Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Maybe not the newest place, but very homey and well kept. Cozy fireplaced sitting area in lobby. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet. A nice selection for breakfast. Conveniently located to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Really can't think of a thing to complain about. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice, clean wholesome place to stay. Very refreshing after staying at the Cherry Tree Inn which was a total dive. The hospital is just across the street and the staff there recommends the Riversage Billings Inn highly, as do I.

Really need renovations. I know in posts that they say they have. Not to much in rooms. Bathroom dingy. Not cleaned well. I almost slipped on soap goo on bottom of tub. You could see out line if white soap bar. That's housekeeping not doing job. Had to crawl behind tv by moving heavy chest to turn outlet on. Figured out later the previous people must of crawled there to turn off as remote would not shut tv off. Frig stunk. Bedspreads are real old and dingy. They should be replace for sure. Manager was nice but all in all not my kind of place. Usually when I get to hotel I want to relax. Not make repairs and clean soap scum. Plus lifting that large dresser out was not easy. We stayed a few years ago to fly out and. Didn't seem this bad. Must have got a " updated" room Won't return

Room Tip: Second floor rooms were old. Not sure about others. No water in vending machine which is odd

We've stayed several times in recent years and always appreciate the clean rooms and proximity to medical services in the area. On my most recent stay, I forgot my makeup bag in the room and didn't realize it late in the day. I called immediately and yes, they had it and had tried to contact me. A friend picked it up and returned it to me with nothing missing, including some very visible cash and Rx pills. Thank you Riversage Billings Inn staff for your honesty.

We stayed here one night prior to flying back home. the hotel is very convenient to the airport and downtown. Our room was clean and in good repair, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The odd thing was the elevator which was tucked in an alcove by the front desk - it was a challenge to get out of the way if someone was getting off the elevator with a bunch of luggage - overall not a big deal though. We enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again!

This is a four-story hotel that I’m guessing has been there for a while. No fancy landscaping, but a large parking lot. Small front desk/lobby/breakfast area. When I checked in, one person was kind of brusque and all business; the one backing her up was super friendly, “Oh, we’re so glad you’re here!” But the room was super clean, even if no fancy decorations, and had everything I needed. Clean and comfortable bed, full-size Keurig, refrigerator, big window looking out at a treetop. Excellent location if you’re involved with the medical center. And just a block from a great restaurant, Juliano’s (reviewed separately).

Stayed for the night of April 7, 2023. We had no problems with our stay either with services or facility. As a matter of fact room was well appointed and staff were helpful. Manager Jess came to our room to fix WIFI issue which was nice of her. My only problem was room rate. I paid $175.00 Canadian dollars which I believe is way too much for this property. I blame myself only for not investigating more. I booked through Expedia but they failed me as well. Very small lobby with very basic breakfast (which we didn’t eat) smell of medicines in lobby and exterior looks like an apartment building. These are the reasons I believe I paid too much. When I was waiting for check in, agent was offering rate of $98.00 to person in front of me. Which is way lower even when converting into Canadian dollars. Will double and triple check for rates in future

We stayed here for one night because I had a consultation appointment with a cancer surgeon the next morning and we live 4 hours away. Brianna at the front desk was awesome, we truly felt welcomed. This inn was clean, very quiet, and the continental breakfast had sufficient selections. The bonus was that this place is right across the street from the Cancer Clinic where we needed to be! We have booked another stay here already for when I have my surgery.

We stayed here on 9/26/22 one night on a road trip to Glacier Nat'l Park. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, perfect after a 9-hour drive. Staff was very helpful. Included breakfast was just okay. This hotel is next to hospital and many folks from surrounding rural areas stay here for medical procedures. So it was very quiet at night.
