We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for the past ten years and it has always been a clean and inviting hotel at a reasonable price. Their free continental breakfast is a perfect assortment of grab and go and sit down. Their staff has always been courteous and welcoming and the hotel itself is cozy and tranquil with the indoor waterfalls and koi ponds. Their pool and hot tubs are always clean and our kids have loved staying here too over the years on our way to ski at Big Sky. And it’s always been nicely decorated for each holiday or season we’re in. We probably should have written a nice review years ago but didn’t take the time and we should have - felt compelled to this time because we’re just so impressed after all these years the place is still a wonderful stay. Kudos to the owner, manager and staff - this hotel is all-around fantastic.

Very nice place! The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, very quiet, even with many families and children staying there. It was spotlessly clean! The ambience of the hotel center courtyard was really nice and relaxing.

We liked that they still serve a hot breakfast, with the request that you only take one plate of food; I imagine they are only preparing limited amounts of food daily. The girl who was maintaining the breakfast area was wearing a mask and gloves and kept the area very clean. It is required that a mask be worn by all guests in the food area as well, but all of the tables are in the courtyard and spaced apart nicely for eating.

There is a nice, clean laundry facility for guest use, which after 6 days on the road was appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Billings and would definitely stay at the C'Mon Inn again.

We stayed here overnight for me to take my nursing boards in Billings. It was even more stunning than the phots. I have no bad comments, the room was clean, hot tubs were nice, and so was the staff. The cost was very reasonable and the location is very convenient for people who don’t know the area well or don’t feel comfortable driving all over. We loved it.

This was my third day here. The first day was amazing. I had a king room on the second floor facing the highway. It was very quiet it was clean. It was very comfortable. The second time I stayed here is on the first floor facing the parking lot it was noisy it had a sound of a generator or something all night long had to listen to the neighbors all night long. People screaming up and down the hallways. And tonight is my third night here. I received reserved a room without a balcony because I did not want to be overlooking the pool. So guess where they put me. When I asked if there was another room I was treated very rudely and currently. I think for 200 plus dollars a night it would be nice to be treated with respect. The smell of the pool is so strong it's making my eyes burn. So now I'm having to go stay somewhere else and just eat this 200 bucks. Terrible. Might be a good place to stay if you want to party all night long. But it's not a good place if you're a business traveler

We stayed here based upon our experience with the C'mon Inn in Missoula in 2011. We stayed here on November 3, as well as November 10. It was better on the 10th than on the 3rd. Although it is the same chain, and of course things will be slightly different, there is a noticeable difference between the two.
First, they were not as COVID-19 savvy as the Missoula location. The staff didn't always wear their masks while behind the plexiglass, and at times I saw some staff "out and about" without masks.
The food service for breakfast is also different, and more risky, virus-wise. It is set up in a limited way similar to before the virus, which means guests are serving themselves in a small area, and unless you and they are both following safe practices, you may be at risk. Sadly, they cannot force guests to wear masks, and I noted that the majority of guest did *not* wear masks. I think the obvious indifference by some of the staff contributed to this. Because of this, unlike at Missoula, where we felt safe in the courtyard, here we ate our food in the room.
Because the food is served in one location, if you want a quiet room, get one upstairs on the side away from the breakfast area. Also, again, the pool closes at 11. Two guys though shouting across the courtyard to their respective families was a perfectly good idea. No one asked them to use "inside voices."
Our room on November 3 was on the breakfast side; on November 10 it was on the opposite side. It is decidedly quieter on the side away from the breakfast nook. Again, like the Missoula location, the pool is open until 11, so you might here some talking, but is less apparent on the side away from the breakfast area. They said trains are audible on that side, but I don't remember hearing any.
Beds are comfortable. Housekeeping is great.

Everyone and everything start to finish met or exceeded all expectations. Front desk staff at check in was helpful and informative regarding what was going in in the area. The room was clean, spacious and filled with amenities. I requested a inside room and actually got it - great going everyone. I will continue to stay here every time I come through. Although there are many options for a discounted rate for a stay it would be nice if corporate would offer an additional discount for disabled Veterans and First Responders

I called ahead and told them that we'd be there around 4. When we got there, we had to wait an additional hour because our room wasn't clean. Broken AC. Hot room. Rude staff. Horrible beds. Woke up in pain. Jacuzzi dirty. The hot tub in the pool area has broken jets. I left a note for the manager to call me and they never did. The jacuzzi rooms are unsafe due to no grab bars and no anti slip mats. Last year, I slipped and hurt myself pretty badly. When I pay $220 a night, I expect to be comfortable and treated well.

This was the kids favorite hotel of the trip by far. They loved the waterfalls and koi pond in the middle of the lobby. Indoor pool was large with a separate baby splash pool. Multiple hot tubs both in the lobby and the pool area. Our rooms opened into the lobby and each room had a small table and chair set so we were able to enjoy some adult time on the "patio" after the kids were in bed. Hot breakfast with the normal hotel fair. Overall great stay.

This hotel is extremely loud. Meaning: it's near the freeway, the inside “waterfall,” kids, neighbors, etc. I would've gone camping if I wanted a waterfall. Rooms are connected so you can hear your neighbors. The rooms are also cold, and it takes a long time to warm up.
Breakfast is not the greatest. The staff is friendly, though, but we won't be back.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were both incredibly rude and immature! Rooms are severely lacking and run down. We arrived at midnight after a 15 hour drive from Vegas to attend a funeral. They inconvenienced us from the start by putting us in a room with a TV that was broken. Not fun having to move all our luggage twice at 1am and completely exhausted. The next morning we wake up to find our coffe maker broken with the lid ripped completely off. We left to get breakfast and when we returned the key would not work to let us back in the room. I requested an upgrade and was given another run down room that was even more disgusting than the last 2 we had been given. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very rude and immature. The manager Chris is a total joke and goes to show why the staff treat guest very poorly!! Don't stay here you will regret it!!
