and many other shops and restaurants. Being located where it is, it is expensive especially for Canadians with our low value dollar. But compared to everywhere else around there I think it's one of the better values to be had. I'd recommend this place and if you are coming in from the North thru Bozeman, this is where I'd opt to stay before heading into the park to camp if I had to do it again. If it was rated out of 10 it's more like a 8.5 so to me it's 4 plus.

Only issue was the breaker on the fridge blowing sometime on our last night. Didn't lose any food so not a big issue. Not really the properties fault and I'm sure they would have corrected it after reporting it had it happened earlier in our stay.

Nice location with beautiful view of the mountains. Have daily visits from a herd of elk. However, found the cleaning not up to par, especially in this age of Covid (cleaning noted at time of check-in, in bathroom and kitchen). No cleaning service in the five days we were there, due to Covid, which we were OK with, but typically one may expect clean towels daily (they stated that if we needed service-towels, garbage bags, etc, that they would provide). Beds a little too firm for us. Overall, enjoyable visit, with nice location.

Thank you for your kind review and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. With multi-day stays we instruct all of our guests to leave towels and garbage out and we will replace daily. If you were not told that I'm sorry. As the owner I worked up there all summer cleaning rooms because we were short of help and many stay overs did this. Also we do clean stay overs upon request. We appreciate your business and feedback.

Newer hotel with clean rooms. Good location. Only reason I did not rate a five is there was no continental breakfast and not the best views. But if you just need a place to stay and want a clean place.....can’t go wrong here. Also the rates direct at front counter were less than their third party booking companies. Enjoy.
