This hotel is simply outstanding! It is in a stunning location, just out of the city but within 5 minutes' drive to Main Street, with great views of the stunning mountain range. Inside, the hotel is airy, spacious and comfortably modern, and rooms are cleverly designed with generous space to relax.

Staff are great too, especially Willow at Reception who was proactive, resourceful when our suitcase needed last-minute repairs, and always both helpful and charming throughout our 4-night stay.

Bozeman is currently the fastest-growing city in the US, and this hotel is the perfect choice when visiting.

Having recently stayed at one of the older Springhill Suites I. Fort Meyers FL and not having had a good experience, staying is this newer Springhill Suites has been a breath of fresh air. The updated version has a more open floor plan, better sleeping area which doesn’t feel as confined, wall mounted thermostat and a nice refreshed approach to the bathroom that includes a large walk in shower instead of the old tub/shower combination. They have also added a single serving Keurig to replace the old style coffee pots. This I would use. The old coffee pots I stopped using when I realized some guests use them to wash their undergarment in (hot water and a little soap). This seems more sanitary/safe.

Issues I still have are few. Dual vanities would be a huge improvement and should add very little cost to the room. The big bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner might seem like a good idea on paper, but for those of us that require glasses to read, it can be a guessing game as to which identical bottle has what in it. Maybe different colors for the bottles if you want to keep this program? There’s also the issue of the wall mounted ac/heating unit right next to the bed, which creates an issue for the person sleeping next to it as it tends to blow directly on that person every time it kicks on.

The location is reasonable, just off the highway and not far from downtown. It’s easy to reach from the airport. While you can have a view of the mountains, you will also get some highway noise. The property also has a small indoor pool, bar, mini market for snacks and a small fitness center.

Overall a pleasant hotel to spend a few nights.

When I first entered the hotel, I was impressed with the decor but did not find any sanitizer available to the customers as advertised online. The older gentleman at check in (who I assumed was a manager) was quite gruff and offered no pleasantries, no conversation at all regarding the hours for breakfast or location of the elevator, how are you , how was your flight...nothing at all.

As required, he failed to offer a gift selection for elites. When I asked if complimentary bottle water was available, he made sure to let me know how much I could pay for one even though I could have used it as a gift choice.

The rooms were large, fairly knew but the layout was very odd. The bathroom has a large wood sliding door which is directly in front of the beds. It would not stay partially open/closed and blinded sleepers at night. The sofa was also on the other side of a divider and hard to watch TV. Overall, I did not feel the room was very “comfortable”. The ac blew air on the face of the person sleeping.

The hotel is right next to the freeway so the even number rooms are (facing away) the quietest. Breakfast started at 6a and offered ample cold choice selections bananas, cereal, pastries). The young afternoon desk agent was really nice and the night audit worker was very helpful.

Brand new Marriott based brand hotel. Our room is spacious and well lit, comfortable beds, very quiet; staff friendly and easy access to I-90, within 1/2 mile are several major, high-end big box stores like Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Starbucks, etc. Whole property is well maintained with beautiful landscaping, good lighting and parking.

Property is a few years old and appears almost new. We stayed for one night and were very pleased with our stay in light of COVID implications. Room and common areas appeared to be very clean Room was very comfortable and large relative to other Marriott suite-brands we have stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was limited as now hot entrees were offered. We would definitely return if in the area.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is nicely decorated inside, from the roaring fireplace to the bar. There is ample places to work if you don't want to stay in your room. The comfy sofas in front of the fireplace became my go to spot. The breakfast and the bar area is clean and plenty of places to sit. My room was large, clean and the bed of course extremely comfortable. Most importantly was the desk in the room. Overhead lighting above the desk and a lamp on the desk were important features. The nice touch, being a female, is the desk chair is adjustable. I moved from another hotel in the area because you could tell the desk/desk chair was designed for tall men, totally unusable for a female. Just a thought with more female travelers this is a nice feature, And the room was well lit, another important feature. I originally booked 2 nights but extended it to five nights after the first night. I did have one adjustment that needed taken care of, but the manager Amber was responsive and handled it promptly. She even remembered that I told her I was going to Yellowstone the next day and left a little snack package in my room Totally unnecessary but so thoughtful! Would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers, but especially females.

We stayed for one night in order to have quick access to BZN airport. Preferring boutique chain hotels, back to back on a highway, I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a typical hotel room; two beds with dirty carpeting and poor temperature control. This time I was totally wrong. The huge room, with a walk-in closet, was tastefully decorated with western touches and most importantly, I could keep the room temperature cool at night. The large bathroom had more than enough counter space. The room was exceptionally clean, possibly because it is new.

I’m not a fan of pocket bathroom doors, which usually awaken others when opened or closed, but the sliding door here was practically silent.

The duvet covers might have been improved on. They consisted of the duvet placed between 2 sheets, that did hold up throughout the night.

Spent one night at this new Springhill Suites while on a road trip last fall. The hotel and grounds are clean and attractive. Easy parking in front. The room was spacious and quiet. Fairly large sitting area separated from the beds by a desk/counter space with a partial wall. No kitchenette, but a microwave and small fridge. The beds were comfortable. Large bathroom. Breakfast is included and in the evenings the restaurant has a menu with bar/finger food available for sale. We asked for a top floor room which was quiet, on the back side away from the freeway.

My car broke down and I was stranded on day 4 of a cross country road trip. I was stressed and exhausted, but was greeted by Audrey who made me feel very welcome. After checking into my room, which was very large, well appointed and trendy, Audrey set me up by the fireplace in the lobby with a cider and some popcorn. A great way to relax. This hotel has a very inviting lobby and the fireplace area has overstuffed couches for relaxing. I highly recommend this property.

GREAT hotel! We ended up here after a couple days in Yellowstone - we had enough of rustic cabins and were SO HAPPY to find this gem. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 4 to stretch out. The A/C was great (which was a big deal given the heat wave). All the employees we came in contact with were very nice and consistently went above and beyond; either tidying up the common spaces or engaging customers in conversation and providing recommendations. All in all - great place to stay in

Hello Robert! Thanks for your question. The living area is not closed off from the bedroom in any of our junior suites. I hope this clears things up for you
Hello Douglas. Thank you for your question. As another guest has shared there is luxury vinyl flooring in the room and throughout much of the property as well as stone and tile. There is carpeting in the guestrooms and hallways to reduce noise. The guest rooms are cleaned, vacuumed, and sanitized regularly. The public spaces are maintained and sanitized throughout the day by the team.
