Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here for three nights. The staff was excellent. They offered coffee and a sack breakfast that consisted of a muffin, yogurt, granola bar and juice or water. Our room was small as well as the shower. There is no microwave in the room and only a small refrigerator. They had a dispenser in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and soap. Our lock that you are suppose to engage when you are in the room for added protection would not engage into the plate facing so it didn't work. The remote control was wrapped in plastic wrap because of the covid. It was just an average motel room, it was clean and was close to Yellowstone Park. The town of Gardiner had several restaurants and there were several within walking distance of the motel

This hotel is newer and smarter than it looks from the outside, and the room was well furnished although with two beds a little small, and the beds were double size rather than queen which meant it was really a twin. However the bedding was very plasticky polyester and I was far too hot in it. The fridge was very noisy. No breakfast option.

The room was partly serviced one day out of 4, one bed was made up and the other was not. A but strange.

The showers were good and the laundry was efficient. You can walk everywhere in Gardiner from here.

The place is conveniently located close to Yellowstone North entrance. Good size room, clean, everything works. Stayed 2 nights. We were told because of COVID there is no room service, if we needed fresh towels - to let the receptionist know. In addition, there was no breakfast (also they said because of COVID) but a pre-packaged: a bottle of water, an apple, small energy bar, a mini muffin. You are supposed to have this "breakfast" in your room. However, there was no table in the room, so we ate on an ironing board!

This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting Yellowstone. There is a washer and dryer for use and is right outside Yellowstone Park entrance. Grocery market is in walking distance and park entrance is just a couple of miles.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the park. Had a room on the first floor. It was nice to be able to park near the room. King room had just the right amount of space for the two of us and our luggage. Bathroom was adequate size with nice shower. Instead of disposable amenities, they had soap and shampoo on the wall. No breakfast buffet, but they served pre-packaged breakfast to go in the morning that we could pick up in the office. We also had tables outside our room where we could eat our dinner. Seemed like they were taking COVID seriously, which was important for us. All in all, it was a clean, comfortable place to stay.

This motel is all about its closeness to the north entrance to Yellowstone and value. For our stay the combination couldn't be beat.

The room was clean if a bit tight for our family of three (two double beds). The staff was friendly. I liked our grab and go breakfasts; we had worse on our two week trip. The motel served its purpose well.

Oh, the laundry room bumps you up to "very good" for me. Used it twice and that was so handy. Also, there is something charming about the motel experience; the fellow residents just seemed friendlier and I liked seeing the same employees through our stay.

This place gave us a quiet, comfortable slumber in a clean room. It is not fancy by any means. Almost all of the doors are exterior, but it is just off the Main Street so it is quieter. There is an elevator to the upper levels. When we checked in, we were advised there was no internet for the weekend. It was down and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. The clerk would understand if we wanted to go elsewhere, but where would we go last minute in Gardiner on a Saturday in August!? There was no breakfast, but there was a cold water dispenser and some coffee just outside the tiny lobby. Parking was tight.

we shared the 2 bedroom suite between 2 couples. We were surprised at the size of the kitchen space and the living room area. The kitchen is a bit dated but served us well! This location is perfect for Yellowstone (really close to the North Entry) and close to bars/restaurants and gas. Breakfast was a bag filled with goodies (due to covid). We had to carry a coffee maker for the room (covid).

We stayed in room 402. The views were absolutely spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed they had at the hotel. However the real reason I recommend this is their detail oriented staff and the customer service. Allan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were settled and the woman checking us out (I can not remember her name) was so gracious. I would recommend this to anyone. Try and get a room on the second floor towards the end for the views

The property was in perfect condition, not a dent or scratch on the walls. The rooms spacious and clean. I found nothing wrong at all with this property. I wish they had a microwave in the room, vs a shared one, but as we were out of the hotel very early, we never say another person.

This facility is at the North Entrance to the Park and quite a distance from Old Faithful. It would take you about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get to Old Faithful because of the speed limit and traffic involved. I live near the Park and go there often.

My room had 2 full beds and I'm not sure how many Queen efficiencies this facility has. There were no cooking facilities but a small refrigerator was available.
