Our room was perfect, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Towels are thick and fluffy. Very clean. The complimentary breakfast was hot and good. Only complaint I have is the 9am breakfast cut-off. Should be later for late risers. We brought food up to the family members still sleeping. Overall a great Comfort Inn. The Choice brand is always my first choice when traveling.

My family often stay in this brand hotel. This one was $50 more per night than what we typically pay for this chain. My family didn't notice anything extra that quantified the increase. When we came back through a couple weeks later, we stayed somewhere else. Right off the highway, laundry, pool, pets allowed for fee, & clean. We were on the bottom floor & seen a staircase. Not sure if they have an elevator. Bathroom was clean. Bathtub was large enough that bathing kids went smoothly.

The hotel is dated, but was an excellent stay for our group of 4. The room was huge. There was a den area in the room. There were also several sitting areas in the hallways for those who are early risers and want to read or drink coffee without waking others in the room. Best of all the hotel and room was exceptionally clean. Beds were very cozy and pillows smelled fresh and were soft and comfortable. The hotel over all was a wonderful place to stay.

My family and I just stayed here this past Friday and Saturday night the 4th and 5th. We booked two queens and were put in a "King Suite" nothing about it was a suite, we did not receive a phone call informing us of the switch. When we arrived at the hotel after 11pm the gal working the desk almost seemed as if she did not want to deal with these issues, and continuously told us that we would have to speak with the gentleman who worked in the morning. On top of this the AC unit in the first room we were in did not work. She was very adamant about us coming back after 7am, NOT okay. I do want to say I work in a hotel and this was absolutely unacceptable. When we asked for a discount for the inconvenience we were told that we would have to reach out to the General Manager on Monday. I do understand that there are somethings that as general front desk staff there are only so many things you have the authority to do. However the gal when we checked in could have acted a little more concerned with the issue at hand, and she was not. I will say the young gentleman that was working Saturday morning (Ian I believe was his name) was much more understanding of the issue and showed a more apologetic attitude. The ONLY good thing about this stay was that our two queen bed room was ready much faster than we were expecting. When and if we ever return to Bozeman we WILL NOT be staying at this property. All we were trying to do is have a nice weekend of softball, and all of this put a bit of a damper on the start of this trip. VERY disappointed!!!

Excellent rooms, dog friendly and facilities were very clean. The price for the room space was worth it the location is just perfect in the middle of everything next to a big Walmart where you can just walk to it.
Clean lines is key to me this was just perfect 10 starts if I could. 👌🏻

Clean hotel, near the highway. About 1 miles to downtown and many other eateries. Good front desk team. Good computer and printer. Good breakfast. Room was spacious for what it is. It was quite expensive for the night that we stay in September but it was the ongoing rate for the neighborhood

I should have known that Comfort Inn would live up to its reputation. I wasn't expecting much, and as expected the room was dirty (sunflower seeds in several corners of the room, stained bed sheets), had a broken lock in the bathroom, had a tub that drained poorly, and had a ceaseless dripping sound behind the wall.
However, I was expecting that I would have internet. Despite spending two hours on the phone with their third party help desk, a trip to the front desk confirmed that they are having internet issues. I never did have internet during my stay, which created problems for my work. Upon checkout, I spoke with the manager (Andrew Ash) who denied the internet issues. Upon hearing this, another guest in the lobby yelled, "He's lying, I am also having internet issues." Then Andrew said, "If I had to offer money back to everyone who had internet issues, I wouldn't have a business."
So, not only was the hotel room disgusting and a basic system like the internet not working, the hotel management was willing to only offer 2x points for the stay. A quick search will reveal several other motels at comparable price in the area--I recommend you stay at any of them.

Stayed for about a week, and it was a good home base for seeing the rest of Bozeman. I slept soundly here. Clean hotel....they also offered reasonable rates on their conference rooms. The espresso machine in the lobby costs $$, but was a godsend, nonetheless. The breakfast was more generous than I was expecting for a grab-and-go arrangement

Comfort Inn offers a good discount for Veterans as they give luxurious comfort while traveling. Beds were comfy, room was warm during a blizzard, and has a relaxing hot tub to boot. Hotel Staff were friendly, helpful, and generous. I’d book another stay if I must.

Very disappointed in our stay. Not up to the usual standards. Room was dirty, hallways were dirty and it is need of an update. For what we paid, it was not worth the cost. Safety was a concern and we made sure to always go somewhere in pairs. A/C did not work and the front desk did not seem concerned at all. The bright spot was the lady working the breakfast bar. She handmade breakfast burritos and took pride in her work and it showed. It was a nice set up.
