Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Looks nice in the lobby but the bathroom in our room had mold on the inside of the shower curtain. (Disgusting) and when I looked up mold all over the ceiling. Quite pricey too over $300.00 for a double bed room.

Checked in early and was greeted with a gift bag with water and snacks in it. Max at the front desk was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. He Recommended several dining options and fun things to do in Bozeman. The breakfast is great for being free and has lots of options. I love the free coffee 24/7. The pool and hot tub were also great to relax in. Had the pool area to myself each night. Janie at the front desk was also very helpful and friendly in helping me change rooms. Overall great hotel with a friendly staff and the room was very nice, clean, and awesome bed. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 2 nights, and when we came in, the lobby looked kind of cute like old style, lots of wood , that sort of thing. but when we got to the room, we realized this hotel seems like it's the original décor and has not been renovated. Our room has kind of red pink carpet, and we have lots of wood tables as furniture and a little dorm fridge next to the TV. The shower has a rust stain in the tub. And the toilet seat has some peeling material coming off. The staff here is very nice. And it's only 2 floors and the washing machines are on the same floor , which is very convenient. The breakfast is just kind of your normal Hampton inn breakfast. And the breakfast lady is very nice. But Hilton needs to get on the ball and renovate this hotel to make it modern and upgraded. , there's still even the red lamp in the bathroom for heat that you could put on to kind of warm up the bathroom.

The customer service at this hotel was welcoming and very helpful. Thank you Nick for your kind assistance in making our stay an easy and comfortable one although we arrived later than planned. The ladies who work breakfast were also very helpful and friendly. The team here is what makes this hotel a very good choice.

I wouldn't have stayed at a Hampton if I had needed something more than a night's sleep. It was vastly overpriced at $304 ($273 plus taxes and fees)--but that's comparable to other hotels for the summer tourist season. There was a small fridge--sitting on the floor; the pillows were thin and floppy; the tub/shower were visibly worn out; the exterior signage was barely visible; the free breakfast had the fewest items I've seen. On the plus side, the coffee was excellent and the tv was large and channel lineup had the most stations I've experienced.

This is a smaller property with only 2 levels. The location is quiet and only 10 minutes or so from the airport, which is why we chose the property. The staff was very quick and helpful to resolve an issue with the TV. The breakfast was hot and even had large croissants. Overall, a clean, quiet and welcoming property.

Driving the state of Montana has long been a desire, and flying into Bozeman suited my wife and me just fine. The Hampton Inns are usually our preferred stay, and we were very happy to have selected the Bozeman Hampton Inn for our arrival and departure nights. The front desk staff was very good, professional as well as personable and helpful. The room was well maintained, very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was available, and provided a good variety of nicely prepared dishes for us. Its location was near the airport, but not noisy. It was near shopping, dining, museums, and close to the Interstate which we used extensively in our vacation. Visit Livingston, if you have time.

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. Usually I love Hampton Inns but this was definitely lacking. The rooms need updated for one thing-the beds and pillow’s definitely need to be replaced. The biggest issue here is that there is a homeless camp basically adjacent to the property. I never felt safe here. I am told that it is a policy in Bozeman o just let the vagrants be where they want to be, but I sure wish I had known there would be this camp right next door. I certainly would have found a I understand that your hands are tied, but this is something guests should know before they book.

Absolutely loved my stay in this property. Was there for business for 4 days. Place was in a fabulous location, close to all the cool places in Bozman. Max the manager was amazing, friendly, very caring professional individual who manages a great hotel. Clean, great staff, and amazing breakfast.
