I stayed here twice in a weeks time before and after a international trip. The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn and has been renovated to Doubletree. The hotel is a solid performer and rooms are clean and modern. There is a free shuttle to/from airport. The shuttle trip to the airport was on point! The return shuttle trip was at approx. 10:30pm and they sent a Holiday Inn shuttle, which took a awhile to arrive while my party waited in the frigid frozen St Louis tundra. The elevator could use some attention/repair.
They offer one free night parking with hotel stay and if you want to park and fly, its $10 a night. The only point I would caution anyone about this hotel right now, is they offer no food (their restaurant is closed) attributed to covid and limited beverages in their pantry. There is a great little spot across the street for food/drinks called "Yesterday's" but they have very limited hours right now. There is free 24 hour coffee/espresso/hot chocolate in the lobby. There are a lot of hotel choices across from the airport for which opened up most of their amenities, it would be my suggestion Doubletree do the same. I have additional trips planned for St Louis and try to stay exclusively with Hilton hotels. I would consider another Hilton property if price was comparable if Doubletree doesn't have all their amenities available, but this property is a solid choice!

This Doubletree was a convenient and quality location for Stay/Park/Fly however verify shuttle time/availability before booking. I had an early am flight and when I arrived at the hotel I was informed the first two “slots” were already filled- which I was not informed was an issue when scheduling my stay. I had to arrange for my own early am taxi to the airport.

As demand for our complimentary shuttle can be quite high, we are forced to create a schedule for our guests. This prevents an excess of guests attempting to use the shuttle at the same time and allows them to plan alternate times or alternate methods of transportation when necessary. As guests' plans are constantly changing, we are not able to schedule this prior to a guest's arrival. While it is not often the case that our shuttle is completely booked for the necessary times, it can and does happen, and I apologize that you were not able to leave at the necessary time during your recent stay. We hope you will stay with us again to see that our shuttle service is top notch.

First the great. Checkin was fast and friendly. My room was clean and ready. I could not hear any planes from the airport nor could I hear guests in the hallway unless I was in the bathroom. The shower was nice, loved that the shower head is a click button instead of a slider. The not so great. The linens had a strange smell. Like maybe someone who smokes folds them or handles them. I don't know it was weird. Housekeeping was the wake up call. They started slamming doors bright and early at 8 am. There was no breakfast but there is a Golden Pancake down the street. And the one bad thing about the bathroom is you cannot see yourself in the mirror with the bathroom door open. Only about 1/4 of your head. I would stay again it served it's purpose of a quick overnight stay. Housekeeping may get a crazy woman yelling at them next time they wake me up though. Just sayin.

Stayed here for 1 night. We was greeted by Luna at the front desk who was polite and professional was offered water and a cookie. Check in was quick and easy our room was clean with a fresh smell the bed was comfortable we will definitely stay here again.

I checked in to this hotel, went up to my room realize there was no soap, Called the front desk and was told they were out of soap and that I should consider walking down to 711 or general dollar and buy my own soap. The front desk girl is totally incompetent. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a very nice motel with park n fly services to the nearby airport. The rooms have been nicely upgraded and very clean. A warm cookie awaits you when you check in, but there is no complimentary breakfast service prior to checking out. That’s a little strange for a classy motel. There is a restaurant in the basement with @$12 per plate breakfasts then turns into a burger joint in the evening. The basement also includes a decent fitness room and banquet facilities. However, it’s a tad creepy down there with a musky smell and disgustingly dirty and worn carpet.

The hotel overall is ok for an overnight stay or 2. During my business trip the level of guest service is not the worst but definitely needs improvement. I did not have any soap on my room and had to get dressed to go down to the front desk and get my own. No help there. The bathroom could use better cleaning and the shower pressure was horrible. The beds are comfy and the restaurant in the basement has good food and drinks.

Our vendors are experiencing greater than normal delays and this has cascaded down to something as simple as delivering soap. Thank you for the feedback. Overall it was clean and decent place to stay for the weekend. But the staff was not very helpful and both elevators were broken. We had a very hard time getting housekeeping to get us new towels and ended up using the same three towels for the whole four day stay. Very unfortunate

Global shipping and US warehouses are both experiences great strain due to increased demands and in many cases, reduced labor. This has caused some hotels, ours in particular, to experience great delay in receiving our orders and I apologize you were not able to get extra towels during your stay. I am unaware of a time both elevators were down but we are working with our elevator maintenance company to improve their general performance. This hotel has been remodeled but the hotel food and amenities need major upgrade when it comes to customer service. The pool area was closed due to cope out excuse of Covid along with no daily housekeeping using same lousy unwarranted excuse. This Diamond member says choose another property if you can.

I am sorry to see you did not enjoy your stay. Not knowing the exact dates of your stay I can't research or comment specifically, but the only times we have had the pool closed this season is when the chemical balance has needed correcting(more than once we have had significant delays in delivery due to national logistics issues) or when equipment had broken. The pool is operating beautifully and we hope you can join us again. Hilton hotels are currently not offering daily stayover service as an automatic feature, but we are more than happy to assist you when a guest requests this service. I am sure that Hilton will review and address this issue as they see fit going forward.

This was one of the worst hotels ever. I would’ve been better off staying at a Super 8. They should not have the name doubletree or Hilton in their name. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. They charged our credit card multiple times for the same room. The staff was very unprofessional. The room we stayed in had candy boxes with candy in the nightstand drawer and the sheets looked stained and dirty. The tv was not working and the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know what to tell me so we were without a working tv. The ice basket was dirty with no plastic bag and when we asked for a bag we were told she didn’t work in housekeeping and it’ll be a while it’s all the way in the basement. Finally we received a plastic bag at midnight and she tried to be funny and brought a whole roll of bags. The coffee machine was broke and they said they could not give hot water. This hotel was nothing compared to most Hilton’s or doubletree hotels that we’ve stayed in previous times. Tried talking to the manager and he was just as bad as the rest of the staff and could careless.
