This motel is located just north of downtown Billings, near a large medical facility. The rooms are nice, the facilities are clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a refrigerator and microwave included with the room. The dog walk area was limited and the disabled parking was in both number and location of the space. The elevator was a bit slow so in times of check-in/out, long waits were experienced.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Just know that you can't get into the hotel without a room key, so you will have to knock on the door and wait for someone to come open it initially (usually there is a person at the front desk at all times that helps with it). Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good.

When making the reservation for a room I specifically asked for a room with a recliner. I know rhey have them as we have stayed here several times before. The desk person that took my reservation assured me that we would have a recliner and it is even noted on our record. Well, there was no recliner, and on top of that the bathroom tub was dirty. Their lack of detailed care of their customers is very disturbing. They moved us to another room with again no recliner. Will think twice about staying here again

The Riversage is a perfect smaller non pretentious boutique style hotel with reasonable affordable rates away from the freeway near downtown Billings and very convenient to the airport.
It is located in a beautiful neighborhood near the medical center. It has free parking and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.
If you stay there, you will be happy and won't regret it.

In Billings for some R&R and stayed here with our puppy. Not only are the rooms reasonably priced, but the areas are clean and have great modern furnishings. Checking in around 8 was not a problem and the building is secure. Tons of parking is found around the building, and there are doggie bags and trash provides for pet owners. The staff is super friendly and had warm popcorn in bags waiting for guests at the check-in counter! Complimentary breakfast is provided from 6-9, and room was equipped with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee supplies. 10$ surcharge for pets was more than reasonable on top of the room fee. Definitely would return!

We stayed here on 9/26/22 one night on a road trip to Glacier Nat'l Park. Our room was clean, comfortable bed, perfect after a 9-hour drive. Staff was very helpful. Included breakfast was just okay. This hotel is next to hospital and many folks from surrounding rural areas stay here for medical procedures. So it was very quiet at night.

We checked in during a snowstorm. We were greeted immediately and offered our choice of being on the pet floor or above it. We were signed in between our medical appointment and morning flight. Our room was clean, a comfortable temperature and the beds were great. For a deluxe regular room for 1 nite it was $90.56 total. The breakfast options I saw on our way out included waffles, cereals, 2 kinds of juice, toast, coffee and I believe there was more. We were in a hurry to catch our flight and thankfully they had their parking lot and all plowed nicely. We will be staying there again.

We had no problems with our stay either with services or facility. As a matter of fact room was well appointed and staff were helpful.
Manager Jess came to our room to fix WIFI issue which was nice of her.
My only problem was room rate. I paid $175.00 Canadian dollars which I believe is way too much for this property.
I blame myself only for not investigating more. I booked through Expedia but they failed me as well.
Very small lobby with very basic breakfast (which we didn’t eat) smell of medicines in lobby and exterior looks like an apartment building. These are the reasons I believe I paid too much.
When I was waiting for check in, agent was offering rate of $98.00 to person in front of me. Which is way lower even when converting into Canadian dollars.
Will double and triple check for rates in future

My bf and I stayed over night as a quick mini get away. The room was nice and clean, as was the lobby and the parking lot. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the only one who wasn’t was a night desk gentleman when we stopped to ask a question on our way to our room. We waited for him to finish what he was doing before asking for recommendations for places to eat the next day, he was kinda dismissive/boarder line rude. It took a while to get his attention ( which we understood that he needed to reach a stopping place in whatever he was doing) and stopped just short of outright making us feel like we were interrupting him and keeping him from something much more important.
Other then that every thing was great and I would 100% recommended!!

Ive used Uber in the past, but the city bus now operates to the airport and the first stops are the hospitals, so yes. Try the #1 Met Bus from the airport (stop 5) to 9th and 29th (stop 7). Voila.
