We were super impressed with this hotel! Everything about the hotel speaks "Montanta" - beautiful lodge atmosphere and plenty of wide open space. The hotel was smartly decorated bringing the great outdoors in with waterfalls, a koi pond and lots of wild animals. Our 10 year old granddaughter kept saying "this hotel is first class" and it truly was.

Each room has its own private patio area with a table/chairs overlooking the common area. There are multiple hot tubs so there was never any overcrowding. The indoor pool is huge. We had a double queen room and it was very spacious. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Everything was super clean - we saw the staff multiple times cleaning around the common areas (pool, hot tubs and breakfast area). This was a far superior hotel experience than your typical chain.

Breakfast offered a nice variety of hot and cold selections. The woman who managed the breakfast area did an amazing job of keeping the food well stocked and all stations very clean. The front desk staff was also very accommodating.

The hotel required masks in the lobby, breakfast area and while walking in the common areas (not necessary in the hot tubs or pool). We appreciated the extra effort the staff took to sanitize the common areas.

We are so glad we stayed at C'mon Inn and we will definitely be back again!

We were booked at a Marriott Springhill suites property who advised "we overbooked" their hotel capacity and were being downgraded from a king to a double room Then they advised it was actually two queens and the agent didn't seem as it was a big deal. I asked him to cancel and found this room on expedia. Went directly to the hotel and insured they had a king available. They did have an executive king available matched the expedia rate and the problem was solved. So glad we stayed here. Beautiful lodge style hotel, clean, 8 hot tubs and a nice pool. Next door to an outback steakhouse and plenty of shopping across the street. The interior was decorated in a mountain theme with mountains, trees and lots of mounts for the outdoor type crowd. They had a big breakfast we didn't have as we had an early flight out of Bozeman early the next morning, very close to the airport. It was our 32 year anniversary, I didn't share this with either hotel but these guys saved the day and we enjoyed our stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if I made it back up to Montana. Thanks Guys, great job.

I had never heard of this chain and due to reviews on TA, I gave it a shot. An excellent choice. The room was above average for a highway motel, the lobby was very cute (all Western motif) and the breakfast hot and tasty, a cut above the basic Holiday Inn Express. The personnel at the desk were very helpful. Views from the room are great--mountains all around. Only a 10-15 drive into downtown and a 10 minute drive to the ariport.

Stayed one night in mid-March. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Some rooms, like ours, overlook the very large 3-story open atrium of the motel and have little balconies to sit on. Sound carries from the atrium into the room. You have to draw the drapes for privacy so people on other side of motel can't see in which makes the room dark.

Desk clerk and breakfast server wore masks.

Nobody enforced mask wearing around the motel or at the breakfast buffet and Housekeeping doesn't wear masks! I saw them in the morning without masks and asked why no mask. The reply was they wear masks when cleaning if guests are staying over more than one night. It is unacceptable to me that housekeepers don't wear masks and raises the question of how well rooms are cleaned to prevent COVID transmission.

There are numerous mounted/stuffed animals hanging on the lobby wall which I find distasteful.

Lots of kids around, probably to enjoy the pool.

I came back to my hotel after a day of training. I asked the young girl at the front desk if they had any different pillows as the ones in my room were uncomfortable and hurt my neck. She told me they had down feathered ones and asked me if I was allergic to down. Then she proceeded to tell me house keeping had gone home insinuating I couldn't get any. I asked her if she could get me one and she hesitated stating she couldn't leave the front desk, but she could give them to me. I had my hands full and couldn't carry them. As I left the front desk I could see behind the counter a doorway and a young man laying on his back with his legs crossed playing on his phone. I commented to her well maybe he could deliver them to me , he doesn't look busy. Very unprofessional staff. Then I went to my room to drop off my brief case and other things as I had my hands full. My room had not been cleaned up despite putting in the door the key tag that says clean up room. Staff had been there to put a piece of paper under my door so they had to of seen it. I came back to the front desk and she was putting pillow cases on them. I asked her how come my room wasn't made up and that I had put the tag in the door. She told me it's only on request now and that is what two signs on each side of the counter stated. I didn't read the fine print, who does. I told her I could have bee informed of that upon check in, her comment was sometimes that doesn't happen. Another lady came up to the desk while I was standing there to request the garbage be taken away out of the conference room before a meeting in the morning because it hadn't been done earlier that day. By that time the young man had gotten off his duff to wait on that person. I don't think it's good to allow two young immature people to be in charge at night when they were clearly irresponsible and had a non caring attitude.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and usually the stay goes well. I had booked two rooms, well in advance, and only received one confirmation email. So I called the hotel to verify. The gentleman said yes you booked a King Balcony and a 2 Queen Balcony. I told him my daughter would be taking a licensing test the next day at Montana State and I wanted to make sure neither room was on the ground floor near the noise. He assured me ot wouldn't be a problem.

I should have known something was up the day before as I received a call from the hotel asking to confirm my stay for both rooms. Odds are they overbooked the hotel. I once again asked about the balcony again......all I got was we did our best.

When checking in I was told my daughters room of course was right in front of a hot tub on the ground floor. When I asked about it the gal said, we are booked up. We arrived and were checking in at 430pm about 13 cars in the parking lot? At that point I said I booked a balcony which I believe was more expensive to which she agreed. Basically our room got downgraded. Now the kicker ....I was charged the price of the balcony room.

The other room was 215 a King Balcony. If you get this room REFUSE IT right away. There are pipes that jackhammer about every 15 minutes all day and night. Figured out why when I saw the mechanical room on the other side of the wall. Hard to believe as another front desk employee said how quiet that room would be for us when we checked in. Beware each floor has a mechanical room.

I was also called out on the senior discount when checking in. The gal said your not a senior. I told her two stays ago I called and was told the age you needed to be and received the discount both times before. When I asked her what the required age was she said....I'm just giving you a hard time.

In the end I understand you can't guarantee requests but I booked the balcony rooms, some sort of explanation as to why I was downgraded and why my price would not be adjusted would have been appreciated. Also I understand general hotel noise is normal but Ican't imagine that ROOM 215 hasn't received multiple complaints as it literally felt like the whole room was shaking when the pipes would hammer. A room like this either needs to be blocked or fixed, bare minimum don't brag it up as a nice quiet room!

I rarely review as I don't want to sound like a nit picky complainer but this stay was so far off from what I have come to expect I though it was warranted.

Response from Ryan Russell, General Manager at C'mon Inn Hotel & Suites
Responded 16 Jun 2021
I would first like to apologize that your stay was less than satisfactory for you. I did try and reach out to you personally to reconcile with you over the phone instead but never received a call back. We call all of our arrivals every day in the summer to verify that everyone is still coming as planned. Many times, people forget to cancel their stay. This courtesy call saves both parties the trouble of penalty charging someone who does not show up. This way we can sell the room to another guest in need. I assure you it had nothing to do with us no longer having your room available. Your daughter’s room that got moved to the first floor instead of the balcony you had requested was due to a maintenance issue in the room that she was supposed to be in. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We take full responsibility for that. Your daughter’s room actually was not “downgraded,” it was the same cost whether or not it was the 1st or 2nd floor. The miscommunication there probably was in regards to your other suite that had the balcony compared to a normal King without a balcony. The suite is the one that is more expensive that the standard. Your room that you were in is in fact a nice room and doesn't usually warrant any complaints at all. The pipes that you heard were not actually from that "mechanical room" that you found. That room is only a storage closet full of lamps. The noise that was disturbing you was actually discovered as coming from the ice machine near your room. That ended up needing service to fix the issue it was having, causing the noise. The front desk agent who "called you out on your senior discount" was being playful in trying to give you a compliment of not looking the age of a senior, I assure you they were not trying to fight you on the $10 discount. I do apologize that this was taken out of context. Again, I sincerely apologize on behalf of all of our hotel and staff that your stay was less than satisfactory. I wish we could have heard about these issues the morning of your checkout, or at the least spoke over the phone rather than only on here. I would have loved to have taken care of you and the situation in person. We do hope to see you again in the future so that we can make up for this unpleasant experience. We thank you for your business.

We have stayed at this location several times. We enjoy the water feature and the koi pond. The hot tubs were nice and toasty, however the jets weren't working on the ones we tried. Pool was warm enough for the adults to get in- that seems like a rarity these days! I didn't like having to ask the front desk for pool towels. It's embarrassing to walk through the lobby in your bathing suit, begging for something to dry off. Once we realized they didn't offer them at the pool, we just planned ahead. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet, with the exception of the fan. Breakfast was fine- typical hotel, free breakfast. One issue I had, was the rate I booked online, on Cmon Inn's website, was different than the rate they printed at check in. I brought it up and they fixed it. Overall, it was a good stay at a beautiful hotel.

I loved this place! It was only a one night stay for us in the beginning of January and the next day we were to leave bozeman. The hotel is quite close to the airport which is also convientient. The hotel resembled a cabin, but a very nice one. There are 5 HOTUBS, also a nice big pool in a large room that is somewhat soudproof I think which is really nice cosidering there are rooms overlooking it. The hotel is really nice for families to vistit because of the pool, hot-tubs, and interior design! We had made a mistake by booking a different hotel with the same name somewhere else, but the staff was very accomidating and even showed us several different suits they had available because that is what we had booked. It was really nice to have the option of picking our room and I'm glad there was availability! The room was extremely nice (and yes,it was a suit... but a really nice one!) All the rooms look very nice and clean, the matrasess are comfortable, and the room was just a pleasure to be staying in for even just one night. Staff there is very accommodating and informative. They go out of their way to help you. I wish we had a longer stay there to be honest!! Anyways, I really liked this hotel, and we are definitely comming back to stay here when we revisit Bozeman!
Love this place! ;)))

Although this is a unique place to stay with their many hot tubs the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The freezer in the mini fridge was unusable as the sides had inches thick of ice. The shelf in the fridge had not been cleaned. Dusty lamps and surfaces. We asked for two extra blankets and upon unfolding them there were clumps of hair and a piece of duct tape on one of them. If you don’t want to be awake all night from loud patrons don’t ask for a court side room.

We spent our last night of our MT/WY and Yellowstone trip at C'Mon Inn. On the outside, it is nice and well maintained looking like a mountain cabin. The lobby was fine and the pool/hot tub area looked fine as well but we didn't use those amenities. When we tried to use one of the side entrances to carry our luggage inside, our room key wouldn't activate the lock so we had to go in the front. The desk agent said that, "Sometimes the locks are finicky with the room keys and don't work." Seems like a regular occurrence since another group we spoke to had the same issue. Once we got into our king suite with jacuzzi tub, the room looked nice initially but there were some sticky spots at various locations throughout the room, our guess was spilled food/drinks combined with old carpet. We also found ants in the bathroom area and around the tub. We were allowed to change rooms but the desk agent said, again not seeming surprised, "It must be because of the water." As if this somehow normalized finding ants. Nobody offered any apology for either of our reports and no call from any manager regarding ants - very strange given the cost. Not likely to stay again or recommend.
